    I liked being able t...

    I liked being able to take off my shoes and relax, having a slightly larger desk, taking a bath while looking out at the courtyard, the shuttle bus from Osaka Station, and having an alarm clock and charging cable in the room. The staff were also naturally friendly. I was able to spend a relaxing time on my own. I would like to stay again. One thing I noticed: many guests came to the public bath wearing their in-room slippers.

    The room, with a sep...

    The room, with a separate bathroom, toilet, and washbasin area, was very comfortable to use. It was inconvenient that there were no towels in the public bath. I used the lounge at night and enjoyed the prosciutto, cheese, and alcohol. Breakfast was disappointing and not quite up to expectations.

    A luxury business Hotel?

    The Room was clean, well laid out, and lovely. A pleasant surprise for a Hotel: it has a bath Facility. The location is convenient as it’s the closest to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art. However, the bus stop at Osaka Station is extremely hard to find—I’d like at least some signage marking the Hotel. That was my only complaint. Once you arrive at the Facility, it feels upscale and I was very satisfied.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

    A user-friendly and comfortable Hotel

    It had been a while since I stayed alone, but this Hotel is still comfortable and easy to use. It has become very popular recently, so the bath is often crowded, but you can check the crowd level on the TV and go when it’s relatively quiet. It seems another location will be opening nearby, so I’m hoping things will feel a bit more relaxed. I’m looking forward to it (lol).

    Concerned about the cleanliness of the room...

    I was surprised to find an unwashed glass in the in-room minibar, apparently left as used by the previous guest. On my previous stay, dust had accumulated on the TV stand and bedside area as well, and it was disappointing to see that this had not improved.

    Although it is small in size, it was a nice Hotel with a clean and relaxing atmosphere.

    What I especially appreciated was that, although you often see many international guests these days, the hotel’s efforts to clearly communicate Japanese etiquette throughout the property seemed to be working. The international guests staying there used the shared areas with manners no different from Japanese guests, which made my stay very comfortable. One disappointing point was that we had detailed communication by email at the time of Reservation, which I truly appreciated, but it did not seem to be shared at check-in on the day. During our exchanges, I believed I would be able to use the premium floor, but in fact I was assigned a lower-floor Room and could not access it. I felt this mismatch may have been related. It is a little pricey for a Business Hotel stay, but if not for the above issue, I would like to stay again. The Room I stayed in is not large, but I liked the layout of the bathroom area and the overall lighting with adjustable brightness. Thank you very much.

    The bath was great.

    The guest room required removing shoes at the entrance and staying on a wooden floor. Slippers were provided, but they were not disposable and did not feel hygienic to wear barefoot, which was a bit disappointing. The bath was very relaxing, and the breakfast was high quality and delicious.

    Highly satisfied.

    I’d been curious about this Hotel for a while, so I stayed on the Premium Floor for a “staycation.” The lounge was relatively quiet; there wasn’t a large selection of food or sweets, but the lovely interior and calm atmosphere made it easy to relax. During cocktail time there were hardly any snacks, but I appreciated how peaceful it was. The Room was clean and beautifully designed, and the Premium Floor also offered a great range of amenities. The large public bath was clean as well, with a powder room and an open-air bath, so I could unwind. Nakanoshima has a wonderful atmosphere too, and I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    You can always enjoy a comfortable stay.

    Once again, I was able to stay comfortably and with peace of mind. The staff are always courteous, which I truly appreciate. I look forward to staying again next time.

    The bath was pleasantly uncrowded, but it would have been even better if there had been a sauna.

    Great service, great Facility. Excellent value for money.

    Even when prices in the Umeda area exceed ¥20,000, this property can sometimes be booked for the low ¥10,000s, likely thanks to its location, which makes it very convenient. With Mitsui, both the Facility and service are reliably reassuring.

    My husband really lo...

    My husband really loved the bath. He could stretch his legs out fully, and since his legs were hurting, he said soaking in the bath helped ease the pain a little.

    All front desk staff...

    All front desk staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was very delicious. The bath in the Room was spacious enough and the toilet was separate, so I didn’t use the public bath. I wished there were a few more types of alcohol in the lounge, but at this price it’s hard to complain. One disappointing thing—also mentioned in other Reviews—was that the floor under the TV was covered in dust, which surprised me a little, but I would like to stay again.

    Stay in Nakanoshima

    This was my first stay. The bath on the top floor isn’t very large, but it’s refined and very comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

    This stay was relaxing again. I used the self-service laundry for the first time, and it finished everything very cleanly and wrinkle-free, which I found very convenient. While there isn’t much of a view from the Room, it’s a Hotel where you can enjoy a very quiet stay.

    While the Room was cleaned, I also wished the amenities had been kept in a cleaner condition, but all the staff responded very efficiently. I used the restaurant for light snacks in the evening; the pricing was reasonable, and it was great that ordering à la carte was also possible. Check-in time was very crowded, so I would have liked all counters to be open. I stay here occasionally, and this time I tried the bus to Osaka Station for the first time and found it convenient.

    I went to Festival Hall to see my favorite artist.

    It was very convenient, as the concert venue was only a 5–6 minute walk from the Hotel. This was my first stay since your lounge was renovated. There was a wide selection of wines, but they were unable to make the cocktails I like. When it comes to gin-based cocktails, the options are inevitably limited, so I ordered a simple gin and tonic. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could also stock vodka. I will be visiting again in October and look forward to seeing you then. Thank you very much.

    About Cleaning

    I often stay in Osaka, but last time I found a shower part that had fallen in the Room bathroom. This time, the silver handle-like part inside the bathtub was darkened and slightly rough. The tile grout was also blackened. Since there are days when I do not use the public bath, I would like you to ensure thorough cleaning of the bathroom.

    The large public bath was great.

    I stayed in a Premier Twin with No Meals Included. The large public bath on the 16th floor was almost like having it to myself even though it was Saturday, and while the open-air bath is small, it was very pleasant. I used it early in the morning as well, but it was disappointing that it hadn’t been cleaned yet. After bathing, I relaxed in the premium lounge with beer and sparkling wine, but most of the snacks were mainly dried items; toward the end they only brought out prosciutto and cream cheese, so it felt a bit lacking. Overall, it’s a comfortable Hotel and I’m satisfied. One thing I’d like improved is that the shuttle bus stop at Osaka Station (Sakurabashi Exit) was hard to find. I headed there using the map in the access section on the website, but there were several bus stops and I couldn’t find any sign for the shuttle bus stop, so I almost missed it. It would be helpful if there were clearer landmarks or signage.

    Simple and Satisfying

    I stayed at a nearby Hotel for a change of pace with friends. The Room has flooring where you take off your shoes, the bathroom and toilet are separate, and the large public bath is clean. If you don’t need anything luxurious, this is a satisfying Hotel. It may have been quiet because it was a weekday. The breakfast restaurant was also comfortable and not crowded, but it isn’t very spacious. I’m concerned about how crowded it might get during busy seasons.

As they are elderly, I was worried and contacted you in advance with a few requests, and your kind and attentive support gave me peace of mind.     We had a comfortable stay.

    I chose this hotel to attend a live show at Festival Hall, and it was very close to the venue, which was a big help. The Room was compact, very clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated that the nightwear was a pajama-style top-and-bottom set. The meal after the show and breakfast at the in-house restaurant “Hakata-ro” were both delicious. If I had to mention one thing, the body soap and shampoo provided in the guest bathroom had a strong scent, which wasn’t quite to my taste.

    The Premier Floor is the best.

    I stayed in a Junior Suite Twin. The 48 m² room was spacious, almost square in layout, and very easy to use. Staying on the Premier Floor also meant complimentary alcohol service in the exclusive lounge from 18:00 to 23:00 (last order 22:30), which was a great perk. I mostly enjoyed sparkling wine, and since all the wines were from ENOTECA, they were sure to be delicious. I’m planning to stay again and am already looking forward to it.

    A beautiful Hotel

    I’ve stayed here more than 10 times for business trips and travel. This time, my spouse and I stayed for one night on a trip. Overall, our satisfaction was quite high, but even though we were on the premium floor, the room felt too small for two people. Also, the bath was available until 9:00 a.m. the next day, but right before closing it became very crowded and not very comfortable. It would be better if it were open until around 11:00 a.m. In addition, as the property is starting to show its age overall, regular repairs and updates are needed as appropriate.

    The Most Comfortable Hotel

    First of all, the location is right in the heart of Osaka, with on-site parking and a limousine bus service. The value for money is just right. The restaurant offers a great selection and the food tastes good. The Room is compact and comfortable. I especially like the scent when I enter the Hotel! One concern is check-in at the front desk—staff used to handle it more smoothly, but recently it feels less efficient.

    There is no covered drop-off area, so you may get soaked when it rains. The Room is small, which is a drawback—I wish it were a bit more spacious.

    Relax in the City

    I live in Osaka City and was able to relax and enjoy a refreshing stay. The Room was clean, quiet, and located along the river. There were a few foreign guests, but they were individual travelers and the atmosphere was calm. The large public bath on the rooftop was spacious, and the outdoor ceramic tub bath felt great with hot water flowing in from time to time. At breakfast, items were replenished as they ran out at the buffet, so I could eat plenty and everything was delicious.
