    Tent Side

    Since there was no air conditioning, it was too hot to stay inside until the evening, but it was cool and comfortable at night. The toilet is a little far away, but it was clean. It’s dark on the way to the bath, so a headlamp is useful to have. The BBQ hamburgers were delicious.

    If you’re only traveling with people, it’s a 5-star stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for medium-sized dogs or larger.

    We stayed with our dog. We were satisfied with the Room, meals, and baths, and we appreciated receiving dog treats for each day of our stay. However, dogs are basically required to stay in a crate indoors, and they are not allowed in the bedroom. This may be fine if your dog is used to spending time in a crate, but I would not recommend it if you usually spend time together in the Room or sleep together on the bed. Also, the dog run is small and the fence is low, so I felt there is a risk that medium-sized dogs or larger could jump over it. Since this place seems primarily focused on golf, I think it may be difficult to use if your main purpose is traveling with your dog.

    Our first glamping experience!

    Glamping can be expensive, but we made a Reservation here because it was reasonably priced. Maybe it’s cheaper because it’s a bit far from the city center? Still, there was plenty of nature and it was very comfortable. The Room was clean, and with two double beds, our family of four could all sleep together, which was great. Dinner BBQ came with clear instructions and seasoning guidance, and it was delicious—we were very satisfied. Having a large public bath was also soothing for our chilled bodies. We’d love to come again!!

    I was able to relax.

    We stayed for one night and two days. Unfortunately, it rained, but the Room was spacious and comfortable, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The BBQ dinner was prepared in advance, making it easy even for beginners to enjoy with peace of mind. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Best value for money

    I’ve stayed here more than 10 times with my dog. I can relax every time, and both the room and the Facility are great! The lobby staff are always pleasant as well! This is just my personal preference, but since the natural BBQ ingredients are the same each time, I’d be happy if you could add at least a bit of seasonal variety to reflect the four seasons.

    Our First Family Trip with Our Grandchild

    The Room was spacious, and our dog could run freely around the living room, so the whole family had a wonderful time! The BBQ where we could make hamburgers was fantastic, and the grilled bananas and marshmallows were delicious as well. We did run the ventilation fan, but it was a bit disappointing that the smell lingered indoors until the next morning. It was also great that there was a toilet and a bathroom in each bedroom, so with different generations staying together, everyone could use them at their own pace. The large public bath early in the morning was not crowded, so I could soak slowly and feel refreshed. We would love to stay again. Thank you for all your help.

    Ideal for families and golfers.

    I used Google Maps navigation to get to the Hotel from the Katsuura area, but there was a road closure along the way and I got a bit lost. The roads are narrow, and it’s not a place I’d want to drive through at night. However, since there were luxury cars such as Lexus and Mercedes parked at the Hotel, I assumed there must be another route. I changed dinner from BBQ to shabu-shabu, and it had already been prepared in the Room, so it was easy to enjoy. Since I stayed in a separate building, I didn’t feel like going to the bath in the rain, so I used the bath in my Room and went to the large public bath the next day. Voices from people playing golf outside echoed loudly, and I mistakenly thought there were men in the bath area??? which scared me. With various Facilities available, I think it’s a very good Hotel for families with children and for golf guests.

    I stayed with my dog...

    I stayed with my dog and child! It was a very comfortable Hotel, and I would love to visit again!! My child had a lot of fun playing around!! The meal was a barbecue in the Room, but I felt it might have been a little insufficient. Haha. Thank you, and I look forward to staying again!!

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay following last year. This year, instead of New Year's dishes, there was a barbecue course, which we enjoyed leisurely in the room. However, the breakfast satisfaction this year was also... All the staff were friendly and kind with warm smiles. I would love to visit again next year.

    We stayed at the villa during New Year's with our family of three and a small dog. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. There was also a dog run, and we enjoyed walking around the property with a leash—it was so much fun! Unfortunately, due to rare snowfall, some facilities were unavailable. We would love to stay here again!

    It was excellent!

    You can ride unique carts, stay in a dome, and enjoy barbecuing right in front of your Room—it was amazing. Both kids and adults were thrilled and are already saying they want to come back. Next time, we plan to arrive earlier and enjoy a longer stay!

    A Wonderful New Year with Your Family!

    Thank you so much for fulfilling the wishes of our family, including my 90-year-old mother in a wheelchair, our dog, and golf enthusiasts. This resort is truly unique in accommodating people with disabilities, kids, and pets. We are deeply grateful for accepting a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The staff's warm and attentive service was also impressive. Even those who don't play golf can enjoy the stunning views of the golf course! Next time, I’d love to bring my grandchild along. If I may suggest improvements: addressing steps or uneven surfaces, adding handrails in the restroom, and ensuring warmth in the dressing room during winter would make it absolutely perfect. Thanks to everyone’s efforts, we were able to spend a joyful and memorable New Year holiday together!

    Experience an extraordinary atmosphere.

    We chose Camel Resort Hotel as a place to stay with our dog. In conclusion, it was excellent. We selected a plan with BBQ, and the meat was delicious, exceeding expectations. The vegetables were especially sweet and surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet was also very tasty. The room felt slightly dated, but overall the facilities were great, and essentials like dog toilet sheets were readily available, which we appreciated. We also received three items for our dog: toys, treats, and water—our dog seemed very happy! Next time, we’d love to visit including golf!

    The sofa has been simplified.

    I stayed at the villa. *This is my 6th time using the villa. I was surprised that the sofa felt quite ordinary. Also, I was disappointed to see that the bottom of the living room window glass was in poor condition. *The villas and rooms I used in the past were great, so why this time?

    Includes breakfast and dinner. There is a dog run, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable for a relaxing stay. The Onsen was very pleasant.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, but the wall next to the door was damaged with a large hole, and the enamel part of the sink? had a long crack. Many areas were worn out, which was disappointing. However, I appreciated that there were four sets of skincare products provided. The shabu-shabu dinner and breakfast didn’t have any standout features but were decent overall. The female staff at check-in was polite, but the male staff at check-out lacked a smile and seemed cold, which left a bad impression. (Thankfully, the female staff next to him gave us a proper farewell as we left.)

    We stayed with a fam...

    We stayed with a family of four and two dogs. The spacious and clean exterior, along with the courteous front desk staff, was impressive. The Room was a suite with a very Western-style ambiance, making it comfortable to relax. The dinner hamburgers were satisfying and filling even without rice. There was also a handmade play area, and we enjoyed walking with our dogs. We would love to stay again!

    Air conditioning

    It was our first glamping experience as a family with my husband and our son in middle school. The buggy ride was incredibly fun, and we were thrilled to see how clean and beautiful the dome tent was when we entered. However, shortly after, all three of us started sneezing non-stop. When my husband checked the air conditioner, he found the filter covered in dust. He removed it and began cleaning it with a toothbrush. I also inspected the air conditioner area and found it completely dusty, so I wiped everything down with disinfectant wipes. I thought maybe it's inevitable since the air conditioner runs all day long. It was definitely our first time cleaning during an overnight trip! That said, we had a great time afterward enjoying BBQ dinner and a delicious breakfast in the morning. We had such a fun stay that we’re already talking about wanting to go again!

    It became a wonderful summer memory for our family.

    Just before the Obon holiday, this Hotel had only one Room left, and the photos of the Room looked beautiful, so I made a Reservation. The main building was apparently constructed during the bubble era, and both the Rooms and lobby have a luxurious design. The staff were kind and attentive, providing excellent service. The bath uses carefully selected Onsen water that left my skin feeling smooth. Children enjoyed playing in Fairy Forest, and both adults and kids had fun experiencing thrills on the slider.

    Stay with your dog and enjoy half-day golf in the afternoon.

    Stayed on a weekday in July with my dog. I left my dog at the "Pet Paradise" facility and played a half round of golf in the afternoon. Dogs are not allowed inside the accommodation, so you need to use the outdoor pathways for entry and exit. The kennel was spacious enough even for small dogs. The room was on the first floor of a villa; while it showed some age, it was spacious and comfortable. Dogs are not allowed in the bedroom but are permitted in the living room. The staff were very kind and helpful. The bath facilities included a large public bath and an open-air bath, which I used at night—it was very relaxing. Dinner was a barbecue, with individual portions of ingredients prepared in boxes inside the refrigerator; making burgers at the end was especially delicious. Access is about 40–50 minutes from Ichihara Tsurumaki IC, with supermarkets clustered along the way where you can buy drinks or other necessities—this is recommended as purchasing them at the hotel can be more expensive. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay at an affordable price!

    Satisfaction

    Stayed at the Premium Glamping at the end of June. Despite being concerned about some negative reviews, I was very satisfied and enjoyed every aspect, including reception, tent, BBQ, onsen, and breakfast. The tent can get quite hot during the day, but at night it was much cooler compared to Tokyo for this time of year. Apart from the sounds of nature and early morning arriving cars, it was comfortable to sleep.

    We stayed for our first glamping experience with 5 families, a total of 17 people. The deciding factor was the pet-friendly tents. Everyone was thrilled with the beautiful dome-shaped tents and lovely rooms. Although it rained heavily from midnight, and the sound of wind and rain hitting the dome made it hard to sleep, we still enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere as part of the experience. Driving a buggy was fun too, even for me as an inexperienced driver. Since we were a large group, being able to use the barbecue terrace was very helpful. The meat provided as ingredients was delicious, and children had fun making their own handmade burgers. There were two concerns during our stay: First, there were stray cats around the barbecue terrace—about ten including kittens—that roamed around during our meal and targeted food on our tables. One kitten even jumped onto a plate on the table, which scared some children. For hygiene and safety reasons, we hope this issue can be addressed in future stays. Second is about keys for the dome tent; we accidentally locked ourselves inside due to its inner lock system. It would be great if an extra spare key could be provided since carrying it together with large buggy keys made us prone to leaving them behind. Other than that, we enjoyed facilities like public baths at your hotel accommodation area along with karaoke rooms or table tennis options plus morning buffet breakfast offerings—all perfect ways keeping entertained despite rainy weather conditions!     Enjoy a Resort-Style Golf & Hotel Life

    This was my second visit after a long time. I stayed in the Suite Villa last time as well, but this time I visited with three people, including a friend. The exterior shows some age, but the Room is spacious and the interior is clean and uplifting. We chose shabu-shabu for our meal and enjoyed it leisurely in the Room. The portions were generous, and considering the price, we were satisfied. After checking out, we were shown around the glamping Facility. The staff provided a thorough tour, and I’m looking forward to coming back next time with my grandchildren.

    Honestly, for the price paid, there are better hotels available. I will not be returning in the future. Positive points: - Enjoyable activities with children such as golf, slides, and buggies. - Indoor games like darts, table tennis, and billiards to play with kids. - Sufficient amenities provided in the room. - When a problem occurred, the manager and a female staff member handled it sincerely and left a good impression. Negative points: - Shuttle service from the nearest station only offers two options: 12:30 or 15:30. I chose 12:30 thinking I might be able to check-in slightly earlier since check-in time is at 15:00. However, upon arrival at the hotel, a female receptionist firmly stated that "Check-in is not allowed until exactly 15:00!" This was very frustrating as no prior explanation was given about this policy during shuttle booking. Considering guests traveling from afar, allowing check-ins even just 10–30 minutes earlier would have been appreciated or at least communicated beforehand if strict timing is enforced. - No complimentary bottled water in the room; only tea and coffee packs were provided but without water to prepare them! We had to purchase overpriced bottled water from their shop multiple times. - Breakfast includes free drinks but lunch drinks are charged separately. - Reviews mentioned free access to slides for one person; however, this service no longer exists—currently costs ¥1,000 per use (same applies for buggies).
