    The Accommodation, t...

    The Accommodation, the staff, the meals, and the Onsen were all outstanding. The meat and eggs in particular were unforgettable. If I visit Yufuin again, I will definitely stay here!

    The weather was bad, but we were very satisfied.

    They upgraded our Room, and it had a wonderful view. Although the weather was rainy, the private open-air bath in the Room was excellent, and I used it four times. Dinner was also satisfying—the sukiyaki was delicious. The service was polite and attentive. I would like to come again.

    Fifth stay with us.

    An open-air bath is the best in the crisp winter air. The meals are as delicious as ever, which makes me so happy. I also love that I can enjoy not only meat, but also plenty of fish and vegetables. This is my fifth visit, and luckily I haven’t had the same Room color theme yet. I’ve never mentioned it, but I wonder if you’ve been taking it into consideration? I’d be even happier if there were a repeat-guest perk.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Even though I'm not a big fan of meat, it was so tender and light that I could enjoy it. The rice was also incredibly delicious. Since it got colder, the open-air bath felt amazing, and I enjoyed soaking in it multiple times.

    First Time in Yufuin

    For my first trip to Yufuin as an onsen lover, I chose this accommodation because a private open-air onsen in the room was a must. Not only the natural hot spring but also the staff's hospitality, the cuisine, and the room were all extremely satisfying. I visited in the height of summer, but since it's in a basin area, it became very cool from evening onwards. While soaking in an onsen during hot summer days might lose some appeal, it felt incredibly pleasant in the cooler evening air. At night, I could even enjoy a beautiful view of the local fireworks festival.

    The service, food, and everything were excellent, making it a great trip. It was truly a wonderful Hotel. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    It was excellent.

    The room had an open-air bath, so I could enjoy it anytime and spend a relaxing time! I stayed with a breakfast-only plan, and the food was absolutely delicious! Next time, I want to stay with a two-meal plan!

    The staff's service was excellent and very pleasant.

    This is my fourth visit to Yufuin, and the hospitality of all the staff was the best compared to any other Ryokan. The meals were also satisfying, with shabu-shabu featuring top-grade beef on the first night and sukiyaki on the second night. Additionally, the simmered sea bream served on the first night was exceptional. I am already looking forward to staying here again next time!

    This might be the best ever.

    The Review was excellent, so I had high expectations for my stay, but the Room, meals, and bath exceeded my expectations. This time, I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals were all different each day. Above all, the staff provided incredibly polite, prompt, and heartfelt service, making it a very relaxing and pleasant trip. I have stayed at other Ryokans and Hotels in a similar price range before, but this one had the highest satisfaction level among them. I will probably visit again.

    This is my fourth visit. I am always healed by the courteous service, delicious meals, relaxing Room, and the spacious and clean bath. We would like to continue to be taken care of as a couple. In addition to wishing the staff good health and happiness, I pray for the healthy growth of the koi.

    Heartfelt service

    I stayed on Thursday. I was curious about the place and arrived around noon to go to the front desk. An elderly woman assisted me and provided helpful advice about the current tourism situation in Yufuin, especially suggesting that it is better to park one street away. It was very useful. Also, during check-in, without any formalities, I was welcomed with "Welcome back" and served cold Yame tea. Furthermore, during check-out, two large suitcases were carried to the car for me. Even if it is a standard practice at your Ryokan, I appreciated the kindness shown in these small gestures. Thank you.

    A very relaxing Stays

    Because the room was detached and had an onsen, I was able to spend a relaxing time. The breakfast and dinner were also served in a private room, which was nice. The sukiyaki for dinner was very delicious and the portion was quite satisfying. There were no shutters or curtains at the shoji, and the light from the entrance of the room directly opposite illuminated the interior at night, making it impossible to make the room completely dark. For those who cannot sleep unless it is dark, including myself, it is a harsh environment. I thought an eye mask or something would be necessary. Other than that, there were no particular concerns, and overall, including the service, it was a very wonderful property.
