    The service was disappointing.

    I had made a “seat-only” Reservation at the Hotel’s restaurant about a month in advance, but on the day, the restaurant was closed. At check-in, I mentioned, “I also have a restaurant Reservation from 7:00 PM,” but it was brushed off. When I told the front desk that the restaurant was closed despite my Reservation, I was asked to wait. After a while a staff member came, but I was told again, “Please wait a little longer.” Even though it was already getting late and many restaurants were closing, we were kept waiting in the lobby. They apologized, but there was no compensation. When I said, “It’s okay—we’ll find somewhere ourselves,” I was told, “Around this time of year many restaurants nearby are closed. If you drive about 20 minutes to Kutchan town, you should be able to find somewhere to eat.” However, when I searched on Google, I found another Hotel called Northern Resort about five minutes away, and its restaurant was open. Even when I said, “This looks like it’s open—I’ll call and go,” they replied that it would probably be closed as well. In fact it was open, and we had a pleasant meal there. From check-in onward there were issues: an inexperienced-looking female staff member asked for my name; after I answered, a male staff member who seemed like her supervisor stepped in and asked for my name again. I hope you will review your overall service. The Facility is good overall, which makes this especially disappointing. On the positive side، seeing several goats near the entrance was nice.

    This is a Hotel where you’ll want to stay long-term.

    Since the Room has a kitchen, we stayed for two nights with No Meals Included. The cooking utensils were mostly provided and very convenient to use. The building is old, but the space was more than sufficient—it felt like a waste to stay only two nights. The Onsen switches between men and women each day, and you can use the sauna every other day. Towels are available in the changing room, so it was great to go without bringing anything. It seemed that quite a few guests stay for about a month, so next time I’d like to stay a bit longer.

    This is my regular a...

    This is my regular accommodation in Niseko. The room is spacious, quiet, and offers a good environment. The onsen is relatively large and pleasant, but the thermometer has not been displayed for some time. I used to decide between the outdoor bath and indoor bath based on the temperature difference shown by the thermometer, but now I just test with my hand to decide. There are warning signs about slippery floors, but having some anti-slip mats would provide more reassurance. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

    We hope for your best efforts...

    A long-standing accommodation I have visited many times. However, this time (after a long absence), I strongly felt the decline. The quality of the facility, onsen facilities, and front desk service has deteriorated significantly. Enjoying the onsen used to be my main pleasure, but even that has become less appealing. As this is an accommodation I have relied on for many years, I sincerely hope they can regain their vitality and make a fresh start.

    It was disappointing.

    It was our first stay in a year. The Onsen was excellent. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Last year, both bacon and sausages were available, but this time only ham was offered. There were no carpaccio or marinated dishes at all, leaving us wondering what to eat. Last year, although the variety was limited, there were items we wanted to eat and we were satisfied. We understand that rising costs are challenging, but since we are paying money for our stay, we hope for some improvements. Charging 1,500 yen for a Child Sharing Existing Bedding under these circumstances feels unjustified. A newly opened hotel in the Hanazono area offers free stays for children sharing existing bedding up to elementary school age; I believe guests will start choosing that option instead. As frequent visitors who have stayed over 10 times in Niseko and consider it a favorite destination of ours, the breakfast this time left us truly disappointed. If changes aren't made soon, we might consider staying at another hotel instead.

    Highly convenient

    The staff were all polite and excellent. Having used the facility multiple times, I find it very convenient, and the room is spacious enough. The Onsen was nice, but the water temperature was not displayed. It felt like there was more Onsen algae in the bath than before, making it slippery. Although there were warning signs, it felt a bit unsettling. I hope it returns to how it used to be. Overall, I had a truly relaxing time and will use this place again!

    The spacious Room was nice, but...

    The room is spacious and comfortable even for three people. There is a kitchen, but the frying pan was warped and initially unusable. The single IH heater was also slightly inconvenient. However, after contacting the front desk, they replaced the frying pan with a different one. The Onsen was relaxing and enjoyable, with soothing water that kept me warm without cooling down quickly. Unfortunately, the amenities in the changing area were minimal. Despite many places now offering Dyson-style hair dryers, there were only two old ones available here, making it difficult to use during busy times. The locker design was also confusing. Breakfast felt lacking in variety and disappointing overall. Even though I went more than an hour before it ended, there was barely any rice, dessert, or fish left—just small remnants at the bottom of pots—and no refills seemed to be provided. Considering how few options there were to begin with by 8 AM, most of the food had already run out entirely by then. It was so disappointing that I paid for breakfast but found almost nothing to eat; I wish I could get my money back for that experience!

    The room is spacious and perfect for relaxation.

    The room and breakfast were good. Although the breakfast had limited variety and felt cramped, everything was delicious. The Onsen had too few washing areas. Only 5 showers were available, leading to people waiting for their turn, and the space felt overall tight. For a hotel of this size, it seemed unacceptable. The lockers were also inconvenient to use.
