    Even the twin room is quite small and old, and both the wallpaper and air conditioner are covered in dust and not clean.

    One minute from the ...

    One minute from the station and four stops from the airport, so the location is good, but although it’s on a high floor, the view is only average. The bathroom is small, with the toilet in the same space. The food wasn’t anything special—just very ordinary. Nearby shops are hard to find, and even the one izakaya wasn’t good. It’s not a Hotel I would want to stay at again.

    This is my third time staying here.

    This Hotel is very close to the station, and the Room is clean and comfortable—like relaxing in your own home. It’s one of my favorite Hotels in Naha, so I’d like to keep staying here in the future. Thank you again for providing a great Room this time as well.

    As you arrived late at night,

    Thank you for your help during my stay. As I arrived on a late-night flight, I chose this Hotel because it is close to the airport. There were two front desk staff members, and both were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is conveniently located near the airport with easy access, but there are few shops nearby, so if you plan to eat outside the Hotel, I recommend making a Reservation in advance.

    It was very convenient to rent a car in the lobby and pick it up and return it at the Hotel exit. The guest room toilet was not cleaned thoroughly, and it was very disappointing that there was an ammonia smell around the toilet in the bathroom. The service at check-in was excellent.

    I often stay with the Accor Hotel Group, so I chose this Hotel again. I chose it for its convenient location near the Yui Rail. I look forward to seeing the front desk staff’s smiles again.

    Excellent access from the airport.

    This was probably my third stay. The access from the airport is excellent—it's right by the Yui Rail station, so getting around by Yui Rail the next day was smooth as well. The location is great. It’s a little away from Kokusai-dori, so it’s quiet at night, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which is another plus. The Room lighting felt a bit dim for work, but I was still able to get my remaining tasks done. I had a late departure the next day, but since I didn’t add breakfast, I’ll look forward to trying it on my next stay. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful. If I had one suggestion, it would be nice to have USB ports by the bedside for direct charging.

    This has become my favorite Hotel!

    This was my first stay. It’s very close to the station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, and it had a great view, plenty of sunlight, and was clean—very relaxing. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, providing pleasant service. There is also a rental car counter in the lobby, which was extremely convenient. I’ve already made another Reservation for two weeks later and recommended it to my family. I look forward to staying again. Thank you very much.

    It was great.

    I stayed here on a business trip.\nAccommodation rates across Naha were high that day, and this property offered the most reasonable price via IKYU, so I chose it. It was also very close to Yui Rail Tsubogawa Station, and the bed was comfortable—I was very satisfied.\nOne small thing: it would have been perfect if a body sponge had been included in the amenities.

    It’s average.

    Better than a Business Hotel overall, but I stayed on the 14th floor this time and was disappointed that the ice machine was on the 13th floor.

    Close to the station and near the airport

    Conveniently located near the station and just a few stops from the airport. The three elevators ensure minimal waiting time, making it very comfortable. The Room was spacious and clean. The bathtub filled quickly, allowing for immediate relaxation. I used an eco-friendly wooden toothbrush for the first time, and it seems that the shampoo and hand soap are also environmentally friendly products. The bed had just the right firmness with two pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The water dispenser and ice machine were very convenient and frequently used. The breakfast venue was spacious, allowing me to enjoy my meal without any crowding. I noticed many unfamiliar Okinawan dishes as well. Thank you for providing such a comfortable stay!

    The breakfast buffet was delicious!

    We had a pleasant Multiple Night Stay and enjoyed sampling Okinawan cuisine little by little at the breakfast buffet. The parking staff and buffet attendants provided very courteous guidance. Being right in front of the Yui Rail station and having a FamilyMart nearby was very convenient. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

    Conveniently located near the Yui Rail.

    At check-in, an elderly woman struggled to move her luggage while the three staff members at the front desk continued chatting despite making eye contact and did not offer assistance. A self-check-in machine might provide a better experience. The location is convenient, so it could be worth considering if you view it as a place to sleep in a foreign-owned Business Hotel.

    Very good Hotel.

    The exterior resembled the Intercontinental Grand Fort in Hong Kong, which was lovely. The staff provided clear explanations about the facilities. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a higher-class Room due to availability. The spacious Room made for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet included Okinawan cuisine, which was delightful. I would love to stay here again.

    Just right

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. It is not a luxury Hotel, but it was clean and well-maintained, so I had no unpleasant experiences. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station, rental cars are available within the Hotel, and both Naha city center and the airport are easily accessible by taxi or Yui Rail. Overall, it's a perfectly suitable Hotel.

    Feels like a luxurious Business Hotel.

    Located very close to Monorail Tsubogawa Station, this accommodation offers the convenience of Times Rent-a-Car delivery directly at the hotel. The hotel features a dedicated multi-story parking lot, and there is another multi-story parking lot right behind it, so parking availability should not be an issue even if the hotel's lot is full. Convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are also nearby. The rooms are clean with comfortable mattresses (suitable even for those with back pain). There is a coin laundry available (three washing machines and three dryers), as well as a microwave near the elevator on the first floor. The cost-performance ratio is better than some domestic business hotels. While there are no large baths or pools, the overall design of the hotel feels stylish, and you’ll notice a pleasant aroma upon entering. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap provided in-room also have nice fragrances. However, amenities are minimal but sufficient for those who don’t require extras. The guest demographic seems evenly split between international tourists (mostly individual travelers) and Japanese guests; it’s generally quiet without disturbances. Pajamas, disposable indoor slippers, a coffee maker (with coffee), an electric kettle, cups, mugs, spoons—all these essentials are provided in-room. Just across the river lies Onoyama Athletic Park where you can enjoy walking or jogging without worrying about exhaust fumes. For rooms with great views of both nature and water scenery (the blue river alongside greenery from parks across), high floors along the riverside come highly recommended due to their large windows offering excellent vistas! While dining options around might seem limited compared to other areas—accessibility compensates since Prefectural Office Station takes only two monorail stops away; Miebashi station reachable within three stops while Makishi station closer toward International Street requires four stations altogether making location decently convenient overall! This has been my go-to accommodation whenever staying over Naha past recent years consistently delivering satisfaction!

    There was a mysterious sound of running water coming from the air conditioner.

    Arrived late in Okinawa, so stayed one night near the airport. The Hotel is old but kept clean. There were many foreign tourists, so check-in took a bit of time. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options but was reasonably satisfying! However, the Room's air conditioner made a sound like running water all night, which affected sleep quality. Nearby dining options are somewhat limited, and many izakayas don’t allow children, which might be inconvenient for families...

    Close to the airport

    Stayed here as it was a Hotel near the airport for my trip to Miyako Island the next day. 9 minutes by Yui Rail from the airport and just a 1-minute walk from the station, which is very convenient. The Room was upgraded, but it still felt a bit small. Yui Rail made it easy to go out for meals as well. The Hotel is clean, and I might use it again during layovers.

    Since Frankfurt

    This is my first stay at a Mercure Hotel since last October in Frankfurt. At that time, I had an unpleasant experience with the service, so this was a chance to revisit and confirm. Although my flight arrived late and I checked in past 11 PM, the foreign staff welcomed me warmly. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and near the station, offering excellent access. Additionally, there’s a convenience store next door—perfect! I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Since my stay was short this time, I hope to have a more relaxed visit next time.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I live within the prefecture, but this time I booked a Hotel near the Cellular Stadium for an official professional baseball game. The access to the stadium was extremely convenient! The Room was clean, and all the staff were very kind. Breakfast was served in a buffet style with a wide variety of dishes, and it was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a great Hotel to revisit during next year's baseball season! Highly recommended!

    Convenient and great.

    Located just outside Tsubogawa Station, the access was very convenient. I chose a river view Room on the 13th floor, and the scenery was beautiful. The Room was also comfortable and pleasant. I've heard that the breakfast is delicious, so I'll try it next time.

    The TV settings are disappointing.

    The rooms are always clean, providing a comfortable stay. The front desk staff is polite and pleasant. This time, for the first time, the TV language setting was in Chinese (?), and I found it difficult to use as I didn’t know how to change it. Has it been set to Chinese across all TVs? If not, I would have appreciated prior confirmation about this.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    The requested quiet Room was provided, along with a message for our special occasion, making our stay very pleasant. Each floor had a water dispenser with glass pitchers, and amenities were provided in paper bags, showing great consideration for the environment.

    Within walking distance to the Yui Rail.

    I stayed here to go to Naha Airport the next day. The place was clean and comfortable. The welcome drink and breakfast, including Okinawa soba and pork tamago onigiri, were delicious. It was convenient due to its proximity, so I would love to stay here again.

    I wanted a Multiple Night Stay!

    Stayed on the first day of the Golden Week holiday. Although I could only stay for one night with no meals included due to an early morning flight to a remote island, the accommodation was conveniently located near the Yui Rail station with excellent airport access. The room was clean, spacious, and very satisfying. I discovered that there is a car rental shop in the hotel building, so next time I plan to use this as a base for a multiple night stay and enjoy exploring the main island. Looking forward to trying their highly-rated breakfast!

    Conveniently located in front of Tsubogawa Station, close to the airport.

    Since it was in front of Yui Rail Tsubogawa Station, I got caught in the rain but barely got wet, which was helpful. It was a Hotel that has been expanding across the whole country since last year, but it was neither particularly good nor bad. The breakfast's quantity, quality, and taste were questionable compared to other hotels. Well, I guess it's understandable for this price...

    It was great.

    I stayed here for a business trip. The Facility was clean, well-equipped, and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and made me feel at ease. I would definitely choose this Hotel again for my next visit.

    A Hotel conveniently located near Yui Rail "Tsubogawa Station" for city sightseeing.

    The Hotel is conveniently located near Yui Rail "Tsubogawa Station," providing excellent access to the Okinawa Prefectural Museum & Art Museum and Shurijo Castle, making it ideal for city sightseeing. The view from the Room on the 13th floor was fantastic, overlooking Kitameiji Bridge and Naha Port. Breakfast was served buffet-style, offering a variety of Okinawan dishes such as Okinawa Soki Soba, Mozuku Tempura, and Taro Dengaku.
