    I had a comfortable stay.

    Most of the staff provided excellent service with wonderful smiles, making my stay very comfortable. The front desk amenities were well-equipped, and the quality of breakfast was high, making it a place where I wanted to stay longer. I would like to use this accommodation again for my next visit to Numazu. Thank you very much!

    I think it is a good Hotel.

    As expected from a hotel with a wedding venue, it was impressive. The riverside location is also great, making walks enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was average in terms of variety and taste. The venue felt slightly cramped and crowded, which indicates the accommodation is popular. I accidentally reserved a smoking room during the reservation process, but when I contacted them directly via email, they promptly replied on the same day allowing an exchange—very quick! It’s a well-managed hotel. Highly recommended.

    I have stayed here s...

    I have stayed here several times, but this was my first visit since the ownership changed. The welcome drink upon check-in was a delightful touch. The staff were all very polite and attentive, but I felt a bit disappointed when the breakfast menu suddenly changed without notice. Since it’s a buffet, it would be considerate to inform guests in advance when making changes to the menu.

    Highly satisfied

    This was my first time using this accommodation. It was very reasonable, yet the room size, meals, and various amenities were excellent, leaving me very satisfied. I was surprised that both dinner and breakfast were included at this price. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including many local Japanese dishes unique to this area. There were also desserts like mini cakes and ice cream, which made me happy. At the entrance of the dining area, there were various baby foods available, making it reassuring for families with small children to stay here. I visited Numazu for some errands (and did some sightseeing as well), but I am delighted to have stayed at such a great hotel!

    I had a stress-free stay.

    Within walking distance from Numazu Station, and a convenience store was also nearby, but having a shop inside the Hotel would have made the stay more comfortable. The in-room amenities and equipment had all the essentials, so there were no inconveniences. The age of the Facility is understandable. The large TV screen in the room and access to various streaming services were much appreciated.

    Comfortable

    I stayed for one night at a very reasonable price, possibly because I made the Reservation more than a month in advance. Instead of adding dinner at the Hotel, I chose to dine at an izakaya near the station, but it might have been cheaper to opt for the Hotel dinner. The amenities provided by the Hotel were more than sufficient, and perhaps because it was a weekday or the neighboring Room was not in use, it was very quiet and comfortable throughout the night. I chose a Room with a view of Mt. Fuji; although it was cloudy with light rain on my arrival day and I couldn't see anything, the next morning was perfectly clear, allowing me to enjoy a stunning view of Mt. Fuji on my right! If I visit Numazu again, I would definitely like to stay here!

    I have stayed here multiple times.

    I have stayed here several times because it is a convenient base for visiting the Uchiura and Numazu Port areas. The rooms feel a bit dated, and there are signs of wear in some places, but considering the affordable price, I don't find it bothersome or unpleasant. The toilet and bathroom are very clean. I look forward to staying here again.

    Full of tourists

    I visited on Saturday, and there were many tourists. The miso soup at the breakfast buffet was very popular! I enjoyed a hearty meal.
