    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. The staff’s smiles left a great impression. It’s very convenient, close to the station, and I had no trouble finding dinner nearby. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The Room was clean and pleasant.

    The location is excellent!

    Directly connected to Tennoji Station, it’s very convenient, and the staff are very friendly! The Room is clean, and the air conditioning works well! One downside is that the elevator from the 2nd floor is extremely slow, so I recommend taking the Hotel’s dedicated elevator from the 1st floor.

    The breakfast was terrible.

    I have never stayed at a Hotel that offers such a poor breakfast (very limited selection and terrible taste). The location is convenient, so it’s fine if you choose No Meals Included.

    This is my first time using this service!

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The location is very good, but the route to the Hotel lobby floor is hard to find, and the elevator on the Harukas side is very slow. In addition, in this Room, the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, making it difficult to adjust.

    It was comfortable.

    It was comfortable. I have a few suggestions for improvement. Please place cups or something similar by the ice machine. There is no tray or container to carry the ice back to the Room. The Hotel entrance is hard to find, so clearer signage would be helpful.

    Always satisfied!

    I have stayed here many times. This time, I added one more night at short notice, and thanks to a Room upgrade, I didn’t have to change Rooms, which was very helpful. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration! I always look forward to breakfast. I will continue to stay here in the future.

    The Wi‑Fi was disappointing.

    Directly connected to Tennoji Station and just across the road from Abeno Harukas, the location is excellent. I was lucky to get a very reasonable rate with breakfast included on IKYU.com. I stayed in a twin room with a bathroom window. The beds were spacious, there were bottled waters in the fridge for each guest, and in addition to nightwear there was also a bathrobe. There was an air purifier, and a small bedside shelf for charging devices—overall it was very comfortable. The only disappointment was the Wi-Fi speed. It was so slow that I didn’t feel like using it. I was surprised because this is rare at Hotels these days. If it improves, I’d like to stay again.

    More comfortable than expected

    We stayed on a good-value non-refundable Plan. The hotel is connected underground to the subway station, so we could get there without getting wet even in the rain. The Room was more spacious than expected, and the breakfast was excellent—my husband, who stayed with me, was very satisfied as well.

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip to Osaka. With direct access to the station, an airport limousine bus stop nearby, and a large mall next door, I think it’s a safe and convenient choice even for late-night business travel, including for women. For about the same price as a Business Hotel, both the location and the Room were excellent, so when I have work in central Osaka again, I’d like to stay here even if it means a bit more travel time. Also, late at night I started feeling unwell from heat exhaustion and rushed to the front desk. Even though it was my first stay, they kindly helped with everything from finding a hospital to arranging a taxi, and I was able to receive an IV drip. I can’t thank you enough—thank you very much.

    A Regular Accommodation in Osaka

    Close to Tennoji Station, so you can feel safe even late at night. Convenient for sightseeing in South Osaka and Nara. The Room features chic, calming interiors. The service is courteous and attentive.

    Right in the heart of Abeno, the location was truly excellent and very convenient. The Hotel staff were kind and courteous, making our stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again when I have business nearby.

    The Hotel is very close to the station, making it extremely convenient for dining and shopping. There is also a park nearby, so you can enjoy a very comfortable vacation. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

    This was my repeat stay. This time, it seems my Room was upgraded for the first time using IKYU points. Breakfast was not very different from last time, but it doesn’t seem to be exactly the same either. At other Resorttrust properties, facial skincare amenities are provided free of charge, so I would be happy if the same were offered here as well.

    I stayed at Trusty for a class reunion in Abeno (this was my third stay). The location is very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were also kind and helpful. I would like to stay here again when I return to Osaka.

    I booked a non-smoking room, but I was assigned to a former smoking room.

    I made a Reservation for a non-smoking Room through IKYU. I arrived at 11:00 PM. I wanted to go straight to sleep to prepare for golf the next day, but at the front desk they said, “We upgraded your Room,” and the Room they gave me smelled strongly of cigarettes. Even though I had booked a non-smoking Room. When I called the front desk to complain and request a Room change, they kept saying something on the phone. I got upset and firmly said that I had reserved a non-smoking Room, and then they changed it. If there were no Rooms available, they should have told me from the beginning. It turned into an unpleasant night, and I lost 30 minutes.

    Simple comfort.

    When visiting Osaka, I always choose this place. 1. The breakfast is truly delicious, and being a buffet, you can adjust it to suit your condition for the day. The variety is just right—not overwhelming. 2. Very close to the station and safe. 3. Staff interactions are neither too frequent nor too sparse—just right. 4. Amenities are simple yet sufficient. 5. Rooms are simple, user-friendly, and clean. Highly recommended!

    This is the best accommodation in Tennoji.

    The rating might seem low, but this is based on a comparison with luxury hotels rated out of 5. The service is sufficient. It’s not a bad hotel to recommend for those who find it suitable. If you are considering staying at another hotel in Osaka for 10,000 yen, I recommend adding a few thousand yen more and staying at this hotel instead. This is my regular accommodation in Tennoji.

    Everything else is excellent, but...

    The Room is always excellent, and I use it every time. However, the washlet in the Room I stayed in this time was inconsistent, sometimes working and sometimes not, which felt a bit off. Other than that, everything was perfect.

    This is my second stay.

    I first stayed here last year for a live concert at Kyocera Dome. Since it was a great experience, I chose to stay again this year for a live concert at Nagai Stadium, as the location is convenient and close to the venue. The hotel is very accessible, being near both the limousine bus stop and Tennoji Station. The room is quite spacious and comfortable to use. The breakfast is delicious, though I was a bit disappointed that the menu was the same during my Multiple Night Stay this time. Additionally, the layout of the breakfast venue was different from last year, which made the flow less efficient and took a bit more time to get food. When I stayed last winter, I remember there were sweet and tasty candied mandarins, which left a great impression. Having such unique touches really adds value. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    Convenient and Delicious

    Used for attending a live event. Initially had trouble finding the Hotel, but the convenience is excellent. The breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. The staff were attentive and kept everything clean, leaving a good impression. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    Compared to my stay ...

    Compared to my stay in 2019, I felt the attention to detail was lacking. There was some trash (something that looked like a brown bug) in the bathroom, which I could remove with toilet paper, making me question the cleaning. No lotion or similar amenities were provided, and there was no guidance about it. I struggled to find a place to open my suitcase; there is a foldable stand, but it's quite small. The slippers are not disposable but supposedly sanitized; however, they are sticky and might not be ideal for summer—consider bringing your own if you're particular about this. The location is excellent. It’s suitable for those who don’t mind minor stains on walls or other details.

    Unfortunately, this time's IKYU recommended Hotel.

    I have been using IKYU.com for over 30 years, but my experience with this accommodation was highly unsatisfactory. While the location is convenient, the route to the hotel was extremely difficult to navigate. Although this may vary depending on individual perception, there were other issues that made me very upset. I usually dislike writing such reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. Firstly, the vending machines in the hotel were only available on even-numbered floors (possibly just on the 10th floor), and they only accepted old bills. This caused significant inconvenience. It would have been helpful if cashless payment options like transportation IC cards were available or at least a machine for exchanging new bills into coins, but there was nothing of that sort provided. Despite asking a male staff member at check-in about which floors had vending machines, no such information was communicated clearly—raising questions about their customer service training. Additionally, room cleaning services were disappointing. On one morning when I stayed in my room until 11 AM and left after that time around 11:15 AM, I returned at 3 PM to find a bag hanging on my door containing only bath towels, face towels, and sleepwear—without any actual cleaning done in my room. To make matters worse, neither toothbrushes nor toothpaste were included in that bag; I had no choice but to reuse what I had used from the previous night. Since I needed to leave again by 4 PM and returned late that evening without much time left before checkout next morning—I didn’t raise these concerns further during my stay—but it resulted in two very frustrating days overall. After nearly three decades of being an IKYU.com user/member—I felt absolutely no sense of priority or value as a loyal customer!

    I felt relaxed.

    The bed was comfortable, and the pajamas felt great, allowing for a relaxing stay. The convenient access to Kyocera Dome and Itami Airport made it easy to use time efficiently. The friendly service with smiles added to the pleasant experience. Thank you very much!
