    The service at the Chinese restaurant was excellent.

    We dined here for two consecutive days, and the menu was thoughtfully crafted to keep it exciting. We would love to visit again.

    The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

    The building is quite old, but the interior has been modernly renovated, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, including bread, was delicious, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. However, the young man at the front desk had no smile throughout and gave a cold impression with his businesslike attitude, which was disappointing. He suddenly asked me, "Do you have any allergies?" I was surprised because it’s unusual to be asked this at a front desk. It turned out they were offering cookies as a gift. While I appreciated the gesture of giving cookies, the way it was presented felt cold and disappointing. Even in a Business Hotel, I think there could be more warmth in such interactions. Perhaps he is just a part-time worker; if so, that might explain it.

    I felt relaxed.

    Thank you for the early check-in and late check-out, even though it was part of the Plan on IKYU. I had a very satisfying stay, enjoying a relaxing time within the Hotel. This was my third stay this year, and as always, the Room cleaning was impeccable. The Room itself is spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated being assigned to a quiet Room with a nice view as per my request; I love the bay window design. The meals were delicious again this time. The American clubhouse sandwich by the poolside was outstanding—especially on September 25th when it was made with an abundance of fillings; it was truly the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. The inari sushi bento from the Japanese restaurant that I took home also had excellent flavor and quality. What always stands out about this Hotel is how kind and friendly all staff members are—from those at reception to restaurant staff and even young pool attendants—all with warm smiles. This is one of the main reasons why I keep choosing this Hotel every time. I look forward to staying again during a period when the pool is open. My only request would be for you to consider keeping pool hours starting at 9:00 AM not just during high season but throughout all seasons.

    The best beds!

    The staff and the Hotel were excellent. It was quite challenging without a rental car. Above all, since we went sightseeing every day, the bed was perfect for our tired bodies. It was truly comfortable, and I woke up refreshed every morning. I would love to stay here again when I visit Okinawa. Thank you very much!

    I felt completely relaxed.

    The front desk staff were very warm and kind. I made a reservation through IKYU.com for a "Plan with the possibility of early check-in, though not guaranteed." When I called from Naha Airport to ask about early check-in, the response was not mechanical but genuinely kind. The staff's friendliness and welcoming attitude came through in their calm and gentle tone. In fact, I was allowed to check in quite early, and they prepared a quiet room with a great view as requested. The room was impeccably clean, and even the cleaning staff in the hallway greeted me with smiles and "hello," showcasing excellent hospitality. The bath amenities had a pleasant fragrance that made using them enjoyable. While this is an older hotel, which means slightly thin walls due to its structure, it wasn't an issue because most guests were mature adults who contributed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast did get crowded at times but featured Okinawan dishes that were all delicious. The replenishment of food items was flawless, and there was also an abundance of fresh fruits available. Personally, I would have loved more bitter melon dishes like Goya Champuru or thinly sliced raw bitter melon in the salad section. Additionally, while the coffee wasn't bad, it felt slightly weak with less aroma than expected. The hallways had a lovely scent as well; everything from how sheets were arranged in my room to overall cleanliness was perfect. Although located within Naha City limits, this hotel offers resort-like vibes—more suited for adults seeking tranquility rather than younger crowds looking for Instagram-worthy spots. The pool area is spacious and enjoyable with subtle background music by the poolside. As someone who loves swimming pools dearly though—I would greatly appreciate if swimming hours could start at 9 AM even outside summer season! Starting at 10 AM makes it harder to fully enjoy on departure days; please consider this suggestion if possible. Despite some minor complaints mentioned above overall experience left me extremely satisfied—I felt truly relaxed during my stay here honestly exceeded expectations significantly happy knowing found another favorite spot Okinawa Thank You!

    It was a bit disappointing.

    The staff were very attentive and dedicated. However, the facilities, amenities, and breakfast did not meet the expectations associated with the Hilton name, which was disappointing.

    It was our first tri...

    It was our first trip to Okinawa since 2019. My grandson, a second-year junior high school student and a big fan of the Yakult Swallows, planned the trip around their Okinawa training camp schedule. The hotel was located on a hill near Shuri Castle and was very beautiful. Although it wasn’t officially announced, many Yakult players, staff, and fans seemed to be staying there, making it quite crowded. However, the front desk staff were efficient and pleasant. We opted for breakfast included in our stay. The food was delicious and plentiful; however, due to the crowd, it wasn’t easy to enjoy a calm meal. The room accommodated four family members in one space with three beds and an extra bed added—it felt cramped as expected. Despite being an older facility, cleanliness was impeccable. It would have been nice if the bathroom had included a washing area. My grandson wanted to visit ANA Sports Park daily for Yakult’s practice sessions; we drove him there each day as it was relatively close by and convenient. The remaining three of us explored Okinawa separately—driving to Kokusai Street or other tourist spots nearby made sightseeing accessible. We look forward to staying again in the future!     New Year's Day

    Enjoy a New Year's experience with traditional Osechi dishes and Ozoni soup at our breakfast buffet! We also had a mochi-pounding event. It was wonderful to feel the spirit of the New Year.
