    Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

    This was my second stay. Although the meals are buffet-style, the dining area is not crowded, so you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere, and I think it’s great that the all-you-can-drink option includes local craft beer. This time I injured my foot and had some difficulty walking, but they lent me a cart and arranged a seat that was easy for me to access, which was truly helpful. Thank you very much.

    It was great!

    We stayed here on our way to Osaka, and the lakefront was just a short walk away—our grandchildren were happier than we expected. The adults were also satisfied because the meals were delicious. However, there were only a few washing stations in the large public bath, and we were surprised to see so many people waiting. Perhaps it was because there were many families during summer vacation. It was not something we often see elsewhere.

    Perfect for a refreshing getaway.

    Close to Nagoya, with excellent dinner and breakfast. Great value for money and perfect for unwinding after work. I’ll do my best so I can visit again.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Visit Again

    Dinner was a delicious course meal enjoyed with a view of Lake Hamana. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, especially the well-prepared Japanese dishes. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. However, when I tried to use the Onsen around 9:45 AM after breakfast, I was told by the cleaning staff that it was no longer available. It was disappointing since I had arranged for an 11:00 AM checkout.

    The weather was bad,...

    The weather was bad, so I couldn't go out, but the Room was spacious and comfortable. It was a bit difficult to bring takeout food back to the Room.

    It was a satisfying accommodation.

    It was a short one-night, two-day stay, and on the day of check-in, the temperature was very high. Upon arriving at the accommodation drenched in sweat, I found that the room had already been air-conditioned before my arrival, allowing me to relax comfortably as soon as I entered. After cooling off in the room, I headed to the large public bath and enjoyed refreshing myself thoroughly with the sauna and cold bath. This time, I only reserved breakfast, but it was served buffet-style with a satisfying variety (quantity) and excellent taste. However, since it was during summer vacation and there were many guests staying at the accommodation, there was only one elevator connecting each floor to 2F (front desk) and 1F (restaurant). This caused congestion during check-out times and breakfast hours, which was unfortunate.

    The dinner buffet is delicious.

    The Facility and guest rooms show some age, and the public bath feels smaller compared to other Harvest Clubs. Additionally, the public bath was very crowded, making it hard to relax. However, the dinner buffet was exceptionally delicious, far surpassing other Harvest locations. Choosing the all-you-can-drink alcohol Plan was a great decision. The buffet selection was excellent; if anything, extending it from 90 minutes to 120 minutes would be even better. Breakfast also featured delicious desserts like soft-serve ice cream, pudding, and fruits. This Hotel focuses on its dining experience, leaving a completely different impression between check-in and check-out. The view was also wonderful. I would love to visit this Hotel again!

    I had a relaxing time at the calm Facility.

    This was our first time staying here for a family trip. As mentioned in other reviews, the facility itself felt a bit old, but everything was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue. Although it is located away from the city center, the view of Lake Hamana and the surrounding scenery from the hotel were serene and beautiful, making it ideal for those who want to relax quietly. The downsides were that the open-air bath was not an onsen and that buffet meals were only available on weekends, with course meals being the only option on weekdays. It would have been nice to have more menu options during weekdays.

    The quality of the meals is excellent.

    Since it was a buffet style, I didn't have high expectations for the content, but there was the joy of choosing not just ordinary items. The delicious ones were worth going back for seconds. The all-you-can-drink menu was also satisfying, and I discovered Shizuoka Bakushu for the first time and was so impressed by its taste that I searched for it to purchase on my way back. I think it would sell well if available at the shop. It became a Hotel that left a very memorable impression in terms of dining.
