    A prestigious Hotel

    I stay here whenever I have an overnight business trip. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made me feel at ease. I will definitely stay here again next time.

    The Room was excellent.

    The Room was very nice. During check-in, only the parking fee procedure was handled. The room key was left on the desk, and I wasn’t sure whether it had been given to me. There was no explanation at all, which made me feel uneasy. At check-out, I was told the time was different, which scared me. The information sheet in the Room said check-out was at 11:00, and the case that held the room key also said check-out was at 11:00. It may have been different under my Reservation Plan, and it’s true that I should have confirmed it myself, but if the time differs from what is written on the in-room information sheet and on the room key case, I would have liked you to explain this at check-in. When I mentioned this, no one listened to me and I received an unpleasant look. I went home feeling sad, which was very painful. I understand Hotel staff may be tired sometimes, but I had been looking forward to my stay, so it made me sad. Because the Room itself was great, I would like to stay again; however, since I’m afraid of experiencing the same thing again, I think I will refrain from staying here in the future.

    Old but clean and comfortable.

    The Room was spacious and very comfortable, with convenient storage, well-placed mirrors, and a user-friendly bathroom layout—so much so that it felt suitable even for a long stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station, but is it good enough for a Business Hotel?

    The front desk service was not very good. The Room also felt a bit worn. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

    It was different from what I expected.

    I stayed here to visit Samukawa Shrine early the next morning. It was my first time stopping in Atsugi, and the Hotel was larger than I expected. Perhaps because I arrived late at night, the front desk staff spoke quietly with their eyes downcast, which did not leave a very good impression. The Facility is undeniably old, but I felt the Room was thoroughly cleaned. There is a convenience store across the street, so I probably didn’t need to add breakfast. It should be convenient for guests using public transportation.

    I rated the stars as 3 for “average,” so this is not a negative review. I had breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, the seasoning was good, and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again.

    Great breakfast with a wide variety of options!

    The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy many different dishes in the morning. Everything tasted great, and it was a Hotel I’d love to visit again!

    More than sufficient for a solo male stay.

    Thanks to its location in Atsugi, away from the city center, the accommodation cost was quite reasonable. The bed was large and well made, and I had no major complaints about the stay itself. However, the Facility overall seems a bit dated; depending on where you step in the bathtub, it felt like it sank slightly, which concerned me a little. Other than that, it generally met expectations, and overall I was satisfied.

    I’m satisfied with the clean Room, but it was a bit disappointing that the in-room phone only worked for local calls.

    It was disappointing that the breakfast was cold.

    I went to the breakfast venue at 7:00 a.m., but all the hot dishes were cold and not tasty. For some reason, all the buffet warmer lids were left fully open, so it seemed they had been left that way well before opening. The ingredients and seasoning seemed good, which made it even more disappointing. The raw egg for TKG was very delicious.

    I have used this accommodation multiple times, but it is disappointing that there is always some issue. This time, I chose a room with a kitchen and laundry facilities, but the kitchen had no utensils or equipment. While it seems to be designed for long-term stays, shouldn't at least basic cooking tools be provided? From my experience staying in similar types of rooms both domestically and internationally, basic cutlery is usually available. This isn't a campsite; it's a hotel in the city. I don't think guests would bring their own cooking tools. Especially knives—given current regulations, carrying them around isn't feasible—so these should at least be provided. As for plates, when I tried to use saucers, they turned out to be mugs instead. There were no saucers or spoons either, so I ended up buying items from a convenience store and getting extras there. Additionally, the coffee corner had leftover trash and seemed to have been forgotten for restocking as well.

    The beer at the beer...

    The beer at the beer garden was not cold. We made a reservation for two, but there were not enough slippers and bathrobes, and since there was no phone in the room, we had to use the phone near the elevator or go to the front desk to inform them. The pancake machine at breakfast was fun, and the curry was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Satisfaction

    We stayed in a Superior Twin room as a couple. The Hotel is quite large and felt a bit old, but the beds were spacious and comfortable to sleep on. My wife mentioned that there were no hair ties among the amenities. The TV was also large and easy to watch, which we appreciated. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

    A bit disappointing

    I have stayed here several times and always have a comfortable experience. Thank you. This was my first time staying during this season, but I noticed that after bathing, the ventilation seemed weak or nonexistent, and the steam was quite noticeable when using the sink afterward. Perhaps there is a switch somewhere that I missed?

    We had a wonderful anniversary.

    This is the only Hotel in Hon-Atsugi directly connected to an underground parking lot, so I use it regularly. Thank you for kindly providing glasses for brought-in beverages the other day.

    There might be fewer female guests.

    I used this Property for a Multiple Night Stay during a business trip. I stayed in a Business Plus Room equipped with a larger refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. However, perhaps because my expectations were high before my stay, there were some disappointing points, which led to a lower rating. The Room was not small, but there was no baggage rack, so I had to place my suitcase on the bed. Since I didn’t want to leave it on the floor, I moved it to the side of the bed when sleeping. There were no female-oriented amenities (cleansing products, lotion, cotton pads), so I had to purchase them at the convenience store across the street. Luckily, I happened to have cotton pads with me, but it was inconvenient. Additionally, many Business Hotels nowadays provide a makeup mirror on the table, but this Property did not, so I had to make do with my own hand mirror. The table was also small for business use, making both makeup application and phone conferences inconvenient. The TV was positioned towards the bed, so I couldn’t watch it while sitting at the table. As a result, I had to place my bento on the bed to have dinner. While there were no major inconveniences, these small issues lowered my overall satisfaction with the stay. I also noticed dust accumulating by the bedside and the bed pad being misaligned, which were concerning. While I understand that the Facility is old and voices from the hallway could be heard, these didn’t bother me much. However, the lack of a baggage rack and amenities left a poor impression. The location is excellent, being close to the station and an OK Store, and the in-room equipment is very convenient for business travelers, which makes it all the more disappointing. I think providing a baggage rack, even as a rental option, or selling amenities for 100 yen would be a good idea. It would be great if more consideration could be given to female guests.

    The last-minute chan...

    The last-minute change to a non-smoking Room and even an upgrade to a larger Room made my wife, who stayed at the Property, very impressed. We would love to use your services again if we have the opportunity.

    Just right, great value for money.

    I have stayed at several Business Hotels in Hon-Atsugi, but I felt this one had the best cost performance. Thank you for the breakfast.
