    Convenient!

    I stayed here on a business trip. Because it is directly connected to the station, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious, too.

    Ladies’ Floor

    Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

    I’m a returning guest.

    Whenever I have business in Kanagawa, this is the first place I check for availability. The easy access from the station and the convenience of being directly connected to a shopping mall are the main reasons I keep coming back, and the clean Room and excellent staff service are also faultless.

    I was able to truly relax from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much.

    At the end of my two-year stay, I stayed in a slightly nicer Room. It was more spacious than I expected, the Facility was easy to use, and the bathroom wasn’t a unit bath (and it even had a TV), so I could relax and soak at my leisure. The sink area was also spacious with LED lighting, and the Room mirror was a Horiuchi Mirror three-way mirror that was very convenient—perfect for doing full makeup for the first time in five years ahead of my graduation ceremony. Haha I also used the steamer and the yoga mat. It was completely different from what I used to have, and I was impressed at how much steamers have evolved. It was so comfortable that I spent most of my time relaxing on the ottoman chair by the window. I thought I should have tried staying in this Room sooner, but then I realized that if it had been this Room, I probably would have relaxed too much and not studied—so it was better saved as something to look forward to. Haha This time at check-in, there were familiar staff members who congratulated me on graduating, and at check-out I got to meet the staff member who always replies to my Review(s), so I could thank them in person—I was truly happy. Thank you sincerely for two wonderful years of a comfortable environment and thoughtful hospitality. When work brings me back to your area again, I will definitely stay with you (and from next time on, this is the Room I’ll choose. Haha). I look forward to seeing you again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed here because there was a concert nearby. The women-only floor felt very secure, and the Room was spacious. The bathroom even had a TV, so I could relax and take my time. I also used the Panasonic steam facial device in the Room, and it was so good that I’m thinking of buying one. I received a drink voucher for the Italian bar in the Hotel and went there for dinner; everything was delicious. Checkout was at 11:00, so I could take it easy.

    I successfully earned the credits. Thank you for the past two years.

    Thanks to another comfortable stay, I was able to focus on my studies and successfully pass the exam. I’ve earned all my credits and will be able to graduate. Thank you very much. Next month, I have work scheduled after the graduation ceremony, so I’ll be staying with you once more. Since it’s my first time having a relaxed schedule, I chose a nicer Room. I’m looking forward to it.

    I truly felt it was a comfortable environment.

    The stay for schooling is now down to the final month. It feels bittersweet knowing that the next time I meet the familiar staff here will be the last. This accommodation has truly supported my schooling journey. Usually, after staying here, I spend an extra night elsewhere for work before heading back, but this time, due to scheduling, I stayed at a work-related hotel first and then came here for one night. Still, staying here is always so comfortable. The room is spacious with plenty of places to store luggage, and above all, the large round table is incredibly convenient. The lighting is just right too—perfect for both work and studying. All of the staff are kind and attentive, which makes me feel at ease every time I stay here. This has been my most frequent stay at any hotel in my life so far, and I'm genuinely glad I chose this place. Next time will be during a two-day test period—I’ll make full use of that table and do my best! Thank you in advance until the very end!

    Carbonated hot springs provide a warming and relaxing experience.

    I stayed with my elderly mother. The hotel is directly connected to the station, making it easy to walk and very convenient. The front desk staff provided polite service, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. My mother loves the carbonated hot spring bath, so we will use this accommodation again.

    The breakfast buffet was disappointing.

    I stayed at the accommodation while attending an event at Sagami Women's University Green Hall. The location was excellent, directly connected to Sagami-Ono Station with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bathroom was a unit bath combined with the toilet, which felt cramped. As for the breakfast buffet, it was disappointing due to the limited variety of options.

    I stayed at the same Hotel two weeks ago. This time, it was cheaper, possibly because I booked in advance. Coincidentally, it was the same Room.

    There is absolutely no issue with the Hotel itself, but there was something that caught my attention.

    This is my 17th stay. Thanks to the same room and the arrangement of a kettle as always, I was able to relax. There are no issues with the hotel's service at all, but this time there were several instances where other guests were unusually noisy in the hallway, around 11 PM or early morning around 7 AM. This has never happened before, so I was a bit surprised. While I don’t mind overhearing conversations from inside rooms, it’s a bit troubling when people are noisy right in front of my room. Some conversations weren’t in Japanese, but some were. Honestly, I almost felt like saying something myself! It’s completely an issue of manners and not something within the hotel’s control, but I wanted to report it just in case. That said, all the staff members are wonderful. When I went to pick up my stored luggage this time, a familiar staff member who I hadn’t seen recently called me by name—it made me feel very comforted. Only three stays remain until graduation; thank you for your continued support!

    The Room was clean and being a corner Room, it had two windows, making it bright. There was also a mirror on the desk, which made it easy to do makeup. The staff were polite and attentive, which was great. Thank you very much!

    Quiet and Relaxing Guest Rooms

    First stay in Sagami-Ono with my spouse for work. The parking was very difficult to find, and we only managed to locate it after calling the hotel staff. Since the hotel is directly connected to the station, there might not be many guests arriving by car. Other than that, the room was surprisingly quiet despite being station-connected, spacious, and comfortable. The bed wasn’t particularly large but sufficient. We appreciated the welcome champagne at the hotel bar—a delightful service. There was also a self-service tea selection at the front desk with plenty of options. Would love to stay again!

    Considering a repeat stay!

    I stayed in the Ladies Executive Single Room (Single) for a staycation. I was very satisfied. The location, staff service, and the room's spaciousness exceeded my expectations, with enough space to do yoga (a yoga mat was provided in the room). The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but each dish was delicious. The atmosphere was calm, with some solo female guests present. There were no large groups of foreign tourists; about 10-20% of the guests seemed to be English-speaking individuals traveling alone. If I had to point out one thing, there was a CNN program guide in front of the TV, but I couldn't figure out how to watch it—having instructions for that would be helpful.

    This is the top choice in the area.

    Thank you for always accommodating me during my business trips. The thoughtful design, including the furniture, wallpaper, and the absence of unnecessary baggage racks, creates a comfortable and relaxing space. I also appreciate the well-prepared amenities that allow me to travel light. In the Ladies' Executive Room, the highlight is definitely the bathtub! Its depth allows for a luxurious soak up to your shoulders while watching TV—such an indulgent experience. Being able to choose bath salts is another delightful touch that helps melt away work fatigue. Although my stays are often short and I rarely have time to use items like beauty devices or yoga mats, this hotel remains my top choice in this area!

    I had another comfortable stay.

    This was my 13th stay at the accommodation. Although I checked in later than planned due to work, the staff handled it pleasantly, which I truly appreciated. When I requested to send my luggage upon departure, a kind and familiar staff member remembered that fragile items were not marked during a previous shipment. They carefully checked and added the sticker this time, which made me very happy. (The fragile label was already applied but they added an extra one for assurance.) I believe it's thanks to the thoughtful care of these staff members that I always have such a pleasant stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

    Stayed on the ladies' floor.

    I stayed here on a business trip. There was a spacious round table and an extension cord, making it convenient for working on my laptop. Although the bathroom facilities were slightly dated, they were very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The proximity to the station was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when working nearby.

    This is my 10th stay. I was grateful for the smooth check-in as the usual staff who remembered my name was at the front desk after a long time. Thanks to staying in my usual room comfortably, I was able to get through my final exams and successfully advance to the next grade. It's truly thanks to the sense of security provided by this hotel. I look forward to your continued support from April until graduation.

    The executive room was wonderful.

    I am staying here for a business trip. Although it is not very close to my workplace, I use it because there is a ladies' floor. The room requires a floor-specific key to use the laundry and microwave, which makes me feel secure, and there are no hallway noises or door opening sounds, allowing for a calm stay. I usually stay in a regular single room, but this time there were no vacancies so I used an executive room for the first time. The furniture and wallpaper are calming, the bathroom door gives off a home-like atmosphere, the bathtub warms up your body well, and there's also a TV to relax with. The desk is spacious enough for comfortable phone conferences. There’s also ample baggage space making packing easy. With the eco plan, housekeeping does not enter during your stay so you can leave without tidying up the room—perfect for someone like me who prefers convenience. The amenities available at the front desk include bath additives and various types of tea that I enjoy trying each time. The breakfast buffet offers fresh vegetables served in beautiful dishes that provide an elegant morning experience. Everyone at the front desk is courteous ensuring a pleasant hotel stay. While I can't afford to stay in an executive room every time due to its price, I'll occasionally indulge myself with this luxurious experience when possible. Thank you!

    The ladies' floor is nice.

    I used the ladies' floor for the first time. The amenities were well-stocked, and the Room was clean, allowing me to relax very comfortably. The bottle of the humidifier in the Room was small, so even though I filled it up before going to bed, an out-of-water alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking me up to refill it. However, thanks to that, the humidity in the Room remained comfortable until morning. I had a pleasant stay.

    I was soothed by the carbonated spring.

    This time, I stayed in a Premium Twin Room with my elderly mother. It was our first stay, but the spacious room and the carbonated spring bath were pleasant, so I immediately made a reservation for the next time. The staff's service was also courteous with smiles.

    It was not the fault of the Hotel, but it was a bit disappointing.

    This time, I also used a Multiple Night Stay. Although it wasn't my usual Room, it was a Room that considered my preferences, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. (They also provided a kettle.) However, there were two disappointing things. One was that I requested a courier service for my luggage and marked it as fragile, but the delivered package did not have the specified sticker. I believe this was a mistake on Yamato's part, but since there were fragile items inside, it was disappointing. I would like to continue using the courier service, so I hope you can alert Yamato next time. The other was that during checkout, a female guest waiting behind me was visibly irritated, which was unpleasant. She was making noise with her card key, and the feeling of being rushed was extremely uncomfortable. While this is simply due to the lack of customer manners, if someone is showing such a clear attitude, having a staff member ask, "Are you in a hurry?" might have resulted in a more peaceful situation for us. Eventually, I ended up sharing the elevator with that woman, and she left with an attitude as if it was my fault, saying, "I'm in a hurry!" If she was in a hurry, she should have prepared and checked out earlier. The problem lies entirely with the customer, but I experienced considerable discomfort, so I apologize for writing about it here.

    I was able to have a pleasant stay again.

    This is my 7th stay. The lady at the front desk remembered my face and handed me the key before I even introduced myself. Haha They prepared my usual room, giving me a sense of comfort and familiarity. I learned from the response to my previous review that the kettle in the room was actually meant for lending. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness. If I hadn't found this hotel, I might have disliked attending school because of all the assignments and challenges, but having a place where I can stay comfortably gives me the strength to keep going.     I was thrilled that you changed the pot for me.

    The second half of the schooling period began, and it was my sixth Multiple Night Stay. The Room was the same as last time, so it felt like coming home, and I was able to relax with peace of mind. This time, I returned late both days due to work meetings and couldn't relax at the Hotel, which was a shame. Haha The next morning, when I took out the pot to make coffee, it had changed! Moreover, even when pouring slowly, there was no water leakage at all, and the coffee was brewed deliciously. Actually, I had been bringing a pot to transfer hot water since last time, but from now on, I won't need to bring it anymore. I'm grateful for that. I was impressed because I didn't expect such a quick response. Thank you very much.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I chose this hotel for its location and the ladies' floor. Being directly connected to the station is indeed convenient. It's within walking distance to the event venue, and even late at night, there are plenty of shops open, which was great. The ladies' floor felt safe, and it was quiet at night, which I appreciated. However, since it's in front of the station with many bars, it couldn't be helped, but I was woken up around 2 AM by a group of young people making a drunken ruckus! It went on for a while, which was tough. Also, I was a bit surprised that there was no complimentary mineral water. It would be nice if the ladies' room offered services like having two towels and bath towels each.
