    Thank you for your patronage.

    Thank you for your hospitality. Despite the heavy snow, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. I brought my elderly parents with limited mobility, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. However, I noticed that the facial cleanser in the public bath area was empty both on the day we arrived and the following day. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did catch my attention. We greatly appreciated your thoughtfulness in providing rice balls for our companion who had to leave early due to the snowstorm. My parents and I would love to visit Niji to Umi again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Overall, excellent.

    I chose this annex as the main Kaga-ya was quite expensive on Friday, but with all rooms being ocean-view, the scenery was breathtaking. The Room was spacious, very clean, and the front desk area had a stylish atmosphere. The buffet meals were also delicious with each dish being of high quality. The bath area was extremely large, included a sauna, and offered an amazing view—truly exceptional. If I may point out one thing, it seems cleaning the exterior windows facing the sea must be challenging; however, it’s a bit disappointing that you can’t fully enjoy the view unless you open the window due to dirt on them. That said, I understand how difficult it must be given its cliffside location. Also, the safe in the Room is small; if possible, having one that fits laptops would be helpful these days. On a personal note—apologies for mentioning this—I played on the white piano located on 1F and thought it might benefit from tuning for better sound quality... Lastly, I had hoped to stay at Niji no Kiseki this time but unfortunately there were no vacancies available. I look forward to staying there someday in the future!

    Rainbow and Sea

    Dinner and breakfast are served buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, which was very satisfying. In the morning, after the rain stopped, I looked out the window and saw a rainbow, perfectly matching the Hotel's name, allowing me to fully enjoy both the rainbow and the sea.

    Spacious and comfort...

    Spacious and comfortable Room with a variety of delicious meals made our stay very satisfying. However, we were disappointed by a fly buzzing around in the Room's toilet. We initially let it out into the Room, but its constant flying was unpleasant, so we contacted the front desk and they provided insect spray. It was an unexpected experience that surprised us.

    I stayed here with m...

    I stayed here with my wife during our trip. Having previously stayed at Aenokaze, we decided to visit again based on that impression. The service, location, and bath were excellent. However, I felt the meals could have been more focused on traditional Japanese cuisine or offered a bit more variety. In terms of cost performance, it seemed reasonable for what was provided. The stylish entrance also lifted my wife's spirits, which was a nice touch!

    First time

    Spacious corner Room, perfect for a relaxing stay. The young staff were very kind and provided service with a smile, which was great. The meals were delicious as well. I will definitely use this service again.

    Truly worthy of the Kagaya Group.

    The hospitality and cuisine were excellent, as expected. Specifically, the fish was delicious, and the front desk provided prompt service. However, on a hot day, the Room was stuffy at check-in, and the air conditioning was not very effective. The bath felt like a sauna, and even the outdoor bath was not cool at night.

    Girls' Trip

    Every year, my mother, niece, and I look forward to enjoying the Onsen. We chose it because we admired the Venus Room. The service from the front desk to the dining area was excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The room was stylish and absolutely perfect.

    The location is absolutely fantastic. The Room is spacious and clean, and it was surprisingly large—more than enough space!
