    I think there are many issues.

    Check-in guidance assumed automated check-in even though staff were available. Upon entering, the Room temperature felt like a steam bath. I was surprised to find mosquitoes in the Room. The refrigerator rattled, and even when opened the light did not turn on; it is far beyond its service life. The toilet tank would not stop refilling; I had to adjust the lever each time to stop it. There was no shoehorn. After 9:00 a.m., interior construction suddenly started in the neighboring Room, with continuous loud noise from an impact driver and no prior notice. Is this some kind of joke?

    We will not be returning.

    The lobby always smells of cigarette smoke. Maybe the smoking area is nearby, but the smoke fills the lobby as well. For someone like me who can’t stand the smell of cigarettes, it was unbearable. The underground parking area had piles of delivery items and stacks of cardboard boxes, which looked very unappealing and immediately put me off. It was dimly lit and felt very scary. The coin laundry is also located nearby, but I decided not to use it because I was concerned about hygiene and security. There were holes in the Room wall, and although this is a non-smoking Room, there were burn marks from cigarettes. The breakfast table wobbled so much that I couldn’t focus on eating. It may be good value for money, but if I’m paying the same amount, I’ll stay at a different Business Hotel next time. I won’t be returning.

    Kakegawa tea is great, but...

    Since this is Kakegawa, tea is expected. However, I couldn’t help but worry about the tea leaves in the can—whether there was any mold or foreign matter. There were dried tea leaves stuck to both the teacup and the teapot from a previous guest. Please wash them thoroughly. I could hear the sound of running water coming from inside the air-conditioning unit all night, which kept me awake. The elevator is set to stop on the 2nd floor, and it feels eerie at night. However, I was glad that the hair dryer had been replaced with a new one. I hope you will work hard to make improvements.

    It was a decent Hotel.

    Visited with No Meals Included. Despite being a Saturday, I was able to stay at an affordable price.

    It was a wonderful stay that made me realize how much this long-established Hotel is loved by the people of Kakegawa. Even our slightly difficult requests were promptly addressed, which was very helpful. Thanks to that, we had a very comfortable stay. The buffet was also delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive. Thank you very much!

    There was no omelet, but

    Stayed in a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. I debated whether to include breakfast but was drawn to the photo of an omelet being made in a frying pan, thinking it would be freshly cooked. However, while the breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of variety and delicious options, there were no made-to-order omelets as shown in the photo. The only downside was that water splashed from the sink, possibly due to high water pressure or design issues. That said, disposable slippers were provided, and overall it was a satisfying stay. If I visit again, I would consider staying here once more.

    Poor breakfast etiquette.

    Due to the effects of overtourism, noise from the hallways was clearly audible, making it difficult to relax. It was disappointing that the atmosphere has become less comfortable compared to before, such as being told to "just wait and endure" when reporting obvious breaches of breakfast etiquette by other guests.

    Very satisfied

    The Hotel features a luxurious exterior, fitting for a wedding venue, and the rooms are spacious. I stayed for work but found it very relaxing. The price is reasonable, and I am highly satisfied.

    A bit disappointing

    I have been using this facility for a while, but I feel the quality has gradually declined compared to the price. It might be due to aging facilities, but the unpleasant odor from the bathroom and toilet remains unchanged. Whether it's a cleaning issue or sewage odor, it feels somewhat uncomfortable from a Japanese perspective. While its location near the station is convenient for business trips, there is no other reason to choose it.

    Although not directly connected, the Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and as an established property, it had a generally pleasant atmosphere. Small souvenirs could also be purchased at the front desk.

    Conveniently located near the station, and reasonably priced.

    Tea leaves, not tea bags, are provided in the Room, which made me impressed, as expected of Shizuoka. The breakfast has a limited variety (is this typical for a Business Hotel?). The three-point unit bath is tiring. Who decided to make this the standard for a Business Hotel...?

    It was a room with a nice view.

    The Room was spacious with a nice view, and the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. It was nice that the window could be opened a little. The staff's response was very polite and good. The breakfast was not tasty, and my wife couldn't eat it. The drainage in the bathroom was not good, and when draining the bathwater, the bathroom flooded. It is not hygienic, so I hope it will be improved.
