    Request for Improvements to the Reservation Plan

    If you book the Baseball Game Spectator Plan, Shuttle Service should be guaranteed for all eligible guests without conditions, rather than offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Of course, the Shuttle Service should also be scheduled to match the end of the game.

    Enjoy the Onsen

    Because the Onsen and sauna were adjacent, we were able to fully enjoy them. The breakfast buffet had a standard selection, but the dining area was spacious. The staff were friendly and approachable.

    The Facility amenities are...

    I stayed here to visit ES CON. The location was good, and having parking was convenient.\nThe Onsen was also nice.\nHowever, the Facility is in very poor condition. The washbasin in the Room I stayed in was broken.\nNot only is the Facility poorly maintained, but I also question the management policy of putting guests in a Room like that. There seems to be no consideration for how guests feel when they are forced to use damaged equipment. If you are going to assign a damaged Room, you should at least explain it beforehand, but there was no explanation at all. Is it because there were two sinks so you thought it would be fine?\nIn addition, even when guests were present, staff refilled the buffet by cutting in front of them; the same happened when refilling beans in the coffee machine. Don’t they consider that they could end up spilling beans on a guest’s head? In the first place, working over guests’ heads is unacceptable. Even when passing by, they didn’t stop and simply walked straight through as if brushing past us. No greetings.\nThe front desk staff also had a bad attitude. I was handed a registration form with one hand and it was placed down roughly—so much so that I almost wanted to ask what they were angry about.\nUnfortunately, I did not meet anyone who seemed to take pride as hotel staff.\nIt’s disappointing because the location and hot spring water are good. I don’t think I will return.

    It felt like a tradi...

    It felt like a traditional Hotel. If the amenities and the in-Room shower were updated to be more modern, I might consider staying again.

    Would love to stay again.

    We stayed at the accommodation with three generations of our family. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was very delicious, and the bath was very relaxing. When we informed them about our family celebration, they upgraded our room, provided a message card, and complimentary drinks. Thank you for allowing us to use the free shuttle bus to Escon on our way back. We look forward to staying again next year!

    久しぶりの Classe Hotel

    Stayed here for the first time in 15 years. The accommodation has been gradually renovated, which was nice. Due to COVID-19, my visits have decreased, and it seems there were many international guests. The onsen was as great as ever. The shuttle service bus was also new and improved. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kitahiroshima.

    I’d like to stay again after it’s renovated.

    It felt like time had stopped in the Showa era at this Hotel. I stayed because they offer a Shuttle Service to ES CON, but it felt even older than I expected. With ES CON opening, hasn’t business been booming? At the very least, I wish the plumbing areas could be renovated… The Onsen Facility was a saving grace, but with that sink I couldn’t even wash my face. (The water comes out so forcefully that it splashes everywhere and soaks everything.) It’s also unclear who ever wanted a bidet installed in the toilet. There is no salmon roe at the seafood rice bowl station at breakfast. Moor Onsen is rare even in Japan, so I was grateful to be able to enjoy it. The changing room didn’t seem to be cleaned during the day… and I’d like towels to be provided there as well. The Room cleaning is thorough, and surprisingly (though this may sound rude) the staff’s hospitality does come through. Still, for the same price as a luxury Hotel in Sapporo, these facilities and this breakfast are hard to justify. With limited transportation access to ES CON, I truly appreciated the Shuttle Service—it was a big help. If renovations are done, I feel this could become a place where you can fully enjoy ES CON, golf, and Onsen.

    For Baseball Game Viewing

    Stayed for 2 days to watch baseball at Escon. Chose this place because it’s close to Escon and has a shuttle bus. The facility felt a bit old, but it was sufficient for just "sleeping." On the second day, I had reserved the earliest shuttle bus at 11:00 AM to head to Escon for a day game. However, since the checkout time was 10:00 AM, I canceled the reservation for the shuttle bus and arranged a taxi instead to match Escon's opening time. Although it was some trouble, the front desk staff handled it with a smile, which was very nice. Thank you very much!

    Bathhouse Crowding

    For a Multiple Night Stay, there is no room cleaning for up to 3 nights unless requested, which costs 1,500 yen. However, towel replacement and trash collection are provided. Towels (quite worn) are provided as one large and one small per two people, and you need to bring them with you when visiting the public bath—slightly inconvenient. Two towels per person would be preferable. It seems the hotel has shifted away from being a luxury hotel since its Prince era. Guests handle their own luggage, and hallway lights are partially turned off during the day. The coin laundry was convenient for our golf trip; however, the currency exchange machine still does not support new banknotes. The beer vending machines in the hallway also do not accept them—understandable given update costs. The public bath has become a social hub for local residents; families bring their own shampoo sets in baskets as if visiting a sento (public bath). The women's grooming area lacks sufficient stations. On the other hand, the outdoor bath is excellent. The bathroom in the room is inconveniently designed with limited counter space at the sink area. The toilet is in a separate room equipped with a bidet that resembles European-style washlets—I didn’t use it though. Breakfast is served on the top floor with good variety and quality overall; however, curry was sweet—not even medium spicy—and miso soup was thin. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Escon Field Hokkaido where we had dinner since restaurants there close early—something to keep in mind!

    It was a pleasant stay.

    The room was for 4 people and seemed recently renovated, though the light switches were a bit tricky to figure out. The front desk staff kindly explained everything, which was very helpful. The elevator wait time was minimal and smooth. The Onsen was excellent as well. The meal had just the right number of dishes, which I appreciated. I had a relaxing time catching up with friends after a long while. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The facility is very old.

    The rooms are properly cleaned, thanks to the dedication of the cleaning staff. However, the smell and wear due to the age of the facility cannot be helped. The price is too high due to demand from Es Con Field. A reasonable rate would be 3,000 yen per person with breakfast included. Both the rooms and restaurant differ significantly from the photos shown in advertisements.

    Onsen is the best.

    I have stayed here several times when visiting Escon Field Hokkaido. There is a shuttle bus from the station and the stadium, which is convenient. The onsen is very nice. I like the onsen, so I keep coming back. However, aren't there too many day-trip guests? It gets very crowded during peak times, so I adjust my schedule. The morning bath is comfortable.

    Moor Onsenです

    It doesn't seem to be advertised much, but it's a moor Onsen! You can enjoy the same benefits without going all the way to Obihiro. It's a stay where you can be healed by the splendid autumn leaves and the moor Onsen.

    Please bring towels to the large public bath.

    Since there is a splendid large public bath, please place towels in the bath instead of bringing them from the Room. This alone will significantly change the level of satisfaction. Also, please install a safety box in the Room. After all, this is not a Business Hotel.

    Ideal for watching Escon.

    The location is excellent. Although a reservation is required, they provide a shuttle bus to Escon. I used it myself. As is well known, access to Escon is difficult, so it was really helpful. On the downside, the TV in the room couldn't show NHK. It seemed to be a bad connection, but it was restored. This was the first time something like this happened. The hot spring large bath is excellent. Also, there is a dining hall within the hot spring facility, where you can have meals at a reasonable price. The breakfast on the top floor is also good, but it was quite crowded with group guests right after opening. It's a buffet. There seemed to be a sashimi rice bowl, but it was sold out early and there was no restocking, which was disappointing.

    I visited for my fir...

    I visited for my first Escon game. I arrived a little early and tried to complete the check-in process, and I was grateful to be told that my room was ready and I could go ahead. Thanks to that, I was able to finish shopping, have a meal in my room, refresh myself in the large public bath, and take the shuttle bus to Escon. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, and with the Fighters' walk-off win, I was very satisfied even coming all the way from Saitama City. I will visit again next season. Thank you for taking care of me.
