    You can feel at ease.

    The surroundings are pleasant, and you can stay with peace of mind. My daughter’s apartment is nearby, so I’d like to continue using this place whenever I stay in Tokyo.

    We stayed here to visit a nearby theme park. We had seen photos of the Room, but it was more spacious and comfortable than we expected. There is also a large public bath, which was very relaxing. It was great that the toilet and bathroom in the Room were separate, but my daughter mentioned that it was inconvenient that there were no partitions between the shower booth, bathtub, and sink area. Everything felt clean, and we especially enjoyed hearing birds in the morning, but on closer look we could tell some items—such as the curtains, lampshade, and bed base—were a bit worn with age, which was slightly disappointing. We would love to stay again next year.

    Family-friendly

    Because the Hotel is located inside Kasai Rinkai Park, it was great to enjoy the aquarium and the park and then relax at the Hotel right away. The large public bath also helped me recover from fatigue. It was nice to be able to lounge around in the Japanese-style room.

    This is my second stay.

    This was our second stay with children. Last time, we stayed after visiting Disney. Located inside Kasai Rinkai Park, it’s perfect for letting kids play. This Plan included breakfast, and the food was excellent—no surprise given it’s part of the Okura group. Dinner wasn’t included in the Plan, but we used the restaurant and it was delicious as well. The large public bath was clean and spacious. There aren’t many Hotels in Tokyo with such a large bath, so it was very relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially to our child. They also stored our luggage on both check-in and check-out days, and we could rest in the lobby and reorganize our bags, which was a big help while spending time in the park with our child. Thank you very much.

    I stayed here twice in a row this month, and it was excellent.

    I regularly have errands in Chiba and stayed here. Since I wanted a nice Hotel, I would have preferred to leave on a day off, but if I stayed in central Tokyo after work, the next day would start late, and if I headed to Chiba, I would arrive too late at night. So I chose this place as a midpoint. Makuhari was also an option, but I had been there several times already. In the end, I was very satisfied. The Room was spacious, and it’s rare to have a Japanese-style Room all to yourself. As requested, they gave me a Room with wide windows overlooking cherry blossoms, and I could also see the edge of the Ferris wheel. Are the cherry blossoms here late-blooming even compared with Tokyo? The bathroom has a washing area and a jacuzzi, and you can watch TV as well. Since it faces the garden, the breakfast venue also has a great view. I’d definitely like to stay again in the future—thank you very much. The only downside is that there aren’t many places nearby for dinner, so depending on the time of day you may want to bring a bento meal with you.

    A hidden gem Hotel offering luxurious Facilities at an affordable price

    Impressive both outside and inside, yet the rates are surprisingly reasonable. This Hotel truly deserves to be called a “hidden gem.” ■ Room stayed in this time: Standard Twin The Room is spacious and relaxing. It’s clean and functional, but the design is understated with little flair, so it feels noticeably less luxurious compared with the overall grandeur of the Facility. ■ Large Public Bath This is an unquestionable highlight. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable—and since it doesn’t feel crowded, having a large public bath alone makes this place worth choosing. ■ Service Despite rumors that it’s operated by Okura, the service is simple. I also saw what appeared to be housekeeping staff chatting in front of the front desk, which felt a bit unprofessional at times. As long as you don’t expect too much hospitality, it’s more than acceptable for the price. Facility: Luxurious, quiet, and generously designed Room: Spacious but a bit plain Large Public Bath: The best relaxation feature Service: Lighter than you’d expect from Okura Value for money: Excellent

    What a hidden gem!

    Used it for a trip to Disney. It was more affordable and spacious compared to other Hotels around Shin-Kiba, with a clean large public bath. Conveniently, there’s a convenience store and Starbucks near the station. This time I didn’t try it, but the meals advertised on posters in the Hotel looked delicious, so I might order next time. Thank you!

    Close to Disney

    I usually stay at hotels around Maihama when visiting Disney, but I decided to try this one because the park looked pleasant. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a jacuzzi, making it comfortable and relaxing. However, as part of the Okura group, I expected more from the breakfast. Also, the beige chairs in the room show stains quite noticeably; it might be a good idea to clean them with a rinsing cleaner. The room and bed were both spacious and comfortable, so I’d like to alternate between staying here and at Okura hotels. Grand Nikko is noisy and outdated, so I won’t stay there again—but this hotel is quiet with lots of nature around to help recover from Disney fatigue.

    Relax and unwind in a serene, adult-friendly atmosphere.

    It was my first visit, and the peaceful atmosphere within the golf course made it hard to believe we were in the city. The seaside walk was enjoyable. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast, however, was disappointing with limited options that didn’t feel like a buffet. For dinner at the restaurant, we ordered à la carte dishes, which were delicious.

    Relax in a traditional Japanese-style room!

    The jacuzzi in the bath is available only at night (for some reason, no jacuzzi in the morning). It’s a simple bath with no cold water bath or sauna, but it’s spacious and pleasant. For some reason, cleansing and face wash sets are sold at the front desk, but everything you need is already provided in the bath. The Room I stayed in this time was a Japanese-style room, which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a nice view and has a good atmosphere. The food is reasonably tasty.

    For family trips with children, this is the top choice for a Japanese-style room in Tokyo!

    We usually stay in Japanese-style rooms because we have small children, and sometimes it's just one adult with two toddlers or infants. Among the several Japanese-style accommodations we've stayed at in Tokyo, this place is the best—affordable, spacious, and offering great views from the balcony. It's a short walk from the station along a wide and clean path, making it easy even with a stroller. The Facility feels old-fashioned with a Showa-era vibe. While the Japanese-style room is well-maintained, wear and tear on the tatami mats and sliding doors are noticeable. The water facilities are clean, so I didn't mind much. The public bath also has a traditional feel; instead of lockers or keys, there are baskets for your belongings—but it was kept clean and comfortable to use. With Kasai Rinkai Park and Disney Resort nearby, it's highly recommended for families with children!

    The facility is old, but the Japanese-style room was comfortable.

    The Japanese-style Room was great for families. Although there was no sauna or other facilities, the large public bath with a jet bath was very relaxing. While the front desk sold skincare sets for a fee, the public bath provided cleansing products, face wash, and lotion. It was a bit disappointing that there were hardly any restaurants nearby. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious. The view of the garden made it even more enjoyable.

    The spacious and cle...

    The spacious and clean Room with a jacuzzi was very relaxing. However, since it is located within a freely accessible park, there were people outside even at night, which felt a bit unsettling. Being on the top floor, which is only the third floor, it is still quite close to the ground. On Sunday, there were families pitching tents or spreading sheets to lie down in what seemed to be within the Hotel premises, so I couldn't open the curtains even during the day. It would have been better if the park and the Room were a bit farther apart, but some people might find the proximity appealing.

    Family use. A cost-effective Stays. Surrounded by greenery, each Room is spacious, which is nice. Good access to Disney, and we had a comfortable stay this time as well. Thank you.

    Spacious and Relaxing

    Family use. The Facility itself feels a bit dated, but each Room is very spacious and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was efficient and kind. This time, we used the restaurant for the first time and were very pleased. We would like to use it again, including the restaurant.

    I almost always stay here when I go to Disney. I mentioned a minor issue from my previous stay when making the reservation. At check-in, the front desk staff informed me that they had prepared a different room, and it was indeed as they said, so I was able to sleep peacefully. As others have reviewed, there is an undeniable atmosphere of cost-cutting. However, I think the room size, location, and the kindness of the staff are top-notch. It's a place I want to continue using in the future.

    I have been staying ...

    I have been staying here every summer for the past few years, and this year I managed to avoid the typhoon and visit again. The meals, which I look forward to every time, featured the Tokunoshima Fair, and I tried various dishes, all of which were delicious. The meat soba, in particular, was exquisite. It's a taste I want to enjoy again someday. The beer garden only offered an all-you-can-drink set menu, and since I couldn't order a la carte, I gave up. However, I would appreciate it if you could reconsider, as I would like to have a drink in the breeze after dining at the restaurant. I will visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.
