  Highly satisfied

  This was our first stay, and everything—from the service to the room amenities and location—was flawless. The dinner was delicious, of course, but our server was so wonderful that we ended up drinking a bit too much wine (haha). The jacuzzi also had plenty of hot water, and we really enjoyed it! It’s a hotel that truly made us want to come back. Thank you very much.

  It was my first visit in a while.

  I visited again for the first time in several years. Compared to before, the guest room had been renovated and was very clean, with thorough housekeeping, so I was able to stay comfortably. Thank you as well for kindly accommodating my requests after check-in. This time I chose a Plan with dinner included—a French course—and it was seasoned to suit Japanese tastes and was truly delicious. In the lounge, I enjoyed soft drinks and also alcohol during the free-flow service after 8:00 p.m., which was great. One thing I would like improved is having a dry sparkling wine available in the lounge. If that can be improved, I would love to stay again. All of the staff served us with smiles, so I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

  We are delighted to resume our Accommodation operations.

  This Hotel offers beautiful ocean views from the Room, and I had looked forward to staying here every year. However, for the past few years, Accommodation operations were suspended due to rebranding, and I had been eagerly awaiting their return. I was worried it might become focused solely on weddings, but I was relieved to find that they are providing the same services as before. Lunch service and the online shop are still on hold, but I would be happy if things could gradually return to how they used to be. The view of the sea remains just as beautiful, and with great weather we were able to enjoy sunsets, sunrises, and even a starry sky—making it a wonderful 2-night, 3-day trip. I would love to stay again next year.
