    A calm and relaxing atmosphere

    Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights! The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and it made for a truly lovely trip. The Room was quiet and clean. The service was also great—when we arrived a little early to leave our luggage, they let us check in right away! It was nice to cool down in the Room for a bit before going out in the heat. This was my lack of research, but I went without bringing anything because I thought I had seen in a Review that skincare amenities were provided. Please bring your own skincare items!

    A Taste of a Petite Resort Experience

    I was looking for a Hotel to stay the night before an appointment in Ochanomizu, and chose this Hotel that I had been interested in for some time. Although it is located among mixed-use buildings, once inside the Hotel there are touches of greenery throughout, creating a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The Room is not large, but it has a stylish Japanese design, and the desk was convenient. The amenities were sufficient, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. For dinner, I dined at Washoku En. They kindly accommodated my allergies, and it felt as if I were dining at a Ryokan in Hakone’s summer resort area as I enjoyed the view of the garden. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Overall, it was a great stay.

    I arrived early and planned to leave my luggage, but luckily I was able to access my Room, which I truly appreciated. Thank you to the staff for your kind and courteous guidance. It was a cold day and I was tired from walking, so being able to relax really helped. The Room was lovely and comfortable. Working at the desk was also easy, and above all, I liked the quiet, calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel. In the morning I had the buffet breakfast; there were many options, and everything suited my taste and was delicious. Next time, I would love to stay again to enjoy the limited Japanese-style breakfast and spend more time in the lounge.

    Beautiful Garden

    Unbelievably quiet for a city center location, with a beautiful garden, scenic views from the jacuzzi, and an incredibly spacious bed—everything was perfect. However, I did spot a large cockroach in the bathroom, which was unfortunate but perhaps unavoidable.

    Convenient access to...

    Convenient access to Tokyo Dome City, the Room was clean, and I had a great time. The amenities, especially the tea, were delicious and very satisfying. It was a bit disappointing that it was a unit bath, but overall I had an enjoyable holiday. I will use it again!

    A charming modern Japanese-style Hotel

    The evening Japanese cuisine was delightful, enjoyed in a wonderful atmosphere with delicious drinks and food. The Room had a calm, modern Japanese-style ambiance, allowing for complete relaxation. Adjustable air conditioning in 0.5-degree increments would enhance comfort even further. The pillows were at an excellent height and very satisfying. Thank you very much!

    Family Trip

    Stayed at the accommodation after watching a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. Conveniently located within walking distance from both the station and Tokyo Dome. A baby crib was provided for our 0-year-old child, which was very helpful. The room's bathroom seemed unclean before use, and during use, the water drainage was poor, causing inconvenience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Western-style dishes.

    A charming Hotel with a touch of Japanese tradition

    This was my first time staying at this accommodation. In Tokyo... surrounded by greenery and a beautiful garden. I was impressed by the excellent Japanese aesthetic sense. It was such a comfortable and wonderful space where I could relax... absolutely perfect. The staff were all very pleasant and kind, which made me happy. The welcome drink in the lovely refresh lounge, the carefully prepared specialty coffee and Japanese tea, were incredibly delicious. This time, I had plans to visit the dome, but next time I would love to relax in the room at leisure... I can't wait to come back again! Thanks to you... I had an amazing time here.     Her Mother's Birthday

    This day was her mother's birthday, and we gifted her a package combining Tokyo sightseeing and a baseball game at the dome. In prior communication, we were informed that a birthday card could also be prepared on the day, so we requested it right away. She seemed very happy that day and was pleased to stay at such a wonderful Hotel. She also mentioned that the breakfast buffet was as excellent as described in the Reviews.

    It was an urban oasis.

    Despite being located in the city, the Hotel was quiet once inside. You can refresh your tired body with free access to massage chairs and training machines. The Room had a Japanese-inspired design, and the bed was comfortable for a good rest. The bath salt provided as an amenity helped warm up my body, which was great.

    At the dome concert

    This is my go-to Accommodation for dome concerts. This is probably my third stay and fourth night here. It offers a unique charm different from large Hotels with its quiet location and attentive service. I love the dining space and meals, so I usually Reserve a lunch and Accommodation set, but unfortunately, it was fully booked this time as I reserved at the last minute. The breakfast buffet at Dining Ryu is of high quality with a wide variety of dishes. Although the dining area is relatively small, it seems to be managed efficiently. The Japanese Signature Twin Room that I Reserved well in advance had a clean design that suited my taste, and the spacious hinoki bathtub allowed me to stretch out comfortably. The Room requires you to take off your shoes; having a small stand would make putting on boots easier. The relaxation space on the third floor was perfect for an early morning massage, followed by some peaceful moments in the outdoor garden area. I definitely want to use this place again! Facilities like toilets, vending machines, laundry machines are available from 6 AM; there’s another vending machine on a different floor as well. Since COVID-19, Hotel rates have nearly doubled, but this serene adult retreat makes me want to return again. Many thanks to all staff members for their thoughtful care every time!

    Room

    I stayed in a Standard Twin Room. The room was clean, had a sense of cleanliness, and the staff were friendly and kind. However, the room was small, there was no closet, and there was no space to store my suitcase. As a result, I had to step over my luggage when moving around the room.

    A hotel where you can stay with peace of mind

    I had wanted to stay for several years, and the opportunity finally came, so I stayed this time. As per the reviews, it was a very quiet environment, and the Japanese-style room was relaxing. I went to the nearby Spa LaQua, so I didn't use the room's bath, but I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having bath salts. The breakfast was also very delicious. Just one point, there was a mirror on the left side of the wall from the washroom towards the bed, and when I went to the bathroom at night, I didn't realize it was a mirror and screamed at my own reflection... It would be nice if there was something like a cloth to cover it. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    No return visit

    - Insufficient room cleaning - Dust accumulated under the TV - Refrigerator door is dirty - The laundry corner on the 3rd floor smells - Breakfast - Declared allergies to soba and kiwi fruit at check-in. Regarding soba, I was later informed by a call from the front desk that soba would be served for breakfast and that buckwheat flour might be in the air at the venue. I mentioned that it wouldn't be a problem as long as I didn't eat it. When I went to the breakfast venue, there was no explanation about the allergies. I was just seated first and that was it. In the first place, no one around was eating soba, and it wasn't available at the buffet. Kiwi fruit was available both in the fruit assortment and individually. Important aspects such as hygiene and allergy response were insufficient, and I did not feel hospitality from the Hotel. I will not revisit. The only good thing was the coffee and tea service in the lounge. The staff with glasses there was also kind.

    As always, a wonderful Hotel

    I couldn't get my favorite room for a while, so it was my first stay in a long time. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was filled with a pleasant aroma, giving me a sense of a wonderful stay. By the way, I like the scent of this aroma oil and have purchased it. The property is kept clean, the room is spacious enough, and the TV allows for mirroring to watch video streaming services like Amazon Prime, and YouTube is unlimited. Amenities for women include facial cleansers and basic skincare products like lotions. There are several types of towels, including bath towels, face towels, hand towels, and wash towels, and two types of bath salts. Amenities that are often omitted in recent hotels are properly provided, making the hotel stay feel luxurious. This time, I only used the restaurant for breakfast, but there are many options and the taste is good, so although the price is relatively high, I am satisfied. The breakfast service at the Japanese restaurant has been discontinued, and instead, simple Japanese dishes have been added in the restaurant style. Grilled fish and miso soup are available. If I were to be indulgent, I would be happier if there were pickles and curry. By the way, I've been requesting this for years, but it hasn't been fulfilled. There are various types of bread and they are delicious, but I would like them to add sliced bread. The fruit punch made with fresh fruits was also excellent. The prices of hotels in the city have skyrocketed, and the price of the Garden Hotel has also become quite high, making it difficult to make a reservation casually, which is unfortunate.

    Staying with an infa...

    Staying with an infant and three adults. Baby crib available for rent. We chose this Hotel because of the rumor that the breakfast is delicious, and although the variety was ordinary, each item was carefully prepared and tasted great. When the baby got fussy, the staff was considerate and helpful. Due to the nature of the area, there are many inbound tourists, but I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
