    The room is cold, and the heating temperature is insufficient. There are stains in the Onsen throughout the room.

    We enjoyed the Onsen...

    We enjoyed the Onsen and sauna with our dog, but the price, meals, dining facility, and meal content did not seem to match.

    The meals were very delicious.

    We chose this place because it is pet-friendly. Thank you for providing a cage and sheets. We also enjoyed the dog run, which made our stay delightful. However, it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't dine together with our pet, though we understand it might be difficult to arrange. The quality of the Onsen was excellent!

    Both the sauna and Onsen are excellent.

    The sauna experience wearing a poncho for the first time was amazing. After enjoying the Löyly, I relaxed on a chair on the wooden deck! The quality of the Onsen was exceptional, and it was the most pleasant Onsen I've ever experienced—I went in three times. This time, I stayed at a separate villa, but next time I plan to stay in a renovated room on the second floor of the main building. Lastly, although I couldn't try it this time, they seem to offer a beef cutlet set meal exclusively for lunch, so I'd love to try it next time!

    A Long-Awaited Trip

    I visited Yufuin for the first time in a while. The newly renovated room was very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The bath in the room was Onsen, and I enjoyed it multiple times. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and highly satisfying. I would love to stay here again.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a stunning view of Mount Yufu from the window, exceeding my expectations. The meals were incredibly delicious and more than satisfying in quantity. The large public bath had silky smooth water that left my skin feeling soft. The private hinoki bath in the room allowed me to relax and relieve daily fatigue. The amenities were well-prepared and excellent. All the staff members were friendly with warm smiles, leaving a very positive impression.

    I was able to give my parents the best gift!

    We stayed as a group of four, including my mother, wife, and son. Since it is a whole-house rental, everything was spaciously designed, and the Onsen was large and relaxing. The separate bedrooms allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about each other. The meals were visually stunning and delicious. The staff maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness, making it possible to have a very satisfying experience for my mother.

    A Gift for Parents

    I booked a one-night stay as a gift for my parents. The Plan included a Wagyu beef course, but since my mother doesn't like beef, the staff kindly adjusted her meal to a seafood-based menu. They were very satisfied with the Room, meals, and hot spring quality. Although it was drizzling during their stay, they still enjoyed the location. The stairs leading to the guest Room were slightly intimidating for them due to their age, but overall it turned out to be a wonderful trip. They also appreciated the courteous service from all staff members throughout their stay—thank you!

    Impressive hospitality

    The hot spring bath was wonderful and very relaxing, but the deep private bath in the room was challenging for elderly guests. It would have been better with an additional step. While the facility and amenities were not particularly impressive, the service provided by the Nepalese staff was exceptional and truly touching. The charm of this accommodation that makes one want to return, as well as two-thirds of its value, seemed to lie in the dining experience and hospitality offered by the Nepalese staff. Thank you for your attentive service.

    Great satisfaction

    I used it during the New Year. Since it was a whole building rental, I was able to relax without interacting with other guests. The quality of the onsen water was very good, and my skin became smooth. There was also a sauna, and my son was very satisfied! We could also do "löyly," and it seemed we could refresh ourselves many times. We had a dog with us, but a cage and sheets were properly prepared. There were many rooms, with two bedrooms on the second floor, so it seems possible to stay with three generations. If I had to say, the meals (especially breakfast) were a bit disappointing... Overall, it was a very satisfying stay in the room. Thank you very much.

    I felt the handmade ...

    I felt the handmade touch everywhere and was able to relax. The hot water was of high quality, just as I expected, and I was able to refresh myself. The food was delicious, and I was able to fully enjoy the New Year's atmosphere. Thank you very much.
