    Satisfied with both the location and service—our go-to Hotel for stays in Sapporo.

    I stay here every time I return to Sapporo, and I’m satisfied overall with the great location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. It also has convenient access to the Susukino area, which made my stay very easy. On the other hand, I felt some age-related wear in the bathroom facilities. While everything is well cleaned, the fixtures themselves look a bit dated, so a future renovation would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, this is a Hotel I can use with confidence when staying in Sapporo, and I’d like to continue using it as my regular place to stay when visiting home.

    I always use this accommodation as my regular place to stay when visiting Sapporo.

    I stay at this hotel every time I return to Sapporo twice a year. During this visit, perhaps due to the busy tourist season, there seemed to be fewer staff members, and it took a bit longer for requests or conversations. It was noticeable that the staff appeared somewhat tired, possibly due to the limited number of staff compared to the number of guests. I am always satisfied with the convenient location and the courteous service from the staff, and I plan to continue staying here in the future. The hairdryer in the room felt a bit outdated; replacing it would make for an even more comfortable stay.

    Prime location in Susukino - Accommodates 3 people per Room

    Family use for personal purposes. Accommodation for 3 people in one room with 3 beds is available. The room was modern and clean, and the buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Rental cars can be parked in the adjacent parking lot, and the parking staff were very kind. Located in a prime area of Susukino, it is very convenient for outings. The coin laundry features multiple drum-type washing machines, allowing use without waiting. Thank you for offering an affordable price even during the Yosakoi Festival period.

    I use this accommodation as my regular stay when returning to Sapporo.

    I stay at this accommodation during my trips home in May and October. The location is convenient with easy access, and since it’s not right in the center of Susukino, there are fewer taxis and less traffic congestion, which is very convenient. There are restaurants on the 2nd floor, so if you use it for a workation, you can enjoy Sushi Hanamaru, making it an ideal choice for time efficiency. However, it's disappointing that the coffee maker in front of the reception often has issues and cannot be used.

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I had reserved a Privilege Room, but I was delighted to have my room upgraded. I enjoyed coffee from the coffee machine in the room, and the bathroom with a washing area made my stay very comfortable. Breakfast included a variety of dishes such as grilled fish, natto, Japanese-style options, prosciutto, cheese, Genghis Khan lamb barbecue, cereal, pancakes, croissants, and more. Everything was delicious and highly satisfying. The location being just a 1-minute walk from Hosui Susukino Station was excellent and made my stay truly worthwhile. Your efforts in reducing plastic waste were impressive as well. The fast check-out process was also convenient. If I visit Sapporo again in the future, I would definitely like to use your accommodation again. Thank you very much!

    Limited amenities available.

    The Room is spacious, but the amenities only included a toothbrush and a comb. Was the Room rate high because there was some event on this day? The bathroom can cause trouble if it overflows.

    Many foreign group guests.

    The location is on the edge of Susukino, which was a bit disappointing, but it was convenient with a nearby convenience store. The lunch buffet at the restaurant was affordable and delicious. However, what was disappointing was that during my 5-night stay, there were large groups of foreign tourists every day, making the wait times for elevators and at the front desk extremely challenging. And most importantly, the laundry facilities—there are only 3 machines for the entire Hotel despite accommodating so many guests. Moreover, they are located one per floor on separate floors, which is very inconvenient and they were almost never available! I hope this can be improved somehow.

    Were my expectations too high?

    The bed, pillows, and sheets were clean and there were no issues, but the amenities felt lacking for the Accommodation Fee. Additionally, the cushion placed on the bed had an odor similar to aging, which was unpleasant. Although not the fault of the Hotel, it was disappointing to see Asian children running in the hallway of the guest rooms and several people lying and rolling on the floor in front of the elevator, even though there seemed to be a parent present.

    The room was a wonde...

    The room was a wonderful room, but the water temperature and water pressure were difficult, making the bath challenging. The breakfast was cold and not tasty. The response at the front desk was inconsistent, with each person saying different things, and the response was cold, so I somewhat understood why there are few Japanese guests. It was clean, so I would like to use it again, but I hope the response of the front desk staff is improved.

    Due to Mercure, there are many inbound tourists.

    A notable feature is the high number of inbound guests, which can be both good and bad (the front desk staff are also from overseas). The Facility is old, but maintenance is well done, making it a good Hotel. The location is very convenient, not too far nor too close to Susukino. There is also a convenience store nearby, and I stay at this Hotel unless the rates are exorbitantly high (sometimes the rates can become unexpectedly high).

    Stays when going to Sapporo.

    I stay here every time I visit Sapporo. The location and facilities are excellent, making it comfortable and stress-free even for a few nights' stay. This time, I am very grateful for the excellent service from all the staff.

    The room and customer service are excellent.

    Having stayed at the Grand Mercure two weeks ago, the breakfast during my five-night stay seemed lacking in comparison. Although there is a Grand Mercure in Sapporo as well, the location of Mercure was more convenient, so I made a reservation. As the title suggests, I was satisfied with everything except the breakfast. The room was quiet and relaxing, even though it was in the center of the bustling area. I only used the coffee machine at the front desk on the last day, and the cocoa was so delicious that it couldn't be compared to the cocoa I brought with me. Next time, I will use it from the first day.

    Very good

    Close to downtown and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The staff's smiles were wonderful. It was also great that check-in and check-out didn't take much time. Just one thing, the people in the room above were noisy with banging... but that's unavoidable.

    It was a lovely hotel.

    Since it was a trip to celebrate my husband's birthday, I was looking for a comfortable hotel. The location was great, and the room was cozy, allowing us to spend a very pleasant and relaxing time. The 12:00 checkout also allowed us to take our time. Due to the hotel's circumstances, we were upgraded, so I'm curious about what the originally booked room was like, but it was really nice to unexpectedly celebrate the birthday in a higher class room. Thank you very much.
