    Both kids and dogs will be delighted!

    This year, we opted for a Multiple Night Stay again. Our dog had so much fun in the spacious dog run that it didn’t want to leave. Although the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed playing badminton and table tennis in the multipurpose hall, which made the kids very happy. During breaks in the rain, we of course used the pool. The buffet offered a different menu each day, so even with a Multiple Night Stay, it never got boring. Everything was delicious, but the bread and desserts were truly exceptional. The pet hotel was spacious and nice; however, there was some competition for beds in the upper room while downstairs... not as much excitement there. The bathroom and toilet were spacious too, but having all water facilities only on the second floor was slightly inconvenient. It would be great if they could upgrade their hairdryers as well. On a positive note, I appreciated that they used tissue-style toilet paper instead of roll-type ones—if only hotels and ryokans across The Whole Country adopted this! In summer when you sweat a lot, having access to coin laundry is very convenient. We’ll definitely come back again next year!

    It rained throughout, but I was very satisfied once again.

    Last year, we stayed here for the first time to celebrate our dog's 18th birthday with a special plan. This is our third visit. While there are areas like the Center Place (reception, restaurant, etc.) and some parts of the property where dogs are not allowed to walk, the vast space makes it no issue. We enjoyed dining at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant, which requires an advance reservation but offers French cuisine on a pet-friendly terrace that is properly enclosed. The elegant atmosphere and thoughtfully crafted delicious dishes always leave us fully satisfied. The rooms in East Hill, which include pet-friendly accommodations, are clean with high ceilings and provide a relaxing space. Having stayed at various pet-friendly accommodations before, we can say that the staff here—especially those at the restaurant—are excellent in their service. One thing to note: both Ocean Terrace Restaurant and Riding Square have regular closing days!

    Interact with ponies

    This was my first time staying here. The rain stopped on the first day, but since rain was forecasted for the next day, I let my 4-year-old and 12-year-old grandchildren experience pony riding after we arrived. At first, they were scared, but the staff kindly talked to them while helping them ride, and by the time they got off, they were very happy! (laughs) They also had a chance to feed carrots and touch the ponies—it was a valuable experience. The vast grounds were so large that it felt like you could get lost without a map. The flowers along the roadsides were beautiful, and we enjoyed viewing cherry blossoms as well. There are athletic facilities too, making it a great place for families with children. The Room and bath were spacious enough to relax comfortably. Everything was clean; even the soles of our slippers stayed spotless! If I had to mention one downside, it would be about the buffet meals—the variety of dishes was limited and felt like something you might eat at home rather than special dining out options. Overall though, it was an excellent stay! I’d love to visit again in the future. Thank you very much!
