    I often use it because it’s very convenient.

    I often stay here because it’s very convenient. I was glad my Room was on the side with a view of Mt. Iwaki. A few points: 1) The Room was hot. The air conditioning wasn’t individually adjustable, so I opened the window. Since it was on a high floor, no insects came in, but it was still hard to sleep. 2) The front desk staff seemed a bit gloomy. Perhaps they were busy due to overlapping events such as the National Sports Festival? Even so, I was able to spend a quiet stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Parking

    Before check-in, the guest parking lot was full, so we were directed to an affiliated parking lot. It was also full because there were contractor vehicles parked there. The affiliated lot seems to be for staff. Hmm… it costs the same to park, though.

    The location is excellent.

    Conveniently located very close to Hirosaki Station, with a post office nearby as well. The breakfast buffet is reasonably satisfying. However, it was unpleasant to have Chinese guests speaking loudly here as well. If they could be guided to a dedicated area, other guests would feel more at ease while dining, and this consideration would make the experience more comfortable.

    Convenient for long-term stays

    In addition to the delicious breakfast, the cleanliness of the Room, and the flexible service, having three laundry machines and access to a microwave is very helpful for long stays, so I stay here every year. I paid for breakfast for just one day, and it was extremely satisfying!

    This time, none of the front desk staff greeted us at either check-in or check-out, even when we greeted them first. It’s a shame, as it’s otherwise a good Hotel in Hirosaki.

    Room

    The Room is spacious, the bed is king-size, and the amenities are decent; if you don’t mind that the bathroom area is small and has a step, it feels like good value for the price.

    I think it’s a good Hotel.

    I stayed here on the third night of my three-night trip to Aomori. This Review is based on staying in the Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room. Even being conservative, I had absolutely no complaints. The Room was spacious and spotless, and since it was on the 10th floor, the view was outstanding. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass, and when you open the roll-down privacy shade it feels very open—almost like a Resort Hotel—with a great view. Both the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa, and having two sinks was very convenient. The toilet is also separate from the wet area. The front desk staff were excellent, and I never had an unpleasant experience at all. I only used breakfast dining, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious. After reading Reviews on IKYU and Google, I honestly don’t understand why the ratings aren’t higher. It may depend on which Room you stay in, but I had no complaints whatsoever. I would like to stay here again when visiting Hirosaki.

    Before check-in, we ...

    Before check-in, we had a late lunch at the first-floor restaurant and enjoyed pasta. The set salad and bread, as well as the main pasta dish, were all very delicious. We didn’t have breakfast because we left early, but I regret missing it—I’m sure it would have been great. The location is convenient near Hirosaki Station, and the Room was spacious and clean. Since the bath and toilet were separate, we could enjoy a relaxing bath time. My mother especially liked the shower head, but the step up around the bathroom area was quite difficult for an elderly person. I should have called to confirm in advance. Still, the bed was comfortable, and we were happy to be able to drink the apple juice we received after our bath. Once the restoration work at Hirosaki Castle is finished, I would definitely like to visit again.

    I stayed for two nights, but the only time I got to try the apple pie was on the morning of checkout. It was so delicious that I ended up buying another one to take home when I paid.

    Conveniently located near the station, but very poor value for money.

    Facilities and services comparable to a Business Hotel. Although it was a Saturday before Golden Week, the rate was 60,000 yen per night—priced like a Business Hotel—making the value for money extremely poor. There are no good Hotels in Hirosaki where you can relax at a level suitable for a tourist destination.

    The view was outstanding.

    Being on the 11th floor, the view of Mt. Iwaki from the window was truly beautiful. Since it was cherry blossom season and prices in the area (including business hotels) were quite high, I chose to stay here because this city Hotel has an on-site bar that caught my interest. The Room was spacious, which was nice, but a few things were disappointing. It was an eco Plan, but if possible I would have liked the loungewear that touches your skin to be changed as well as the towels... I was also shocked by the note saying that requesting amenity refills costs 800 yen... At many other hotels, even with an eco Plan, amenities are often available to take freely... Most of all, I was surprised that the lime peel in my gin rickey at the bar had turned brown—I could only take two sips. There were no other customers at the bar, and while I understand they may not be able to staff it fully, it still made me a bit sad. Maybe because it was priced quite high due to cherry blossom season rates, I ended up being more critical than usual.

    Satisfied

    We stayed on the 10th floor in a double Room with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel was clean throughout, and the Room was spotless, with nothing to complain about. Although we couldn’t choose the Room, we were very satisfied because it had a great view of Mt. Iwaki.

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and the room was clean. There is a convenience store and a gym, which is very convenient. Breakfast was delicious in a nice dining area. I will stay here again when I visit Hirosaki.

    Convenient location with well-equipped facilities. The apple pie required refrigeration.

    The location being right in front of the station made it very easy to find. Having a convenience store next door was also very convenient. I appreciated having a microwave and a properly functioning refrigerator in the room. These may seem minor, but they were very helpful features. For those who are concerned, please note that luggage storage is visible from outside, though this didn’t bother me personally. Regarding noise, you can hear voices if someone is talking in the hallway or from another Room when you're in the hallway, but it wasn’t an issue for me. As for Room concerns: the comforter felt thinner compared to other Hotels, its cover came off easily and seemed dusty. The shower curtain had an odor, and there were stains on the chair. The staff were efficient and professional. About the apple pie: I chose a Plan with apple pie included but was surprised to find out it required refrigeration upon receiving it. Thankfully, I was provided with ice packs which helped keep it cool while stored in an outdoor coin locker during sightseeing. Thanks to this preparation, I could bring it back home chilled without any issues!

    Conveniently located in front of the station.

    Conveniently located in front of the station with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to go anywhere. The Facility was new, clean, and comfortable. It would be nice to have more variety of bread at the breakfast buffet.

    It is always quiet and relaxing here.

    The room was very quiet with no noise from other rooms, making my stay comfortable. Usually, you can hear drainage sounds, but there were none at all, which added to the comfort.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station with excellent access, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Although some items like fish dishes were unavailable at breakfast, possibly due to a large group of international guests before us, the service was exceptional as staff brought items directly to our table. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hirosaki.

    The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. However, the curry at the first breakfast during my 2-night, 3-day stay was a bit bland, while the curry on the second day had just the right flavor. The guest room was clean and provided a great view of Mt. Iwaki and Hirosaki Station area. However, there was no complimentary mineral water service. Fortunately, I had brought water distributed on the Tohoku Shinkansen, but those without it or who are not accustomed to drinking tap water might face difficulties, especially for taking medication. Other positive points include its convenient location near the station and direct access to a convenience store within the Hotel building.

    Parking instructions require a visit to the front desk, which can be inconvenient. The front desk staff appeared understaffed, and the trainee's lack of a smile and tired demeanor was noticeable.

    The linens were outdated and uncomfortable.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the station and seemed to be rated as a decent accommodation, so I thought it was acceptable to pay nearly 20,000 yen per night and made a reservation. However, I was disappointed upon entering the room. The duvet cover was old with small lint-like spots, and some of these spots were discolored black, which made me uncomfortable. The sheets that directly touched my skin were fine, so I didn’t request a replacement, but it wasn’t pleasant. In the morning when I retrieved my luggage that had been stored during check-in, at more thoughtful accommodations (like the hotel in Hachinohe where I stayed the previous day), they would bring your travel bag to your room. However, here they simply handed it over on the spot. It’s rare for a hotel to make guests carrying walking canes take their luggage up themselves. Perhaps due to being fully booked during Shirofes season, prices were higher than usual; however, even at half this price point, I don’t think I would stay here again.

    The room was noisy right from the start, terrible experience.

    I stayed here for work. I chose this place because it looked clean and was near the station, but it's also a Hotel that hosts weddings. Since it was Sunday, it was quite busy, and the elevators took time to arrive. As soon as I entered my Room, I was surprised by the noise and contacted the front desk, but they said there were no complaints from others. The noise echoed throughout the hallway even when I stepped out of my Room. (The strong spiritual sensitivity I have might have contributed to this.) The Room itself was very clean. The view of Tsugaru Fuji was beautiful, though being near the station meant some train noise could be heard as well. In the end, I couldn't sleep and decided to switch to another Hotel despite planning a Multiple Night Stay here. The convenience store on the first floor seemed handy at first glance but had limited stock due to its location near both the station and within a Hotel frequently used by guests.

    Your go-to accommodation in Hirosaki: Start your day with energy!

    Close to the station, spacious Room, larger bathroom, comfortable towels, and most importantly, delicious breakfast. Additionally, the staff are friendly, there are three washer-dryers available, making it a truly wonderful and convenient environment. The Seven-Eleven on the first floor is also great. Many areas are kept clean and even older parts seem to be gradually updated. I look forward to staying here again!

    It is supposed to be a historic Hotel located in front of Hirosaki Station, but it was disappointing.

    I stayed for one night to attend a conference. The Hotel, established in 1981 and having undergone several name changes, unfortunately felt outdated in all aspects of its Facility. The most disappointing aspect was the food. I had four meals during my stay, which I will detail below. The conference lasted two days, and on both days, I attended luncheon seminars where the Hotel provided bento boxes. Both were Japanese-style meals with only slight differences in the type of fish and rice used; otherwise, they were nearly identical. The rice was hard and dry, giving the impression that it had been sitting out for quite some time—it was honestly unpleasant to eat. If day one featured Japanese cuisine, perhaps day two could have offered Chinese or Western dishes for variety. The dinner served at the networking event on the first evening was also very disappointing. There were no local specialties or traditional dishes from Hirosaki or Aomori Prefecture; instead, it consisted of unremarkable items with nothing particularly memorable about them. Even sushi was insufficient in quantity for attendees to enjoy fully. Despite participants coming from various parts of Tohoku region, there wasn’t anything that left a lasting impression. On the second morning before another meeting began, sandwiches were served; however, they too fell short as the bread lacked any moisture and tasted dry—again an unpleasant experience. This seems to be the only Hotel in town capable of hosting such conferences but as a guest I did not feel valued at all during my stay—it turned out to be a very disappointing experience overall.

    Conveniently located near the station and easy access to 7-Eleven. I was happy with the DHC amenities provided. The Room size was satisfactory, but the bathroom felt a bit small. The view of Mt. Iwaki from the window was beautiful, giving me a true "I'm in Aomori!" feeling.

    Great location.

    Conveniently located near the station, but it might be a bit far from the park during the Hirosaki Sakura Festival (about a 30-minute walk, and buses or taxis can be crowded). The breakfast offered a good variety of options. A downside was that the plates were heavy.
