    We had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first stay here! Not only were the Room and hospitality wonderful, but we were served so much delicious food that it felt like a “reverse siege.” The baths were also great, and we could enjoy a spotless Onsen each time with a different atmosphere. My only regret is that we had so much amazing food that I couldn’t manage to try the oden or the sweet potatoes... Given how delicious all the meals and souvenirs were, I’m sure they must be excellent too—I really wanted to try them. I would love it if you could consider offering a Plan with smaller portions. I’m looking forward to staying again.

    It was a wonderful Accommodation!

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. We truly appreciate the anniversary celebration. Thanks to you, it became a wonderful celebratory trip. The top-tier suite above the clouds was incredible—the views from the Room and from the open-air bath were simply stunning. The lounge service items, such as roasted sweet potatoes and oden, were delicious, and we also enjoyed comparing several premium sake selections and had plenty. Everyone’s hospitality was excellent—refined service that felt genuinely pleasant. However, there were a few disappointing points. At dinner, when the complimentary dishes arrived at our table, we were told it was already last order, so it did not match the “as much as you like” concept. At breakfast as well, some items such as Saikyo-yaki were served cold; we would have preferred them to be served warm. Overall, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation with a great sense of satisfaction. Next time, we would like to visit during crab season. Thank you very much.

    A warm and welcoming accommodation.

    We visited as a couple.

    From the check-in counter, the stylish and spotless space raised my expectations, and the moment I stepped into my Room, I felt even more excited. The view, the size of the Room, and how clean it was—everything exceeded my expectations. I went straight to the private baths; there was no crowding, so I tried several. In the lounge, I also enjoyed the complimentary beer and snacks—they were delicious. Just be careful not to eat too much there, or you won’t have room for dinner. Dinner was excellent across the board; each dish wasn’t large on its own, but there were so many courses that I ended up completely full. The staff member in charge of our table was also wonderful. Next time, I’d like to bring my parents during crab season.

    We made wonderful family memories.

    Both the Room and the open-air bath were wonderful, and the ocean view from the Room was beautiful. We were able to enjoy delicious crab even in summer. When we mentioned that we were celebrating a special occasion, you kindly showed thoughtful consideration, which made our family very happy. From showing us around the Room to serving us at dinner, your service was truly pleasant, and everyone’s smiles were lovely.     One-of-a-kind breathtaking views

    We stayed here with our family, including our children, during the Obon holiday period. We stayed in the open-air bath suite “Untan,” which opened in February, and it truly offered a one-of-a-kind panoramic view worthy of being called a suite. In particular, the contrast between the horizon at dusk and the lights of squid-fishing boats was breathtaking and helped us unwind from everyday fatigue. The service and hospitality were impeccable, and we were able to fully enjoy the Onsen without any stress. We look forward to staying again.

    This is a repeat booking.

    On my previous stay, I was informed after arriving that there was an issue with the air conditioning in my reserved Room, and I had to change Rooms, which left me with a bitter memory. However, everything else was very comfortable, so I returned for the first time in two years. This time it unfortunately rained, but I was highly satisfied with everything—the service, guest Room, meals, and baths—and it is an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again without fail. In particular, there are many baths and the availability is clearly displayed, making them very easy to use and especially satisfying.

    I stayed here again.

    On our previous stay, our children were still small, so we used the private bath. This time they’ve grown up and are more independent, so we used the bath in our Room and the free baths. My husband and our older child especially enjoyed the free baths and said they were excellent. The welcome service was zenzai, which my son loves, and after being worn out from the beach, the sweet zenzai really hit the spot. We also enjoyed all kinds of services this time, including roasted sweet potatoes and oden. The miso soup served at dinner with rich crab broth was delicious—I had several refills. Everything was wonderful—we even said we want to come back again.

    Relax and unwind for a wonderful holiday.

    A place where you can relax and unwind no matter how many times you visit. I enjoyed a filling meal, soaked in the Onsen, and had a truly happy time—it was a wonderful refresh from everyday life. I’d love to come back again next time. Even though it was the rainy season, the sunset was amazing.

    I don’t think I would stay in the main building again.

    I stayed in the main building for a Multiple Night Stay following my stay at Kijima. First, the floor chair in the Room was an awkward height, so I couldn’t stretch my legs and it was difficult to stand up. I don’t think I would stay in the main building again.

    Kijima was wonderful.

    The warm welcome despite the heat and the sweet treat we were served were both delicious. The thoughtful hospitality was wonderful—at the campfire, they even provided sparklers, and we could also enjoy fishing. The meals were very delicious as well.

    Best Hospitality

    This was our first time staying here for a celebration. We were especially amazed that you kindly provided a complimentary celebratory sea bream during the meal and even gifted us photos. In addition, although it wasn’t an allergy, you thoughtfully accommodated ingredients we don’t prefer and adjusted the menu. Thanks to our Multiple Night Stay, we truly felt your warm hospitality even more deeply. We enjoyed an amazing time—fully satisfied with the delicious food and soothed by the breathtaking view from our Room. We will definitely return again.

    It was also my fault...

    It was also my fault for not checking the Receipt until I got home, but I was disappointed to find that I was charged for two cups even though I ordered only one cup of oolong tea. The total for two people was over 100,000 yen, but there is no large public bath. The open-air bath in the Room couldn’t be used until evening in midsummer because the ground was too hot, and at night a lot of insects were attracted by the lights, which was frightening for me as someone who dislikes bugs.

    My Favorite Accommodation

    I’ve only stayed a few times, but it’s a relaxing Accommodation. The complimentary lounge offers free drinks, along with free roasted sweet potatoes and oden. If the private bath is available, you can use it anytime. The meals are delicious, and at dinner the staff put photos they took into a frame—so you can compare yourself with how you looked a few years ago (lol). This time, the renewed breakfast was especially good.

    This is an Accommodation where you’ll want to stay again.

    Location, meals, and hospitality—everything was wonderful and a perfect 5, but I deducted one star because while I was watching the beautiful sunset over the Sea of Japan from the terrace, I could clearly hear the voices of guests using the private bath next door. It felt awkward, so I went back to my Room. The roasted sweet potato, the take-home pudding, and the mitarashi dango were all delicious—everything was taken care of. All of the staff were smiling and very charming.

    A renowned Ryokan with exceptional hospitality

    We stayed at a well-known Onsen Ryokan in Taiza Onsen. You can see the sunset from the Room, but unfortunately we couldn’t due to rainy weather. However, after dinner when we returned to the Room, we found a teru-teru bozu hanging at the entrance, which warmed our hearts. The staff in charge of our guest room and meal service were all very knowledgeable, and we were surprised to receive a handwritten note at checkout. Both the Onsen and the cuisine were flawless—truly one of the best Accommodations. We’ll be back for a sunset retry.

    Entire property

    The view from the room, the service, and the cleanliness were all excellent. The in-room Onsen was pleasantly warm rather than hot, so I could soak slowly while enjoying the scenery. Even at night with the lights on, insects were not an issue—perhaps some measures had been taken. Room service and hospitality were perfect. The handwritten note left a lasting impression and made me feel warmly welcomed. The meals were wonderful and delicious, but this is a personal preference: I would have appreciated having a choice of either Western or Japanese breakfast.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay here. It was just my daughter and me, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Room, the Onsen, and the meals—everything was wonderful. Above all, we were touched by the staff’s thoughtful hospitality; the handwritten note especially moved us. Everything was excellent, but since our Room was in a separate building and it was summer (so it couldn’t be helped), there were quite a few insects around the entrance, which was a bit troublesome. Still, we would love to come again—next time outside of summer—and stay here again.

    Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay. We truly appreciate the heartfelt hospitality shown by all of your staff. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we had a very pleasant stay. From here, I would like to add something that may be unavoidable. Both my companion and I are not good with insects, so we try to take that into account when traveling in summer. We were prepared for some degree of it this time as well, but it seemed the previous guest left the bath window wide open, and insects had gotten inside. There was no insect spray or mosquito coil provided, so we brought something from our Room. When I tried to use it at night, I saw something I really didn’t want to see and ended up not being able to use it at all. Since our Plan did not include an in-room bath, this was very difficult for us. Not everywhere necessarily, but if even one bathing area had a screen door or were fully indoors like an inner bath, guests who are uncomfortable with insects could relax there. This time we also couldn’t see the sunset, so I would like to visit again on a day when we can fully enjoy everything—the Onsen, the food, and the scenery. P.S. After going out onto the terrace and closing the window behind us, it was very difficult to open again.

    It was an Accommodation that made for a pleasant journey home.

    We stayed at Tanpei to celebrate my 70th birthday, and they surprised us with an unexpected celebration at dinner, making it a truly wonderful memory. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding, and we had a very comfortable stay. The five private baths were available anytime, even late at night, and they were always spotless and pleasant to use. The Room was also relaxing and comfortable. We would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

    A wonderful Accommodation, just as expected.

    With great Reviews and a strong focus on privacy, we chose this Accommodation. With only 20 guest rooms, we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. The oden was quietly delicious—such a welcome touch. Unfortunately, the weather was bad on both days, but soaking in the bath while listening to the rain (with frogs as background music) was soothing in its own way. Within just a few hours of arriving, we naturally found ourselves talking about when we’d come back next. It’s that kind of wonderful Accommodation.

    I stayed here again as a returning guest, but it was disappointing.

    Although they came to greet us, instead of helping with our luggage we were told the lobby was unavailable and were shown to the lounge. In less than five minutes, we were told space had opened up and were made to move again. After checking out and paying, we did not receive an itemized receipt. When I asked about it, I was told to check whether it was in the envelope—despite calling because it wasn’t included. I would like the staff to approach their work with a greater sense of responsibility.
