    It is a good Hotel.

    After sightseeing in Sapporo and Otaru during the peak Obon holiday period, our family of four stayed here. We had a connecting room with a great view, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast venue the next morning was not crowded, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. As guests receive a 5% discount, we bought lots of souvenirs at the shop, and we were able to arrange shipping at the front desk, which made things much easier both physically and mentally. Thank you very much. We truly appreciated your hospitality.

    When staying in Otar...

    When staying in Otaru, this is a Hotel I’d like to choose every time, considering its location and comfort. In addition to the convenience of being directly connected to a shopping mall, the interior feels upscale, and the rooms are spacious, allowing for a very relaxing stay. One point I notice each time is that checkout is at 10:00, while the connected shopping mall also opens at 10:00, so the internal passageways are closed until then. As a result, if you leave before 10:00 to head to the station, you need to go outside and walk along the main road. On rainy or snowy days this can feel somewhat inconvenient. If possible, I think adjusting check-in and check-out times overall by about one hour later would make stays even more comfortable. Also, despite being an upscale Hotel, it was a bit disappointing that amenities must be picked up from a basket at the front desk. I understand the environmental consideration, but a slightly more refined way of providing them might better match the Hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, it’s a highly satisfying Hotel; personally, if these points were improved, it would feel even more appealing to me.

    Just after getting off the ferry

    For the first time in my life, I spent a night on a ferry, and since this place was right after getting off, I stayed here. The Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. It made for a wonderful start to my time in Hokkaido.

    Otaru Business Trip

    Located at the entrance of Otaru, it was convenient for me as I prioritized accessibility over sightseeing. The staff's service was also excellent.

    The room was spacious with a great view, allowing for a relaxing stay. The meals were diverse, and I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes. It was my first time staying in Otaru, but I would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

    Convenient and excellent.

    Directly connected to the station, but incredibly spacious and long! However, it had everything you could need, the staff service was excellent, and I would love to visit again.

    Overall, it's okay.

    - Ocean-view room with a great view - Facility feels old, and the bathroom lacks ventilation, causing an odor - Onsen would have been a great addition - Breakfast variety and price balance could be improved - Parking is not free - Staff were very kind and helpful - Overall satisfied as the accommodation fee was relatively affordable despite some compromises

    Directly connected to the station, check-in without getting wet, lounge access available

    First visit with my mother to celebrate her 77th birthday. The lounge provided wonderful service, and my mother was delighted by the surprise. Thank you so much for the pleasant support from the prior arrangements. The underground parking is very convenient, allowing free in-and-out access without getting wet even on rainy days. Breakfast was smooth without any waiting, and we enjoyed a pleasant morning overlooking the marina while savoring delicious local dishes. Guests receive a 10% discount at the shop—looking forward to another opportunity to stay!

    Thank you for your patronage.

    Stayed again after 10 years. This time, it was a trip with children. The foreign staff at the front desk kindly guided us, thank you very much. The Hotel is directly connected to shopping malls like AEON, which was very convenient. Since it is an older Hotel, the aging of the Facility is understandable.

    The foreign staff were still quite good, but the Japanese staff might need to study further to keep up with other Hotels.

    Birthday

    Just like last year, we stayed for my husband's birthday. We were able to use the lounge, and the revised menu made for a very meaningful time. We are truly grateful for the surprise cake prepared for the birthday. The cake was not too sweet and was very delicious, and my husband was moved! Thank you very much. We will come again.
