    Very nice place.

    A very nice hotel. I was simply looking for a place to stay, so I felt a little intimidated when I first saw the building from the outside. The polite gentleman at the front desk immediately made me feel comfortable. Not ostentatiously luxurious, yet quite elegant. Quiet room, fabulous view, good facilities, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely return if I needed accommodation in the area again.

    Overall, everything was excellent, but it was disappointing that breakfast was served late.

    The room and amenities were excellent. The staff and service were also very good. However, I went to the restaurant for breakfast at the opening time of 6:30, but it didn’t seem ready, and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes before being served. Mornings are valuable, so I would have liked it to be served within about five minutes. It was disappointing because the food itself was delicious.

    A Hotel with Stunning Views

    Thank you for the Room with a great view. It’s close to the station, and it’s rare to find a Facility with such an excellent view. At check-in, we received a restaurant discount voucher, so we had dinner at the restaurant, but when it came time to pay, we couldn’t charge it to the Room, so we had to go back to the Room to get our wallet, which was a bit inconvenient.

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights, but I was disappointed that the Room was not cleaned thoroughly on the second day. It looked like it had been cleaned, but there was still dirt and hair left in the bathtub... There was dirty tape stuck to the wall, and the slippers were left scattered as well... The Hotel is a bit old, but the front desk staff are polite, and it is in a convenient location near the station. It is a nice, relaxing Hotel, so I would be happy if this could be improved.

    A Pleasant Stay

    I stay here a few times a year, and since I drive a classic car that needs to warm up in the morning, they kindly take my parking needs into consideration. Also, the front desk staff member who assisted me at check-in this time was professional and poised, and the check-in process was smooth and wonderful.

    Whenever I visit Kashiwa, I always enjoy staying here because it is close to the station and the Room is thoroughly cleaned and very tidy, making for a comfortable stay.\nAlso, since the Room is on a high floor, the view is great, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji.

    It is a good Hotel.

    Located near the station, the Hotel offers convenience with no issues for dining or other needs. The parking lot is directly connected to the Hotel from the basement level 1. It is a partnered mechanical parking lot, but larger vehicles are accommodated in flat parking spaces. Staff handle the parking process, and car keys are entrusted to them. In the morning, cars are arranged for immediate departure upon arrival at the parking area. I frequently use hotels around Kashiwa for work purposes, and this Hotel stands out as a step above ordinary Business Hotels in terms of interior design, staff service, and Room quality. The cleanliness was impeccable with a sense of freshness throughout. Two types of pillows—firm and soft—were provided, ensuring a comfortable sleep even when I usually struggle to rest while traveling. The down comforter was also excellent. Additionally, I was very satisfied with features such as great views from the Room, an efficient refrigerator, an in-room coffee machine, disposable slippers, and more. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I had a relaxing and soothing time.

    The atmosphere was great, the Room was spacious, and being on the 15th floor offered a wonderful view. After work, I was able to relax and feel refreshed. For dinner, as I was alone, I had a light Western set meal at the Hotel's restaurant. It was delicious, and above all, the staff's service was excellent. Overall, it felt truly impressive and left me in a good mood. Breakfast was also delicious. When I noticed that the smoothies were out of stock and mentioned it, they kindly brought freshly made ones to me with great care. Although I felt slightly nostalgic about not having pajamas or toothpaste in a tube (it came in paper), there was a coffee machine available which made my stay very satisfying. The location near the station is convenient. If I visit Kashiwa again, I would definitely stay here and have already recommended it to my friends. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A highly convenient and very comfortable Hotel

    I stayed for three nights to commute to a nearby city, and it was worth more than the price! The accommodation offers a level of elegance and comfort above that of a typical business hotel, allowing me to relax while enjoying the beautiful night view. Additionally, there are plenty of department store food courts, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so finding dinner was never an issue. I also had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant; the taste was top-notch, and the two types of smoothies were absolutely delicious. Despite being just a few minutes from the station with excellent accessibility, its location on higher floors ensures quietness. I would love to stay here again!

    Although the Plan was for a 6:00 PM check-in, I arrived about 30 minutes early, but I was allowed to check in as the Room was ready. The underground parking is also a nice feature. The Room is spacious, and the complimentary bottled water service is much appreciated.

    I was rejuvenated in a luxurious space.

    I stayed with my mother. The staff provided excellent service, and the Facility was luxurious, offering an extraordinary experience. Breakfast, including a Japanese set meal and smoothies, was delightful. It was an excellent stay.

    It was great.

    This is my second stay. I fell outside and got injured, so I called the front desk to ask for a bandage, and they kindly delivered it to my room. There are many other hotels in Kashiwa, but the view here is great, and I really like it. I will stay here again.

    I love this Hotel!

    This is a Hotel I discovered during the COVID-19 pandemic. The nostalgic atmosphere, the wonderful view from the Room, and the courteous service of the staff bring a sense of comfort. It truly provides healing, especially during times when work becomes overwhelming. I hope to continue using it occasionally in the future.

    A Happy Space

    The night view was very beautiful. In the morning, I was impressed by the view of Mt. Fuji and the Skytree. The Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. I highly recommend this Hotel. The staff's service was courteous and excellent. Thank you very much.

    Valet Parking

    The underground parking, moreover with valet parking service, is not typical for a Business Hotel. Additionally, the only time when entry and exit are not allowed is for one hour from 3 AM to 4 AM. It was a great help as it was rainy on that day.

    What do you think about being informed of additional charges on the day?

    I made a reservation for one night on New Year's Eve six months in advance. It was a planned reservation for a visit to my in-laws for the New Year holidays. Since some places are fully booked from one to six months in advance for New Year's Eve, I made an early reservation. I chose a reservation plan that includes breakfast on New Year's Day. I thought it would have a New Year's atmosphere since it's breakfast on New Year's Day. About a month before the stay, I received a call from the hotel, informing me that breakfast on New Year's Day has a set time, and they asked for my preference. The options were 8:00, 8:30, and 9:00. Considering the preparations, I chose 8:30 and informed them. The call ended with that. Upon arrival at the scheduled time on New Year's Eve and during check-in, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for the special meal on New Year's Day morning. I mentioned that there was no such information during the prior phone call. The front desk staff seemed to consult with someone in a higher position, but explained that everyone is being charged equally. I paid as instructed, thinking that some might complain. In my opinion, firstly, this should have been known when presenting the New Year's Eve stay and New Year's Day breakfast plan, and it should have been explained on the site. Also, if they realized it later and contacted me, they should have explained it then and not charged an additional fee since it wasn't specified at the time of reservation. Furthermore, informing and charging those who were unaware until the day raises questions about hospitality. Knowing it was a hotel operated by the Imperial Hotel, I chose it with peace of mind, but the result was similar to hotels with poor service, which was disappointing. I quietly paid the additional fee as instructed without saying anything, but I thought that not charging the additional fee in such situations would not damage the hotel's reputation. The difference was about 1,000 yen per person. I felt it was a significant loss in terms of cost-effectiveness. New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are special days of the year. I felt it was important to welcome guests warmly. I hope for a more pleasant experience.

    It was clean, spacious, and the service was excellent!

    Of course, it is not a new hotel, but the room was very clean, spacious, and the view from the high floor was wonderful. The service was good, and I had a pleasant stay. I used the affiliated parking lot, and I was pleased that the staff handled both parking and retrieving the car, making it very smooth to get in and out. I will use it again when I come to Chiba.

    Unfortunately

    ①The bath towel had a slight odor. ②I left my luggage before 3 PM, but if it was necessary to fill out paperwork for check-in, I would have preferred to do it at that time. I returned to the hotel after 11 PM, and filling out the paperwork took time and made me very tired. ③I couldn't turn off the light above the window in the room, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. ④The breakfast during my previous stay was good, but this time the Japanese set meal was disappointing.

    This was my first visit. The Room was clean, had a great view, and was well-equipped with amenities. I enjoyed delicious coffee and tea made with the mineral water provided. The service was speedy and warm. The staff at the underground parking were also courteous and kind. The bath was an ordinary large poly bathtub, but there was plenty of water. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but the Japanese set meal was warm and very delicious, and I enjoyed the buffet with salad, smoothies, yogurt, yudofu, and coffee. Above all, the staff were courteous, which made me happy. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.
