    World-class hospitality

    I stayed here during a conference called Higashi Mikawa Food Days. I was truly impressed by the wonderful Facility and the attentive hospitality down to the smallest details—my satisfaction exceeded that of five-star Hotels in central Tokyo. I will stay again. The breakfast was also excellent, and enjoying it on the top floor made it even more exceptional.

    About Meals

    We had French cuisine for dinner, and every dish made excellent use of local ingredients—it was delicious and very satisfying. There was a great variety all the way through to the final dessert, so we never got bored and enjoyed everything. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

    Hotel with a Great View

    From the lounge, Room, and breakfast venue, you can look out over the cityscape of Toyohashi—this was an Accommodation with a truly wonderful view. On an extremely hot day, we were genuinely grateful to be able to wait in the cool lounge before check-in.

    This is a very quiet...

    This is a very quiet, clean, and relaxing Hotel. If I had one request, I stayed in a Room with a balcony, and it would be perfect if there were simple chairs and a table on the balcony.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The front desk and restaurant floor staff were very courteous, and the front desk team’s smiles were wonderful. Some hotels don’t even offer a smile, so this made me feel at ease. The restaurant you reserved for us was excellent. Thank you very much. It really reminded me that a Hotel is all about its people and staff.

    The water pressure is disappointing.

    I felt the shower water pressure was a bit weak. The bathtub didn’t bother me, though. The room service curry set was very tasty, with tender meat. It was also nice that it came with a coupon.

    Great location and a clean Room.

    Just as beautiful as the photos online. I relaxed in the club lounge, which is available exclusively to guests.\nThe Hotel staff provided very courteous service, and I had a very comfortable stay.\nI also wanted to visit the bar on the 3rd floor. I’ll definitely stay again.

    The Accommodation wa...

    The Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times, and I especially like the Club Floor on the 15th floor—enjoying coffee while taking in the view gives me a peaceful moment to reflect. However, the breakfast bread described as “freshly baked” was not very good. Bread quality is generally very high these days, so I would like it to be improved to something that guests will truly want to eat.

    The lobby and all Ro...

    The lobby and all Rooms were pleasantly air-conditioned, but the hallway on the guestroom floor was hot, as if there was no air conditioning. This time I was upgraded to the Executive Floor, and the Room was spacious and excellent; however, there were two shallow steps between the toilet, bathroom, and washbasin area. Because the flooring was the same color and hard to notice, nothing happened fortunately, but I think a gentle ramp would be safer.

    I was planning to us...

    I was planning to use the 2,000-yen coupon and have dinner at THE GARDEN RESTAURANT & BAR, but unfortunately it was closed on its regular day off. With few other options, I ended up buying a bento at the station building. When I tried to use it the next day, Toyoichi Pan was also closed. Still, I was able to pay the difference when switching breakfast to a Japanese set meal, so that worked out well. Breakfast service took a little longer than expected, but I still made it in time for my plans. The Room had a great view, was clean, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently connected directly to the station, and I’d like to stay here again if I visit Toyohashi in the future.

    Conveniently located near the station with easy access.

    For this trip, I stayed one night at Hotel Arc Riche Toyohashi to match my schedule at Honokuni Toyohashi Arts Theatre PLAT. The Hotel is in an extremely convenient location right in front of Toyohashi Station. You can also access the theatre directly from the 3rd-floor entrance via a walkway along the tracks, which made everything very comfortable. It’s especially convenient if you’re attending a performance or event. The building has entrances on both the 1st and 3rd floors. From outside, you go up to the front desk on the 16th floor and then transfer to the guest Room floors. It felt a little unusual at first, but being able to pass through the open, airy space in front of reception each time made it feel special. At check-in, my Room was upgraded for me. It was spacious with a great view, and I had a very comfortable stay. While the entire property feels luxurious, what stood out most was how warm and welcoming all staff were—always with natural smiles—so I felt at ease throughout my stay. Breakfast was served at a restaurant on the same floor as reception with excellent views. The lounge service was also well stocked; I appreciated that it offered not only soft drinks but also alcohol depending on the time of day. I also received JPY 2,000 worth of vouchers that could be used at this Hotel and nearby participating facilities. Since they were valid until checkout the next day, I used them at “Toyoichi Pan,” a popular local shop known for its salted bread rolls nearby. I was also told that these vouchers could be applied toward the additional fee when changing breakfast to a Japanese set meal, which felt like a very convenient service. There is also a Starbucks on the 1st floor of the Hotel, which is handy for short breaks or meeting up. Because I booked through IKYU, my checkout time was extended from 11:00 to 12:00 as well, which I really appreciated. Everything—from the excellent location to the comfortable Room and pleasant service—was outstanding. It’s an exceptionally relaxing Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Toyohashi.

    一休初めてまんまる

    We had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first stay here, and the view was wonderful. I could see the mountains and even the Shinkansen, which was a real treat. The Room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was large as well—excellent. I also loved the relaxed atmosphere in the lounge and the all-you-can-drink service. Since I chose a plan without meals, there were plenty of ramen shops nearby at night, so finding something to eat wasn’t a problem. There’s also a convenience store close by. This time I was able to check out at 12:00, so I could take my time and really enjoy my stay. It made me want to visit Toyohashi again.

    Generally quiet and relaxing.

    The property feels high-quality and relaxing, but service can be inconsistent during busy times. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, it may depend on the day.

    The razor is poor quality.

    The other amenities are of good quality and satisfactory, but the razor is poor and left my face covered in cuts. I would like it to be replaced with a Japanese-made razor that shaves properly. The Room and Facility are gorgeous and wonderful, so it’s disappointing that this is the only drawback.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Very convenient location right in front of Toyohashi Station. The Room was also amazing. The jet bath was comfortable, and it was a spring break trip with my child, but my child was very satisfied as well. As for the lounge drinks, I thought it might feel more special if there were a few more options. Since the lounge is available no matter which Room you stay in, that may be unavoidable. My child was happy to have unlimited juice and enjoyed it a lot.

    I always stay here w...

    I always stay here when I come to see a show at the nearby theater. Of course, I enjoy the performance, but staying at this Hotel has also become one of my pleasures. Since it’s right in front of the station, it’s very convenient, and the staff are very kind. The Room was very clean, and I was able to relax and spend time comfortably. This time, I used the club lounge for the first time, and I’m glad I could watch the festival fireworks display.

    It was very relaxing.

    I understand that its convenient location near the station and higher grade compared to other Hotels, but the facilities were far too disappointing. I hope you can raise the room rates a little and make improvements. It was truly disappointing because every staff member was hospitable and left a great impression.\nAlso, I had high expectations for breakfast, but the Eggs Benedict was underwhelming.\nIt was a Hotel so surprisingly disappointing it almost made me laugh, yet strangely it felt very comfortable.

    Including a stay boo...

    Including a stay booked through another site, we stayed for two nights. On the first night, we mistakenly selected a Standard Room, but on this site we had a Room on the Executive Floor. The Room was compact and easy to use. Having the bath and toilet separate was very comfortable, and overall it felt clean. A couple of disappointing points were that the leather (maybe) inside the memo holder was peeling, and there was dust on the TV remote. I assumed it might have been only for the first night due to wear and tear, but it was the same on the second night as well. I thought it would be better to replace it with a material that doesn’t deteriorate as easily. We booked a No Meals Included Plan, but since Reviews of the Japanese breakfast were so good, we woke up early to try it. It was very delicious. All of the staff were very polite, and we had a comfortable stay.

    A clean Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    Almost directly connected to Toyohashi Station, this Business Hotel on the upper floors of a building has a refined, adult feel. The lighting and atmosphere in the front desk area and lounge are calm and relaxing. I stayed in a spacious Superior Double Room. It was quiet and clean, with a generously sized closet, all the charging accessories and amenities I needed, and I had a very comfortable stay. I also appreciated that guests are encouraged to use the lounge drink service quietly. There is no large public bath, so I’d rate the bath facilities 4/5, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a bath pillow provided for the in-room bathtub.

    It was comfortable as always.

    This was my first stay in two years, and I was able to spend a comfortable time as always—great convenience, cleanliness, and quietness. The bathroom in particular was truly spacious and very easy to use, and the amenities were high quality—I was extremely satisfied. Thank you as well for accommodating my Room request at the time of Reservation. I also got to enjoy the Japanese breakfast I had been hoping for, and the new menu item—the Silk Princess Salmon namero rice bowl—was delicious! For Western options, the ricotta cheese open omelet became my favorite. All of the Hotel staff at the front desk and restaurant were kind and thoughtfully attentive, which I really appreciated. I also visited Toyoichi Bread from your group, and it was just as delicious as ever! I would love to stay with you again next time. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

    A charming Hotel near the station

    A lovely Hotel just a few minutes from the station. The Rooms are, of course, clean and very functional. In winter, it's convenient to walk indoors from the Starbucks on the first floor to the Hotel front desk.

    Would love to visit again.

    Next time I go to Toyohashi, I want to arrive earlier—or rather, I want to plan a trip to Toyohashi just to visit this Hotel.

    There are no issues.

    Arriving in the afternoon, free drinks are fine, but it would be nice to have some light snacks or sweets available. Also, it's a bit disappointing that the number of shops in the facility connected to the nearby station has decreased.

    Lounge

    The Hotel was clean, but the Room was too dark, which was inconvenient. The bath was relaxing, but having a chair would have been more comfortable. The lounge is one of the pleasures of staying, but compared to other Hotels' lounges, it lacked snacks and sweets and didn't even have beer; I hope for some improvement! Still, I had a comfortable stay!

    It was wonderful.

    It has been a while, but I would like to share my experience. This was my first time staying here, and I did not know such a Hotel existed in Toyohashi. I arrived late at night, so I explored the Facility the next morning. For breakfast, I chose Western cuisine while enjoying the view from the high floor. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. After that, I visited the lounge. The high ceiling and spacious area with excellent interior design and views were impressive—it was surprising that this could be used for free! The atmosphere was so comfortable that I think I relaxed there for about an hour. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. If given another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Having used this Hotel every year for many years, I can't help but feel that the quality has declined. What stands out in particular is the cost-cutting on bath and grooming amenities, as well as a slight decline in the quality of the Western-style breakfast, which is one of this Hotel's highlights.     This was my first visit. I stayed in a Room on the 10th floor for a Multiple Night Stay, and the room was spacious with dim lighting, perfect for relaxing. The sink area was also generously sized, and the bathtub was large and deep enough, with bath salts provided, which I appreciated. However, since the shower area is separate and spacious, it would have been nice to have a stool or washbasin available. The cleanliness of the Room was impeccable, making it very pleasant to return after going out. The lounge offered a great space to enjoy coffee while reading or using a PC—definitely a highlight. Although there were comments about limited alcohol options at night, this is understandable as it’s not part of a club floor lounge. For breakfast, as I wasn’t visiting for work purposes, I went at a later time and enjoyed my meal leisurely at a seat with great views. Since I’m not fond of buffets in general, this setup suited me well. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay that left me satisfied—I’d love to visit again! Thank you very much!

    Best Value Hotel in Front of the Station

    A high-quality Hotel where it's hard to find any flaws. The excellent location, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere inside the building, cleanliness of the Room, and delicious meals were all very satisfying. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been perfect if it wasn't a unit bath, but even that didn't affect my overall satisfaction. The view from the Room was also wonderful. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Highly satisfied.

    It was very affordable and a relaxing, pleasant stay. The highlight was the breakfast served dish by dish, which was delightful. Nowadays, even luxury Hotels often offer buffet breakfasts, but here I could enjoy freshly prepared dishes that were absolutely delicious. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Toyohashi.
