    We were able to relax and take it easy again this time. It was quiet at night as well, which we really appreciated.

    Wonderful breakfast

    The breakfast is luxurious and excellent. I was amazed by the live kitchen with its wide variety of menu options. There is also a large public bath, so I highly recommend it.

    This is a reasonably priced Hotel in a convenient location.

    I have stayed here multiple times. Its location right in front of the station and the free, ground-level parking lot for guests behind the Hotel are extremely convenient. The building feels old in places such as the exterior and hallways, but the Room always feels clean. I have not used the large public bath. The in-room bathroom is separated from the sink and toilet area and feels fairly spacious. Considering the price, it is ideal for business stays around Tsukuba Station.

    Satisfied

    I stayed alone for five nights to attend training near Tsukuba Station. The Hotel is about a 1-minute walk from Kenkyu-Gakuen Station, the next station from Tsukuba Station, and there are plenty of izakayas and other places to eat nearby. The Room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a good selection of amenities. I’m not sure why it’s designed this way, but you could see the bed from the unit bath through a small window (it can be covered with a curtain). I chose this place because it’s close to the station as mentioned above, and because the large public bath has a sauna. The sauna was very hot and not crowded, which was great. I’d like to stay here again if I’m in the area.

    Stay 3 nights in your usual Room!

    I stay here every 2–3 months when I have business in Tsukuba. The location is very convenient, which is a big help. This is my favorite Hotel because they are always so considerate and prepare things in the Room such as pillows and coffee cups. The Room is always kept very clean, but on the second day I requested housekeeping and went out. When I returned, the Room, bed making, and bathroom were all cleaned beautifully; however, unfortunately the used coffee cup and glasses were left as they were, which was very disappointing. The front desk brought me new ones, but it was still a bit disappointing.

    Washlet (bidet toilet seat)

    The toilet’s bidet function did not work; no matter how many times I pressed the buttons, there was no response, so I couldn’t use it. Disappointing.

    Relax in your usual Room!

    I stay here once every 1–2 months, and I always stay in the same Room. It’s a spacious, very convenient Room to use. Just one thing: I don’t really like the loungewear. I think it would be better if it were made of a more comfortable material and available in more sizes. As always, I really appreciate the staff’s service. Thank you for preparing extra pillows in the Room. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

    The room was quiet a...

    The room was quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep, and the bath was comfortable without being crowded. However, the chair by the window made loud creaking noises with even slight movements, which made sitting on it a bit unsettling.

    I am satisfied again!

    I stay at this accommodation every two months when I have business in Tsukuba. Last time, I mentioned that the pillow didn’t suit me, and during this stay, the front desk informed me about alternative pillows, allowing me to sleep soundly! It seems other requests are also being gradually improved, reflecting the hotel's proactive approach. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

    I had a stable and relaxing stay. Thank you very much. However, I have one concern: Since I had a Multiple Night Stay this time, it seems the bath access code changed on the second day. When I went to use the bath, I couldn’t enter and had to go down to the front desk to get a card. I wasn’t informed that the code changes daily, even though I stopped by the front desk after returning from an outing. The female staff at that time didn’t mention it either, and when I asked about it later at the front desk, her response felt indifferent. If staff members are aware of such changes, especially female staff in this case, they should inform guests more thoroughly. Some places change their bath codes weekly instead of daily; it's unclear how often it changes here.

    Your Usual Room

    I stay here regularly. The location is very convenient, which is helpful. Thank you for accommodating my previous request regarding the ice packs. The room is spacious and easy to use! However, the pillows are too high for me to use. If possible, I would appreciate having two types of pillows available: a lower one and the current one. It would be even better if we could choose! Still, I always enjoy staying here comfortably.

    It was great!

    Everything from check-in to check-out was great! The front desk, Room, and bath were all excellent! The half-buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious! Also, when we went to the sushi restaurant on the second floor the day before, we were talking with a friend about how it might be Tsukuba University students working there since it's in Tsukuba city. When they said "Yes," it strangely made all the other staff look like Tsukuba University students too (laughs). We'll stop by again next year during our trip around Japan!

    A highly convenient Hotel.

    Convenient access to the station (Kenkyu-Gakuen), convenience stores, and restaurants! The Room was spacious and comfortable. Would use again if I have the chance.

    Conveniently located Business Hotel. More coffee, please.

    Located right in front of Kenkyu-Gakuen Station, the hotel features a flat parking lot with the same name adjacent to it, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. (Parking tickets can be validated for free at the front desk.) The building is not new, so the rooms and facilities are standard for a business hotel. Breakfast includes a set meal with nine small dishes; however, during a multiple night stay, the menu was almost identical each day. Additionally, there is a buffet offering rice, bread, salad, yogurt, and drinks; however, the variety is limited. The coffee from the machine was not very good and lacked freshness. While you can take coffee back to your room, freshly brewed coffee would have been preferable.

    The usual Hotel

    I stay in Tsukuba every 2-3 months for business. Since the breakfast menu is always the same, I opt for No Meals Included. The Room is spacious and convenient to use. However, the side table is too small, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the refrigerator does not have a freezer compartment, which can be inconvenient in summer when using ice packs. Other than that, I think it’s a good Hotel.

    The room was spacious and comfortable.

    I used it on the way back from visiting the Tōgoku Sansha shrines, Ōarai Isosaki Shrine, and Kasama Inari Shrine. The Room was very spacious and lovely. The cleaning was impeccable, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. The large public bath was also clean and provided a moment of relaxation. Next time, I would like to use it when visiting Tsukuba-san Shrine.

    Unchanging convenien...

    Unchanging convenience and comfort. Hygienic including the water area, and the mirror in the washroom was properly defogged, making it comfortable. Even if it looks clean, there are cases where the shower curtain smells, but I have never encountered such a Room here.

    I was able to spend a relaxing time.

    I only stayed for one night, but the large public bath and sauna were well-maintained, and I was able to relax in my room. I would definitely like to use this place again when I visit the surrounding area.
