    A Hotel adjacent to EX Theater Ariake

    I chose this Hotel to see a musical at EX Theater Ariake and because it has parking. EX Theater Ariake is in the next building across the road, about a 3-minute walk away, so it was very convenient. I arrived slightly before the check-in time, but they still accommodated me. I stayed in a Standard Double Room. The Room size is about what you would expect from a Business Hotel, but the bathroom was not a unit bath, so it felt more spacious. Considering this is Tokyo, I think the value for money is reasonable. However, I think there is room for improvement in how seating is assigned at breakfast. As a senior couple, we wanted to enjoy breakfast in as quiet an area as possible, but we were seated in a section with several families with small children. The children could not sit still and kept standing up from their seats. It would be better to seat such families together in one area so they can eat comfortably without worrying about others, while couples, senior couples, and business travelers could be seated in a separate area farther away. The breakfast selection itself was excellent.

    This was my second stay.

    Unfortunately it was raining, but we left our luggage with the hotel and went to the event. The staff were thoughtful both at the front desk and in the restaurant, and we felt well looked after. The seafood curry at breakfast was delicious, with clams and shrimp included. We would definitely like to stay again when attending an event in Ariake.

    Delicious breakfast

    I stayed here when attending a concert at Ariake Arena. It was a calm, comfortable Hotel and relatively close to the station. What exceeded my expectations was the breakfast. I mainly chose Western-style dishes, and everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The menu isn’t very different from other hotels, but even items like sausages and ham felt high quality. The desserts were especially outstanding—the pudding and tarts were excellent, and my wife praised them as being just as good as those at a luxury Hotel in central Tokyo where we stayed for our wedding anniversary. If I attend another event around Ariake, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    I stayed here to attend an event at EX Theater Ariake.

    The Room was well stocked with amenities, which was great. Dream Park was just across the road, making it very convenient. We stayed for two nights, and the meals were different each day, so we enjoyed both Italian and Japanese cuisine.

    It was very good.

    Conveniently located next to the live music venue, which made getting around very easy. My Reservation was for a single, but they upgraded me to a double Room. The Room wasn’t especially large, but it was clean, well organized with everything I needed, and laid out in a very practical way. Breakfast was also delicious. All of the staff were kind and helpful. My only request would be slightly brighter lighting for doing makeup. If the light by the bathroom mirror were a bit brighter, it would have been perfect. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you.

    It was supposed to be non-smoking.

    I made a Reservation for a non-smoking Room, but there was a noticeable cigarette smell as soon as I entered. The shower curtain also had a faint musty odor. The cleaning was impeccable. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast venue provided excellent service, which made it all the more disappointing that the odors were a drawback. During the Spanish fair, there were Western-style sea bream rice and seafood-focused small plates. It felt like a luxury in the morning and was very delicious. The coin laundry area was bright and clean as well. It would be even better if there were signage indicating that a microwave is available (the guide says to ask at the front desk).

    That was disappointing.

    There were issues with the payment, conflicting information about the check-out time, and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, so it felt disappointing for the price. I booked a plan with breakfast, but it was catered. Maybe it was my fault for not checking more carefully in advance, but I used this stay for a graduation ceremony and ended up feeling disappointed.

    I’d like improvements from a guest’s perspective.

    In any case, the Room is very dark. Even with all the lights on, it is still dim, and if you accidentally drop something on the floor, it is hard to find. Some people may find dim lighting relaxing, but it is a problem when you cannot make it brighter even if you want to. There is no desk lamp at the writing bureau. Is that really a writing bureau? If not, then this Room has no writing bureau at all. The couch faces away from the TV. I do not watch TV so it was not inconvenient for me, but I cannot say I was impressed. Also, the side table next to the sofa is behind the backrest, making it difficult to use—you have to twist your body to reach it. When I ordered the breakfast buffet as an option, it turned out to be a boxed meal handed over at the front desk. For drinks they tell you to choose from a dispenser in the lobby, but there are only oolong tea, Fanta, and cola. What about hot coffee, milk, or vegetable juice? Is this simply because it is inexpensive at 2,750 yen? Still, I felt that in this case it would have been better to buy something at a convenience store and eat in my Room. The Hotel itself is clean and stylish, but once you stay there you notice many shortcomings—most of which could be fixed with small adjustments—so I found it very disappointing.

    I’m a returning guest.

    It’s always a pleasure to stay here, no matter when I visit. This time, the Plan was an even better deal than usual because parking was free. I often use the restaurant as well, but it was under renovation this time. However, the breakfast boxed sandwiches were very delicious, and I felt this option works well too.

    We were very satisfied.

    I stayed here for a concert at Ariake Arena. It was about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop and the station, and there was no particular crowding, so getting around was easy. There was a small convenience store near the nearest station, but since there aren’t many shops around, it was quiet and the night view was beautiful. The staff were kind, the Room was spacious, and everything was well cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. Next time I’d like to book with breakfast and enjoy a more relaxing visit.

    Cozy Hotel!

    We visited to enjoy the New Year's buffet. We joined the second session, and it was not overly crowded. The food was replenished quickly, and empty dishes were promptly cleared, making it a comfortable experience. Not only was the food delightful, but the convenient Room, thick and large slippers, and the comfort of the bed and futon made our stay truly pleasant. By answering a survey, we received a late check-out at 2 PM, allowing us to relax leisurely. Lastly, we were impressed by how friendly and cheerful all the staff members were in greeting us.     During your stay to watch the Inoue Takuma vs. Tenshin Nasukawa match

    I stayed here during the Inoue Takuma vs. Nasukawa Tenshin match. The Toyota Arena Tokyo, where the match was held, is just across the bridge (see photo). Located in an area with many tall buildings, this accommodation stands out with its luxurious four-story structure. The entrance is grand, and the elevator hall is impressive as well. The room I stayed in wasn’t very spacious but had artwork displayed and was pleasant overall. I didn’t have breakfast as I left for Osaka on the first train from Tokyo, but it must be delicious. Highly recommended!

    I slept well.

    Good Points Comfortable bed, perfectly suitable pillows. High-quality breakfast. It was delicious. Excellent service from the Hotel staff. Disappointing Points The smoking area at the entrance... Just as I was about to leave feeling good, there was cigarette smoke right outside. This was disappointing. I thought if there were no smoking area, people wouldn't smoke there.

    You can stay in a stylish Room at a reasonable price.

    The room's interior is stylish, and the beautiful tree right outside the window creates a lovely borrowed scenery. However, the shower faucet was quite stiff, making it difficult to turn with soapy hands. Both the Japanese and Western-style breakfast options were delicious, and there was a wide variety of desserts.

    The Facility itself is satisfactory.

    Stayed for 2 nights. The Facility is clean, and the service is satisfactory, making it a good Hotel. However, there are few outlets in the Room, and the bedside outlet is located near the foot of the bed, so using a smartphone in bed can be inconvenient without a long charging cable. Additionally, there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. It’s recommended to buy food or drinks before arriving at the Hotel, such as in Odaiba or at a convenience store near Kokusai-Tenjijo Station (which is far from the Hotel), for enjoying them in your Room.

    A rare Hotel highly recommended in the city center

    The location in Ariake may not be the most central, but this Hotel offers a serene and refined atmosphere, making it one of the finest in the city. The furnishings inside are not overly extravagant, but if you value ambiance, this Hotel comes highly recommended. It is especially ideal for those traveling by private car, as we are confident it will meet your expectations.

    It had been quite a while since I last stayed here, but the room was more spacious than before, and having a separate washing area in the bathroom made it very relaxing. Although there were no amenities for women, considering the price, bringing your own is not an issue. It was a quiet and cost-effective accommodation.

    Issues at Check-in

    There may be issues during check-in. We understand that it takes time as the number of guests that can be assisted at the counter at once is limited. However, we feel it is not ideal to leave waiting guests standing for a long time. At other Hotels, staff guided waiting guests to seating areas and called them to the counter when it was their turn. Of course, if space constraints make it impossible to place chairs or sofas, this is understandable as well. As for the in-room Facility, we are satisfied with its comfort and convenience.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    It was convenient that the parking lot was flat, making it easy to go back and get my luggage. The Room was compact, but it was more than enough for one person and I had a comfortable stay.

    Check-out

    This morning, during check-out, I requested a detailed statement as I had used the Hotel's restaurant several times and charged it to my Room. The front desk staff was reluctant to provide the statement and only prepared it after being specifically asked, with an unpleasant attitude. When I requested a taxi, which is usually accompanied by a polite send-off at this Hotel, the staff simply went back inside once the taxi arrived without any courtesy. It is hard to believe someone with such an attitude works at this kind of Hotel; they seem unsuited for this job. My final experience at the Hotel was extremely unpleasant.

    It was within walking distance from Tokyo Big Sight Station on the Yurikamome Line. There were buildings under construction along the way, and even with smartphone navigation I felt a little unsure if I was heading in the right direction, but I arrived in about five minutes. The exterior and interior both felt upscale, and the bed and room were clean and comfortable. I didn’t dine there, so my interactions were limited, but the service still felt courteous. Even without specific plans in the Odaiba or Ariake area, I would consider choosing this Hotel again given the price and overall quality.

    The surrounding environment is excellent.

    Perfect for a retreat when you're looking to refresh your mood as the weather gets warmer. While there were some minor issues, such as hair stuck on the bathroom wall and less-than-ideal service at the restaurant (e.g., not asking about steak doneness), the overall experience was still enjoyable thanks to the excellent surrounding environment.
