This was my first stay in a year.The Room was very calming and comfortable, and I was able to truly relax.Spending both day and night on the spacious daybed—absentmindedly reading a book or gazing at the view—was the best.Soaking slowly in the large bathtub was also genuinely wonderful time.This has been the case for a while, but I always feel I’d really appreciate it if the internet connection could be improved a bit more.This time, I was able to enjoy ice cream after my bath, which was a delightful service.The food was consistently delicious as always, and the staff had a great atmosphere, making it a very pleasant stay.Thank you very much.I’d love to stay again.

We visited this accommodation looking forward to the meals, as it is known for its cuisine. We were grateful to be upgraded to a larger room due to availability, allowing us to relax comfortably in a spacious room. We prefer smaller, hidden-gem accommodations over large ones, and this place was perfect with its stunning location where we could enjoy views of the Daimonji bonfire and fireworks directly from our room. The dedicated Japanese staff assigned to our room ensured we had a comfortable and hassle-free stay. While we had high expectations for the meals, they were slightly disappointing. Compared to other accommodations in Hakone at similar price points, there is room for improvement in terms of ingredients, content, and portion sizes. Breakfast was particularly underwhelming; even as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found the side dishes insufficient. The bath was exceptional—enjoying natural hot spring water while taking in beautiful views made it an unforgettable experience.
