    Relax and unwind.

    We checked in early and were able to relax until dinner. The meals were beautifully presented, with great taste and satisfying portions. The timing of each course was also excellent. We always felt that the staff were quietly looking out for us. We hardly ran into other guests, so we could truly enjoy our own time. The only issue was that when returning to the Room at night, it was dark near the entrance and difficult to unlock the door. We would definitely like to stay again.

    The cuisine, service, Room style, and views were outstanding!

    Above all, the Room furnishings were wonderful. Many wild birds visited the lake (pond) outside the window, and especially in the early morning it was truly breathtaking. That alone made the stay worthwhile. The meals offered a great balance of seafood and mountain produce, and we thoroughly enjoyed them as delicious local cuisine from Kumamoto. The service was also excellent, and even late at night they responded promptly to issues with the Facility, which we really appreciated. The Accommodation is showing some age; the front door lock did not fit well, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the bath (not an Onsen), which was disappointing. If these points are improved, it would be a wonderful Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again!

    The food and hospitality were excellent.

    The food was outstanding. Everything was truly delicious, and I enjoyed each dish one by one. It was a very satisfying meal. The drinks were also great, and we had a wonderful time. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness also came through in the service, making our stay very comfortable. We laid out futons in the main room, but it got hot during the night, so that was the only thing I wondered about—I wish I had asked how to lower the temperature. We stayed in February and expected it to be cold, but we were surprised by how warm the floor heating was. The hot stone sauna and the bath were both very relaxing. When we asked to have our luggage shipped, we could really feel their hospitality in the careful packing and other small details. Thank you very much.

    Everything was satisfactory.

    We enjoyed a relaxing family trip, soaking in the bath while listening to the sounds of nature. The meals were delightful as well. We would love to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Highly Satisfied

    A standalone accommodation nestled in the forest, with no steps on the floor and a spacious room for a comfortable stay. The stone sauna was available anytime, providing a refreshing experience. Although the water was not Onsen, it left my skin smooth and hydrated—perhaps due to its quality? Dinner was delicious, but breakfast was so good that I ended up having seconds of rice. This is an accommodation I’d love to visit again in a different season.

    Villa-like atmosphere

    It seems like it will become difficult to make a reservation, so I want to keep it a secret... I've never stayed at a property that made me want to return so much. It felt as if I was at a vacation home, allowing me to relax completely. The shuttle service from the airport, the flowers placed throughout the room, and the attentiveness of the staff were truly impressive. Above all, the spacious room allowed me to relax while listening to the chirping of birds, providing a sense of comfort as if I were at a second home. The meals, focusing on local production for local consumption, were delicious, as if dining at a high-end restaurant. The stone sauna in the room gently warmed my body, making me feel like I could stay for hours, and it helped improve my condition. If I had to mention something, it would be nice to have a deodorizing spray for jackets that have absorbed travel odors. When I have another break, I would like to visit Kumamoto just to stay at this property. Thank you for everything. I look forward to staying with you again.
