    It was comfortable.

    It was close to the station, yet in a quiet setting. The Room was clean, and the staff were kind, making it very comfortable.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located just to the left after exiting Kanazawa Station, making it a great transportation hub. The front desk staff gave a polite and thorough explanation, which was reassuring. When I entered the Room, I noticed a slight odor at first, but I quickly got used to it. It was right after the holiday period, so the city was less crowded and I could relax—I’d like to stay here again.

    This is a new Hotel ...

    This is a new Hotel with excellent access right in front of the station. Since I was scheduled to check out at 6:30, I asked whether breakfast (available from 6:30) could be taken out at 6:00, and they kindly prepared a hearty, thick sandwich for me. I also appreciate their thoughtful service, including setting up a wake-up call and temporarily storing my luggage.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The hotel was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get around for sightseeing by bus. The spacious lobby and the friendly front desk staff who stored our luggage were also great. Next time, I’d like to stay with breakfast included.

    More than worth the price

    The Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station, and you can reach the Hotel entrance via an underground passage even in snow or rain. The hallways and Room had a nice atmosphere, and the Room was clean. The Room also had a coffee maker, so I could relax and spend time comfortably in the Room. The bathtub was spacious enough to fill with hot water and soak in. If I have a chance to visit Kanazawa again, I would like to stay here again.

    It's hot...

    It was a day in December with temperatures reaching 20 degrees. However, the air conditioning in the Room could not be adjusted, so I slept with the window open. The Room has been renovated and is clean, but it seems that the Facility systems remain outdated. There was an unpleasant male staff member at the front desk, and when leaving, I passed several cleaning staff in the hallway who did not greet me at all. The location near the station and bus terminal was convenient, but I would rate customer service as 1 star.

    Check-in

    We arrived early around 2:30 PM due to the rain, and they kindly allowed us to check in without any issues, which was very helpful. We did not use the bath.

    It was great.

    I stayed here for a little over 10,000 yen, arriving by Shinkansen the day before to rent a car nearby for work. The plan included a semi-double Room for single use and breakfast. Conveniently located near the station, I enjoyed relaxing in the spacious Room. Above all, the breakfast was delicious. The buffet offered a variety of Japanese and Western dishes as well as desserts, allowing for a leisurely meal. It would have been even better if coffee takeaway was available. The staff were all proactive and left a positive impression. I will definitely stay here again!

    Very convenient Hotel

    Located right in front of Kanazawa Station East Exit, this hotel is very convenient for using the bus terminal. The room was spacious and easy to use. Although I initially booked accommodation only, I decided to try the breakfast buffet at the last minute, but I felt it wasn't worth the price. I should have gone out for a seafood bowl instead.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed in the Luxury Suite King for one night and two days. The accommodation is close to the station, and the room, sink, and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. It was a spontaneous trip decided a few days prior, and I chose this hotel based on the condition of "separate bath and toilet," but it turned out to be a great choice.

    Perfect for business trips

    I used this for the first time during my business trip to Kanazawa. Despite its excellent location right near the station, the price was very reasonable. I had reserved a double room, but I was upgraded on the same day and could relax in a spacious room. I also had breakfast, which included Kaga cuisine and even a variety of desserts. I will definitely use this again for future business trips.

    Conveniently located near the station

    It is located right outside Kanazawa Station. You can use the underground passage to stay almost dry even on rainy days. A shopping mall and bus stops are right in front, making it very convenient. While it feels a bit dated, it offers great value for this price.

    This was my fourth trip to Kanazawa, and I stayed at various hotels, but Hotel Kanazawa was very convenient as it is adjacent to the station. The renovated Room had a simple and user-friendly layout. If I may suggest, having a stand mirror on the table would be convenient. On the day of my stay, it happened to be the Hokuriku Fireworks [Kanazawa Festival], and I didn’t expect such a beautiful view from the Room. It became a wonderful memory for me. Thank you for providing such a lovely Room!

    Conveniently located near the station

    I have used this Hotel multiple times because it is close to the station. This is my first time staying after the renovation, but I noticed some inconveniences such as no clock in the Room, no air purifier which is usually available in most Hotels, and no tabletop mirror. The breakfast was delicious.

    I would like to use it again.

    The bathtub is very large and the room has enough space to fully open a carry case, which is very satisfying. The body soap made my skin tingle, but I wonder what it was? It went away after about an hour, though.

    Very convenient Hotel

    This is a very convenient hotel right in front of Kanazawa Station. It has been renovated and is very clean. The bathroom is spacious and nice, but the plumbing is old, making it difficult to adjust the hot water. It might be unavoidable due to the high number of inbound guests, but the lingering perfume smell from the previous guest was unpleasant. After foreign guests, I would like the air to be thoroughly refreshed.

    I visited Kanazawa on a business trip in November, and although I didn't have high expectations because all the hotels were expensive and this one was relatively affordable, I was impressed to find the room spacious and clean, with a genuine coffee machine provided.

    It exceeded expectations.

    I made the Reservation because it was close to the station. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The friendly service from the staff was impeccable. Speaking of exceeding expectations, the deliciousness of the breakfast was surprising. I recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff. My impression of Kanazawa has improved. I'll visit again.

    The satisfaction cam...

    The satisfaction came from the room's spaciousness and cleanliness. There was no luxury for the price. The breakfast had a limited menu, and there were no welcome snacks provided. As a Diamond member, when staying in the city for the same price, there is usually a late check-out option, but it was not available. Due to the location in Kanazawa, yukatas are provided, but since they are uncomfortable to sleep in, I would have preferred the option of pajamas.
