    A hotel I want to visit again

    The response from the front desk staff was very pleasant, embodying the essence of "The Hotelman" (in a good way). I forgot my charger, but when I contacted the front desk, they promptly assisted me even though it was late at night. Thank you very much. The room was more spacious than I expected, and contrary to some reviews, there was no red mold in the bathroom; it was clean. It was unfortunate that I only had time to briefly check out the club floor. I had high expectations for breakfast due to its good reviews, but it felt like an ordinary business hotel buffet. The only disappointment was when I went downstairs early in the morning and encountered a gentleman who seemed to hold a decent position. Despite making eye contact, he didn't greet me. I'm not saying customers should be revered, but a simple "Good morning" would have been nice. At least a nod. It left me feeling unpleasant in the morning. Other than that, it was good enough that I would like to use it again the next time I visit Osaka.
