    Disney

    Stayed for one night for Disney. The Facility is very clean. It would be great if the convenience store had a wider selection of items. Also, adding disposable slippers in the Room would provide more peace of mind in terms of hygiene. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the pajamas were lovely. The price was reasonable, and I am very satisfied with this Hotel.

    I would like to stay here again.

    We stay for one night at Disney every year. Despite traveling over 30 times, this was our first time staying at Emion. When we went to drop off our luggage early in the morning, we were able to check in as well, making it very smooth to enter the room after the park closed. It was excellent. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious overall, but the miso-marinated mackerel and namero were especially tasty. We would love to stay here again in the future.

    Stayed in a Japanese...

    Stayed in a Japanese-style room with an infant to visit Disney Resort. The room was more spacious than expected, with no unnecessary items, allowing the child to move around freely and making for a relaxing stay. It takes about 15 minutes by car from Disney, but the room and service were excellent. Would love to stay again!

    Buses from each park to the Hotel are available, making it very convenient to use.

    Stayed for the first...

    Stayed for the first time over the weekend. Check-in was smooth without waiting, but there was no explanation about the parking ticket, so I had to confirm it later at the front desk. Also, there was no explanation about the elevator, and I mistakenly took one that didn’t stop on my accommodation floor and ended up going all the way up trying to open a room. It turned out that the correct elevator was on the opposite side of the front desk—would have appreciated a quick mention of this. For a hotel offering shuttles to a dreamland destination, I found some front desk staff rather cold. However, other staff members were friendly and helpful with smiles, and I enjoyed using the bath facilities!

    It was a family-friendly Hotel.

    I stayed for two nights due to work at Meikai University. The university was conveniently located right in front of the accommodation, but the hotel seemed to cater mostly to guests visiting Disneyland, and the breakfast area was filled with children. While it looked lively and enjoyable, I found it a bit odd that my room had items like children's cups and step stools. On the second morning at breakfast, I chose a table seat. Initially, there was no one around me, but soon families with children filled the area. An incident occurred where a child around two years old said they had a stomachache. The father mentioned "Maybe it's the toilet," and then the mother pulled down their pants slightly to check inside their diaper while saying "Could it be poop?" before taking them to the restroom located within the breakfast area. At that moment, I was eating yogurt and felt very uncomfortable. I would like to suggest that perhaps family seating could be separated from solo travelers' seating in such situations. Families may understand each other better when dealing with such matters as some may speak loudly about topics like bowel movements or have children crying or behaving poorly during meals, creating an unsettled atmosphere for others trying to enjoy their food. As someone who has raised children myself, I completely understand these situations and do not dislike children; however, having restrooms (with large signage) directly within dining areas feels out of place in my opinion.

    I felt relieved.

    Everything was satisfying. Especially, the spacious bathroom with a washing area was very comfortable. Additionally, the staff's kind words and demeanor were heartwarming. They casually mentioned that a larger Room with a better view was available and changed it for us without any sense of imposition.

    We had a great time.

    We reserved a triple room for three people, and it was spacious and comfortable with separate bath and toilet facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable, and with a 12:00 checkout time, we could relax. Above all, the staff's smiles made our stay delightful from check-in to check-out. Thank you very much! We look forward to staying again.

    We stayed here the night before visiting Disney Resort. We were excited to visit as there is an onsen facility and sauna available. The men's bath was relatively empty, so only my husband used it, and as a sauna enthusiast, he was very pleased. Unfortunately, the women's bath seemed crowded the entire time, so I decided not to go. For dinner, although we had made a reservation without meals for both breakfast and dinner, we were lucky to get into an Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and very satisfying. We would love to stay here again if we have another opportunity!

    Public Bath

    The public bath was so crowded that we had to wait in line both for the Onsen and the showers. Therefore, we only soaked in the Onsen and washed up in the room. We wished we could have relaxed more.

    Multiple Night Stay Hotel

    My child loves the large public bath, so we stayed over New Year's. Both at night and in the morning, there were very pleasant and delicious dishes lined up. However, the changing room in the large public bath was somewhat narrow and lacked chairs, which seemed tough for my elderly mother-in-law. We had chosen a corner Room, so there was a larger bathtub with a window, and it would have been nice to use that. Nonetheless, it was a relaxing stay. Thank you for taking care of us.

    The size of the room...

    The size of the room is sufficient. There are also two washbasins, making it easy to use. It would have been nice if the fee for the large public bath was included in the accommodation fee.
