    The staff are friendly.

    They were considerate, such as placing my suitcase in the Room in advance. There is also a shuttle bus, and it was far more comfortable than taking the monorail partway and transferring. There is a Lawson on site, and late-night snacks were also sold at the restaurant and were delicious. I found a cigarette pack under the bed, but overall the Room was clean. In the large public bath, some guests entered wearing swimsuits, and there were children running; I also saw parents and children running down the hallway to race back to their Room.

    The large public bath was excellent.

    I stayed at a discounted Room, and although there were a few minor scratches on the door and around the water fixtures, it didn’t bother me at all. Since it was raining, I really appreciated the shoe dryer in the Room—it was extremely helpful. The large public bath was also very clean and very relaxing.

    We had a great time at Disney.

    This was our second Disney trip with five people, and we chose this Room again because we enjoyed it last time. With two toilets and two sinks, we could avoid congestion. As we’re around 50, bunk beds aren’t ideal for us, so having five separate beds lined up was really great. Since there are five of us, we’d prefer a larger water pitcher in the Room. We’ve stayed three times! The in-room bathtub was also quite large and comfortable. There’s a convenience store in the Hotel, so it was easy to buy breakfast anytime to prepare for Disney, which was very convenient. They also sell freshly baked bread, which was nice. If I had one request, I’d like an earlier Shuttle Service bus time to Disney. Also, using the service that transports luggage from the Hotel to the airport made our Disney trip very comfortable.

    Great value for money!

    We stayed here the night before going to Disney. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but the price, atmosphere, Room size, and Facilities were all excellent. The shuttle bus driver was very kind, and the frequent service was extremely convenient. The convenience store in the morning also had a great selection. We plan to make this our regular Accommodation from now on.

    The breakfast venue is extremely crowded.

    Perhaps because the Hotel accommodates many guests, the breakfast venue was extremely crowded. With a time limit, we felt rushed while eating, and we gave up on the live kitchen because of the long line. My daughter said the bathroom floor and bathtub in our Room felt slippery. Other than that, it was a comfortable Room. The Hotel staff’s service was good.

    Amenities are...

    The bed was spacious, and I was able to sleep comfortably. At check-in, there was no explanation about the amenities, and when I went to the amenity corner to pick them up, items such as brushes were not available, so I had to go to my Room without them, which I did not like. If guests are expected to help themselves, I think all items should always be fully stocked.

    Used for a refreshing trip with friends, staying the night before visiting DisneySea.

    We stayed the night before our trip to DisneySea with friends. The hotel provided a shuttle bus, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy through machines. Amenities were available in a bar-type setup, allowing us to pick only what we needed, and we made good use of the convenience store. The room was randomly assigned as part of the plan but was spacious and comfortable. We would love to stay here again! Thank you very much!

    Year-End and New Year Holidays

    - Facilities designed to appeal to children - Service is lacking due to the large number of rooms - Cost-cutting on small details Details: Meals are aimed at children, such as cotton candy, but the quality of food is low. Perhaps due to the busy season, the dining area is too small compared to the number of rooms, resulting in a wait time of over 30 minutes for breakfast. Unlike standard Hotels, there are no laundry bags or bottled water provided as amenities. The shampoo quality seems poor, leaving hair dry and causing skin irritation after use. Dust has accumulated on top of shelves in the changing room, indicating insufficient cleaning. In hindsight, staying at the neighboring Hotel would have been better...

    Stayed with family at the end of the year.

    The facility is very spacious, but it took some time to get to the bath and convenience store. It would be better if there were about two convenience stores. I was surprised to find dust accumulated on the shelves in the large public bath. Although it was noted as slightly crowded, it turned out to be extremely busy with no chairs available when I arrived. Overall, I felt that the services were insufficient for the size of the facility.

    This is my second stay!

    I stayed with the "Leave-it-to-us Room Plan" and was given a spacious room, making my stay very comfortable! There were plenty of buses in the morning to Disney Resort, so I could board without any hassle. Thank you for the kind and attentive service during check-in. I will definitely use this accommodation again next time!

    Christmas Room

    Due to the November long weekend, there were only a few Hotel reservations left, but we managed to reserve a Room for Christmas. We celebrated our daughter's birthday while enjoying Christmas at Disney and continued to savor the festive atmosphere back at the Hotel. The large tree in the Room was truly impressive.

    It was a comfortable and relaxing Hotel.

    A microwave and water were conveniently placed near the room, which was very helpful. There was also a washer and dryer, so I thought next time I could bring fewer clothes. It would be nice if the loungewear in the room were a bit more stylish. There were many bus services to Disney, making it convenient to get there directly even though it's a bit far. The Onsen had so many rooms that even late at night there were lots of people using it, which surprised me—but that's understandable. The view from the room was beautiful and made me feel great. The Lawson inside the Hotel had a wide variety of items, allowing us to enjoy some late-night snacks after returning from Disney—very convenient! The cleaning staff was friendly and cheerful, which made me happy as well. I think I’d like to stay here again in the future. Staying for two nights was worth it! The affordable price was also great! Thank you very much!

    The public bath was ...

    The public bath was crowded, and I had to wait for a spot at the washing area. Even after leaving the bath, the hair dryers were all in use due to the crowd, so I couldn't use one. It would be great if more dryers could be added. Having high-end options like ReFa hair dryers would also be a nice touch. I tried the breakfast service. The variety of dressings and toppings was impressive and enjoyable. It would be even better if there were made-to-order omelets prepared by a chef right in front of guests!

    It was excellent.

    The large public bath was the deciding factor for us. Since it takes time for each person to bathe individually, having a large public bath is our top priority. It was raining that day, but the shoe dryer provided was extremely helpful. Additionally, the foot massager in the Room allowed us to refresh ourselves. We would love to stay here again.

    The Room is spacious and excellent!

    I made a reservation with the "Room Assigned on Arrival Plan." Although it was a reservation for 4 people, we were able to stay in the very spacious Executive Six Room for 6 people, which made the children very happy! The food was delicious, and we would love to stay again. We are extremely satisfied.

    Highly Satisfied

    This is my third stay, and I am very satisfied every time. The staff greets with a smile and responds promptly. You can buy souvenir face packs at the convenience store, and the bread and bento are delicious. I noticed there was no body wash among the amenities, but it seems to be replaced with eco-friendly towels. I think it's wonderful that the company considers SDGs. This time, I was upgraded to the 7th floor with a large public bath. We stayed as two people; one used the public bath while I used the Room's private bath. I appreciated that the toilet is separate and it’s not a unit bath. The foot massage service, which I use every time, is also very helpful. I would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much!

    Great value for money!

    Stayed the night before visiting Disney. The Room was clean, and the fully separate bath and toilet were great. The public bath was crowded, so I only used it briefly and then used the bathroom in the Room instead. Breakfast was tasty, but for the price, the variety felt a bit lacking. The sticky dressing bottles were unpleasant. However, there’s a convenience store on-site and a free shuttle bus to Disney, so overall it’s very cost-effective. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Disney!

    When it comes to a Disney stay, Mitsui Garden Prana Tokyo Bay is the place to be!

    I have been using this Hotel since I was single, and it’s such a great place that I always recommend it to my friends, who are all very satisfied. This time, I stayed for the first time with three families of my child's friends. My child and I shared one Room, but in the evening, my child started feeling unwell. We returned to the Hotel immediately and asked the front desk if we could borrow a thermometer. They promptly provided one for us. They also kindly asked us to inform them of the temperature reading later on. When we called to report a fever during their busy hours, they suggested purchasing cooling gel sheets from Lawson nearby while they prepared an ice pillow and additional cooling sheets for us at the front desk when we returned. Their kindness almost brought me to tears! Fortunately, by morning my child felt better, so we enjoyed our planned breakfast buffet together. My child was thrilled about making cotton candy on their own and did it twice! As for me, I loved the summer vegetable pasta—it was delicious! When returning the borrowed thermometer and ice pillow at checkout, they expressed relief seeing my healthy child again with warm smiles saying how glad they were—this truly touched me deeply! All staff members were incredibly kind throughout our stay; words cannot express how grateful I am. I sincerely hope to stay here again during future Disney trips—thank you so much!! Even housekeeping staff greeted us warmly in passing each morning; this left such a positive impression! If there’s any feedback: The toothbrushes provided were too hard for us adults to use comfortably; also, my child found the toothpaste included in their set too strong-tasting and disliked using it every time—just something you might consider improving in future offerings!

    Cold curry

    We stayed at the accommodation after our Disney trip. For the bath, we had to bring towels from the room, which was a bit tiring, but we went back to get them. Later, I noticed it was mentioned on the paper given at check-in. It would be helpful if this information could also be displayed on the room's TV screen showing facility status. It would also be great to have updates on breakfast venue crowd levels. The bath area was dark at night, but in the morning, despite cloudy weather, we enjoyed a view of the sea and relaxing hot water. The elevator required recognizing a card key to operate—a feature I wasn’t familiar with initially—but luckily someone in my family knew how it worked and helped us reach our desired floor. Breakfast had many options and was satisfying overall; however, some items like curry were slightly cold. The chocolate fondue could have been sweeter for my taste. On a positive note, my child enjoyed making cotton candy. The hotel staff greeted us warmly throughout our stay, which made for a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

    Last-minute stay

    After a day at Disney, we decided to stay overnight and booked this "Room Assignment Plan" at an affordable hotel near Maihama. Our family of five (including one elementary schooler and two kindergarteners) stayed in a room with four beds, and the kids enjoyed the large public bath! The amenities were plentiful, including skincare products like lotion in the public bath. Since it was a last-minute stay, having access to a coin laundry and a 24-hour Natural Lawson convenience store was very helpful. We didn't expect much because of the low price, but both the lobby, room, and public bath were incredibly clean—our reaction was "Is it really okay for it to be this cheap?!" We would love to stay here again!

    The public bath was excellent.

    The "Room by Assignment Plan" provided a spacious room, which was excellent. The large public bath had the water temperature displayed, allowing for a comfortable experience without unnecessary heat. Breakfast was enjoyable with options like loco moco bowls and kashiwa mochi. The 24-hour Lawson convenience store was very convenient, and the shuttle service driver was also very pleasant.

    This was my first time using this service.

    Overall, I think it was a very good Hotel. However, the public bath seemed to be crowded, which might have been the reason many people chose this place. It seems our female group couldn't relax much there (laughs). Since it's a large Hotel, it might be inevitable, but the distance from the elevator to our Room was quite far (laughs). That's all!

    Stay the night before visiting Disney.

    The service was polite and pleasant, the rooms were spacious and well-cleaned, making it a cost-effective Hotel. However, the lack of a closet (though there was a hanger rack) and no designated space for bags made it slightly inconvenient. Although we did not make a Reservation for dinner, we were able to dine at the Hotel's restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality at the restaurant felt below that of family restaurants; even the seafood bowl used plain rice instead of vinegared rice. We wanted to add side dishes but found it unappealing as items like soft-boiled eggs appeared both in the seafood bowl and as part of the only salad option on the menu. Additionally, for alcoholic beverages with free refills, only beer mugs or regular glasses were available—there were no wine glasses provided. The public bath was not crowded around 7 PM and was comfortable to use; even the changing room was clean. There were three temperature options for baths, which allowed my daughter who dislikes hot water to enjoy lukewarm baths comfortably. However, an unpleasant odor resembling sludge in the washing area was noticeable and concerning.

    Overall, it was good!

    There is a play area for children at the entrance, so they can play during check-in and afterwards, keeping them entertained and happy! This time, we opted for No Meals Included, so we ordered takeout from within the Hotel for dinner! There was almost no waiting time, and we could receive it immediately, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing and delicious meal in our Room. There was a convenience store inside the Hotel, so we could buy hand warmers, and the croissants and other bread in the showcase were delicious! Depending on the time of day, it can get quite crowded, so please be cautious. The Room was quite spacious for our family of three, with four beds available, allowing us to use the space comfortably. Although the toilet, washroom, and bath showed some signs of use, considering the affordable price, it was relatively clean and within an acceptable range! Also, the massage chair in the Room was really appreciated. I would recommend this to all Hotels! Additionally, the Onsen on the 7th floor had a wide window, offering a wonderful view during the morning bath, but... Perhaps because we were with children or due to the choice of Room, it couldn't be helped, but since the Hotel is quite large, our Room was at the far end, so it took a bit of walking to get to the Onsen. During this season, wearing only the in-house wear might cause you to catch a chill, and going multiple times could be challenging. Even just going to the convenience store or to get ice was tiring. Since it was a large Hotel, the Onsen, play area, and Room were spacious, and overall, it was easy to spend time without having to move around too much! I definitely want to stay here again!

    I stayed for two nights with the No Meals Included 9 AM Check-out Plan. The room was spacious and clean, and even had a shoe dryer. (It was very appreciated as it rained that day and my shoes got wet.) The large public bath was also clean and comfortable! I will use it again!

    I stayed here for a Disney trip. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the marking staff greeted us with smiles, which was very nice. The toilet and bath were separate, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I was attracted to the large public bath and went there at night, but I felt that the cleaning of the bath area was not thorough. The foot mat placed at the entrance of the bathroom was soaking wet and felt unpleasant. The shampoo and conditioner bar was also very good.
