    A Comfortable Hotel Stay

    Given the Hotel’s location near Kabukicho, the area can feel a bit lively, but the guest room was quiet and relaxing. With great access to various destinations, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    An Urban Oasis

    Although Kabukicho is right nearby, the Hotel was quiet and relaxing, as if the bustle outside were a lie. Everything was spotlessly cleaned down to the smallest details, and I had a very comfortable stay.

    I made a Reservation...

    I made a Reservation for a Standard Twin, and they upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. It was only for one night, but the Room was spacious and clean, and I didn’t want to check out early in the morning. I’d like to stay here again when I have business in Shinjuku. Thank you very much.

    The Room was comfort...

    The Room was comfortable. The bathroom was small but easy to use. It says the bathroom has been renovated, and you can tell there have been thoughtful improvements—such as a non-slip bathtub floor and a slightly unusual toilet layout compared with typical setups. The shower head was excellent, and using the shower was very comfortable. However, the air purifier in the Room was noisy. It may have had some kind of issue. Aside from the air purifier noise, everything about the Room was very comfortable. It’s disappointing that only toothbrushes were provided as amenities; for a Prince Hotel, that feels inadequate. Personally, I only used a toothbrush so it wasn’t a problem for me, but I think it would be inconvenient for women. The main issue was the breakfast buffet. There’s no other way to describe it than underwhelming. If this were a Business Hotel it might be understandable, but I stayed at a Prince Hotel. Was it around 3,500 yen? At that price point, breakfast at a café would be better value. I didn’t remember Prince Hotels having such an underwhelming breakfast buffet—I’ve had breakfast at Takanawa and Ikebukuro before and don’t recall it being like this. I’d like them to consider adding some signature or special dishes to the menu. I appreciated that check-in starts from 13:00, though I checked in around 21:00 due to attending an opera performance. It would have been even better if there were also a Plan with late check-out, not just early check-in. The requested DVD player was properly prepared in advance. They also held my luggage after check-out. These two points were very helpful. If they improve only the breakfast buffet, I would be very satisfied with everything else overall.”

    The desk is small, so it’s not suitable for business use.

    The Room desk is very small. With a B5 laptop and a mouse on it, it is already full, leaving no space for documents or other items. It may be fine for sightseeing, but I don’t think it’s suitable for business travelers who need to work at the Hotel. Other than that, I have no particular complaints. The location is excellent and very convenient.

    Stunning views and a convenient location.

    I stayed here for work, but I think it’s also a great base for sightseeing. The Room interior has been renovated and was very comfortable, and since I was on a high floor, the view of Nishi-Shinjuku was wonderful. The parking lot was also very helpful.

    I arrived early and ...

    I arrived early and planned to leave my luggage and head out, but I was able to check in because the Room was ready. For dinner, I was able to make a same-day Reservation and used the guest discount. Since it was Friday night, I didn’t have to wait in line, which was a big help. I used Seibu-Shinjuku Station, so it was very convenient. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Boost your productivity.

    I’ve stayed here many times, and my clients who visit for business say it’s very convenient to access for meetings. When they compliment it, it feels like they’re praising me, which is a great feeling. Also, since it’s so close to the station, I was able to visit various places in my free time—it felt like I got twice the value from just a one-night stay.

    Always had a convenient stay.

    The supplies I brought were damaged, but I was able to purchase items for temporary repairs at the 100-yen shop in the station building. This was possible because I arrived early and could check in earlier than the scheduled time, allowing me extra time for preparation before interacting with staff. The location is excellent. Additionally, due to a neurological condition that affects my ability to hold urine compared to others, I prefer driving during non-peak hours like late at night or early morning. The parking availability and flexible check-in times suited my needs perfectly. I look forward to staying again!

    I was able to act with plenty of time.

    I have used this place several times. This time as well, my acquaintance and I found it very convenient due to its proximity to the station and easy-to-find location. It allowed us extra time and facilitated smooth conversations. I feel proud to have chosen this place again.

    The room was beautiful after renovation.

    I used the accommodation for shelter from the rain after staying out late. It was a simple and comfortable room. I will use it again if I have another opportunity nearby.

    Amenities can be ordered through the terminal in the Room, but it was a bit troublesome. The hospitality of the front desk staff was excellent.

    Conveniently located near the station and easy to find.

    Just steps from Shinjuku East Exit. Easy to find, and the staff were quick and efficient. The service was prompt, kind, and excellent. I would love to visit again. It's a shame I forgot to take photos. If I may suggest, it would be great to have more amenities in the room, though I understand given the current circumstances.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Chose this Hotel after calling in advance and being assured of a room with a beautiful night view for our family trip, despite considering other Hotels. Made separate reservations for each night on a different site. Since we were arriving just before midnight on the first day, I called ahead to request a smooth process and confirmed a multiple-night stay in a Kabukicho-facing room. However, at check-in, we were made to wait excessively and given a low-floor room facing the railway with an unimpressive view. Despite being an IKYU Diamond member, none of the benefits applied here. We chose this Hotel over others based on expectations that were not met. (Other reviews mentioned upgrades; it feels unfair.) If I had known about that room's "view," I would have chosen another Hotel instead. It feels misleading. At checkout, the front desk manager simply handed me their business card and seemed to rush us toward the elevator as if urging us to leave quickly. They recommended registering as members for benefits next time—but honestly, would there even be a next time? It makes no sense at all.

    I would love to stay here again.

    Conveniently located near the station, I chose to stay here again. Despite arriving earlier than planned, I was allowed to check in and even received an upgrade. Unfortunately, I had to leave early in the morning, which made me feel a bit apologetic. I’d love to stay here again when exploring hidden gems in Tokyo with lighter luggage after leaving it at the hotel.

    Great location

    Close to Shinjuku Station with good access to the station and convenient for shopping. The train view from the room was enjoyable, but the room was so small that I wished I had chosen a larger one. Amenities were limited to a toothbrush, as is common recently, but it was nice that necessary items could be requested via phone and delivered promptly. The restaurant's breakfast was disappointing as both the content and taste did not match the price.

    I used it again this time.

    The location is close to the station, and I used it again this time with absolute trust for meeting up. Although I arrived a bit early for check-in and had a lot of luggage, they responded with kind and courteous smiles, for which I am truly grateful. I would love to stay here again.

    Regarding Cleaning

    The distance from the subway station is close, and even in the confusing area of Shinjuku, I was able to stay without any problems. The only thing I noticed and was disappointed about was that there was a nail tip between the beds in the twin Room. Although I didn't touch it, it wasn't a nail fragment but an entire piece that had fallen in an easily noticeable place, which made me worried that the floor hadn't been cleaned. Other than that, everything was good.

    Impressed by the attentive service

    I used the day-use plan. At the time of reservation, I had a request for a high floor with a good view within the plan, and the room was on such a high floor with a great view that my companion was very pleased. It might have been a coincidence, but I was impressed by the kind consideration to meet my request. The reception was calm and stress-free. I also requested a wine cooler and champagne glasses, and when they were delivered to the room, the female staff member who entered the room took off her shoes. Such small gestures were also impressive. Nowadays, there are many properties with high barriers due to facilities, location advantages, and brand names, but I was impressed by this hotel, which faithfully adheres to the basics of a hotel and welcomes guests with care that extends to all hotel employees. My companion and I would like to visit this hotel again. Thank you very much.
