    I had a comfortable stay.

The Room desk was comfortable for setting up a PC and getting work done. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. During my stay, there was an earthquake in Ibaraki around 2:00 a.m. with an intensity of 5, and it shook quite a bit. After a while, an announcement over the public address system said there were no issues and that staff were making rounds, which reassured me. The overnight staff must have had a tough time, but their response was excellent. Check-in and check-out are handled by automated machines. It’s efficient but feels impersonal, so if you’re going to have staff assisting anyway, I think it would be better to offer the option of counter service.

    Inbound travelers…

The staff were very pleasant and provided friendly, welcoming service. However, the lobby is quite small with only a few seats, and the elevators in front of the lobby were extremely crowded with large groups of foreign guests. What bothered me most was the large public bath: it was packed with Chinese guests, and they kept the shared shampoo and other amenities at hand without returning them to their original place. They also left wash buckets and stools where they had used them instead of putting them back. The personal lockers (around 20) are clustered together in one area, and some people stood right in the middle without moving, so if your locker is on the upper/lower or left/right edge, you cannot open it. Even though there are about 20 lockers, there are only nine washing stations in the bath area, and there is only one chair in the hair-drying space. Since both the bath and changing area are already small, I wish there were a system to check crowding from your Room. I would also like you to remind foreign guests about proper public-bath etiquette or restrict entry if they cannot follow it. It was very unpleasant.

The property is well cleaned, but the Facility is a bit old.

It was a stay with no complaints. If I may mention just one thing, I think the mattress on the bed in the Room we stayed in is old; it had an indentation where you sleep and was slightly sagging. I think it’s about time to replace the mattress. Everything else was fine, so it’s a bit of a shame.

    Everything was clean...

Everything was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay! We could even see Tokyo Tower from the Room, which was a nice touch. Above all, the location was convenient with great access. The bathroom was compact but clean, and it was great to be able to choose from various types of shampoo and other amenities. Thank you very much.

    Probably not a repeat stay.

I don’t think I would stay here again proactively. ■What was good - The Japanese female staff member at check-in was very polite, friendly, and welcoming with a smile. - The desk was spacious and made it easy to work. ■What I’d like improved - The Room had an unpleasant smell. - The amenities were poor—there were only a toothbrush, razor, shower cap, and cotton pads. There wasn’t even a hairbrush. I would like single-use skincare items for women such as toner, lotion, and cleanser. They were available in bottles in the public bath, but that’s inconvenient for people who want to use them in the Room. Having to go to the public bath just to get them is inconvenient. - Some foreign guests were talking loudly in the hallway late at night and again in the morning; it was noisy. - In the public bath area, the mats were soaking wet and unpleasant. The sinks were also covered with hair and water. The used-towel bin was overflowing with towels. Cleaning should be done more frequently. - After feeling refreshed in the public bath and taking the elevator back to my Room, I found there is a smoking room on that floor; sharing an elevator with someone who had just smoked was awful because of the strong cigarette smell.

    Opinions may differ ...

Opinions may differ on whether being in a quiet area is a plus or a minus, but I personally think it’s a good location. It may depend on the timing, but check-in was crowded and the front desk service felt somewhat rushed; considering staffing levels, I suppose that’s fairly common at Business Hotels in central Tokyo. The large public bath is on the small side, but it feels far better than bathing in your Room, so having it makes a big difference.

Three women staying for a company training trip.

Three women stayed here for a company training trip. It was only one night, but it was a great opportunity to bond. We made our Reservation early, so we got an excellent rate and it was perfect. The location is convenient, with many convenience stores and shops nearby—highly recommended.

    It’s a wonderful Hotel.

The location is convenient and easy to access, and the price is not surprisingly high, so I think it’s a good Hotel. There were many groups of international guests, but their manners were fine and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.

    Kind and helpful service

Before our stay, I emailed to ask about access from Shiodome Station and the check-in time, and they responded kindly. Check-in was after 8:00 p.m., and although there were many guests around the front desk, a staff member kindly assisted me as I was not familiar with the check-in machine. The breakfast venue staff were also friendly, and we enjoyed our meal comfortably. I wanted to use the large public bath, but I was tired and used the bath in the Room instead. In the morning, my wife misplaced her wristwatch and we looked under the bed; even areas you don’t usually see, like under the bed, were very clean. (The watch had fallen into the gap between the side table and the wall.) The hotel is also conveniently located near the station, so next time I’d like to take it easy and enjoy the large public bath as well.

A Hotel with a Large Public Bath, Rare in the City Center

In the colder season, it was great to have a large public bath on the top floor. The Room was reasonably spacious and clean, and noise from neighboring rooms or outside wasn’t much of an issue, so I had a comfortable stay.

The large public bath has poor drainage.

I have stayed here several times. I keep coming back because the large public bath is a great feature, but this time I noticed that the washing area did not drain well, which concerned me. I would be happy if this could be improved by my next visit.

    Hamamatsucho Accommodation

This was my first stay. It was convenient as it is close to Hamamatsucho Station. I appreciate being given a spacious room on a high floor with a view of Tokyo Tower. The clean room and bathroom allowed me to relax comfortably. I look forward to trying the breakfast next time.

    The bath is excellent!

I stayed here for a business trip. Having a Hotel with a large public bath in Tokyo is truly delightful. Around 11 PM, the public bath was very crowded, and perhaps due to the locker layout, the changing area was overflowing with people, leaving me awkwardly wandering around unclothed (this might be hard to improve). However, being able to soak in a big bath on a winter night was greatly appreciated. The Hotel is a bit of a walk from the station but still within an acceptable range. While using self-check-in without any confusion on my part, one of the staff kindly approached and assisted me proactively. At the breakfast buffet, another guest dropped their plate into some food, causing oil to splash onto my clothes. That guest just walked away nonchalantly as if nothing happened—frustrating! However, when I asked for a wet towel from the staff, they promptly brought it over and handled everything kindly; this calmed me down. Thank you so much! It would be helpful if there were more vending machines available. This was my first stay here but I was very satisfied overall—I look forward to staying again!

    The Room was clean.

Room: The room was clean and had a chic interior with a long sofa, which was nice. However, my room was near the JR train tracks, so I could hear the sound of trains echoing late into the night. Additionally, it was close to the elevator hall where I could hear loud arguments between Japanese men and women. Although I considered asking the front desk to change my room, I decided not to since I had already unpacked. In the end, I managed to sleep well enough. Public Bath: The water temperature on the day I visited was slightly lukewarm, but since it was a weekday evening and almost empty, it allowed for a relaxing experience. However, unlocking the locker in the changing area was somewhat difficult. Breakfast: The pizza and pasta that I had been looking forward to were average. On the other hand, self-made waffles topped with ice cream were delicious. Unusual breakfast items like curry rice, cold udon noodles, and coffee jelly were surprisingly tasty—perhaps because my body felt warm after using the public bath in the morning. Overall: It was a good stay overall; however, staying in another location within this property might have made it even better!

The response from the foreign staff was very disappointing.

Second stay. Chose this place again for its convenient location and cleanliness, but it was disappointing, so I am writing this review. At check-in, I remember a Japanese staff member providing polite service. When preparing to bathe in the room, I found a long hair on what should have been a new towel—likely from the cleaning staff. While it's understandable that hair can occasionally fall and there were no other hairs elsewhere, I brushed it off as "it happens" and moved on with my bath to start the next day. The following morning during checkout, while struggling with the self-checkout machine, a foreign staff member abruptly approached from the side saying "It's fine," without even glancing at me and proceeded with an irritated attitude to complete my checkout process. This was both shocking and unpleasant. Other machines were available at that time, and there were no other guests checking out then either—yet such behavior occurred regardless. I understand that being foreign might mean they are not fluent in Japanese; however, there are many ways to handle situations better—such as smiling or making proper eye contact when assisting guests. Whatever personal issues they may have had are irrelevant here; they should recognize how their actions could tarnish the reputation built by their predecessors over time. Had it not been for this incident during checkout, I wouldn't have written a review over something minor like finding hair on a bath towel. This experience was deeply disappointing and cannot be recommended.

    It was comfortable.

The room was clean, and the mirror on the sink was wide enough for three women to get ready in the morning side by side, which was very convenient.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Shimbashi and Ginza. The large public bath was a great feature, eliminating the need to take turns during our girls' trip.

    The room is cold.

The room was cold, and it seemed the air conditioning was still on, which caused me to catch a cold. The corner room was nice, but without heating or blankets by the end of October, it does get chilly.

    Thank you for your help.

Due to a flight cancellation, I stayed for 2 nights unexpectedly. It was convenient with walking distance to the station, a convenience store, and a large public bath. The provided set of cosmetics was really helpful. The Room with the double bed was great. Thank you very much!

    Surprisingly Convenient Location

Perfect for business stays, the Hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Hamamatsucho Station, Daimon Station, and Shiodome Station, offering smooth access from Haneda Airport via monorail. The self check-in and check-out machines are easy to use, and with front desk staff available, services like luggage storage or umbrella rentals are hassle-free. Surrounded by Italian and Spanish restaurants as well as convenience stores, dining options are plentiful. While amenities may be basic, this Hotel is an extremely affordable choice if luxurious hotel life is not your priority.

    The Room's washlet was broken.

It is a relatively affordable and convenient Hotel, so I have used it several times for business trips, but this time I stayed with my spouse. It was a lively two days, possibly due to coinciding with the Spring Festival. I have always enjoyed the large public bath, and I had a good time, but my wife was unable to enter the bath area. At checkout, it was explained that this was because digital tickets distinguish between men and women, but there was no prior explanation about this. Additionally, the washlet in the Room was broken.

    Reasons for Popularity

There is a large public bath on the top floor, and all the rooms are clean and perfect. There are many izakayas and restaurants near the hotel, and it's easy to see why foreigners like it. I can't agree with charging the accommodation tax to Japanese people, but I would like to use it again!

    It was comfortable!

The Room and the bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I think many people use it frequently, but since it was my first time, I would have liked a little more detailed explanation. However, it is a Hotel I would like to use again!

Large public bath in the city center

It is rare for a hotel in the city center to have a large public bath, which is nice. The location is within walking distance from the station, and access to Ginza and Shimbashi is easy by taxi. The room was also of a moderate size with a sofa, making it comfortable.
