    A lovely accommodation.

It’s a small Accommodation, but the Room had an open-air bath, and the futon was wonderfully fluffy. The food was also very delicious. Our attendant was from Malaysia, and her smile was lovely—she served us wholeheartedly. Thank you very much. What concerned me was that the dishes were served a little slowly; my husband, after having some drinks, fell asleep halfway through. Also, since there are only private baths and the in-room open-air bath (no large public bath), we found ourselves watching the time when going to use the private bath. I deducted points for those reasons, but it was an Accommodation where we could relax at a leisurely pace.

The room was very spacious and allowed for a relaxing stay! The room had an open-air bath, and the private bath was great for the whole family to enjoy together!

    Senior couples love Onsen.

I had a very relaxing stay. The private-use bath was comfortable. The lamp that lights up when in use is a great idea—very impressive. The food was also extremely delicious. However, for seniors, it might have been a bit too rich, and the rice was slightly disappointing for some reason. I had read in reviews about "the slope..." and yes, you should be prepared for it (laughs). Taking that into account, I’ll visit again during another season!

Thank you for taking care of us.

We stayed as a family of three with our 7-month-old baby. We were very grateful for the baby futon, diaper trash can, and garbage bags that were thoughtfully provided. It was also my husband's birthday, and we appreciate the cake that was prepared for us. The meals were not extravagant, but they were very delicious and satisfying for both our hearts and stomachs. Of course, the hot spring was at the perfect temperature, allowing us to enjoy a long soak. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. We look forward to visiting again if we have the opportunity.

An inn where you can quietly enjoy the hot springs.

During the first three-day weekend in September, my husband's work schedule changed, and we suddenly found ourselves with time off, so we quickly searched for a place to stay. A room with an open-air bath, smoking allowed, and the option to change to in-room dining... it was the perfect accommodation for my husband, who is a smoker. There was a small sign at the entrance from the shores of Lake Ashi, but the road was a bit narrow and uphill, making me wonder, "Is it really up ahead?" When I went in first and asked, "Where should I park the car?" someone came out and guided me to park right next to the entrance, and they even helped with our luggage. We descended stone steps to the front entrance, and they kindly advised us to "watch our step." In the lobby, we were served matcha and sweets while we completed the check-in process and were then shown to our room. The staff member was from overseas, and although their Japanese pronunciation was still a bit hesitant, there were no issues, and it was rather endearing. The open-air bath in the room was at a comfortable temperature, allowing us to soak up to our shoulders. The large public baths were designated as "private baths." When you close the door from the inside, the hallway light turns on, indicating "in use," so if the light is off, you can use it anytime. We opted for in-room dining, and the meal was brought to us. There were no dishes using solid fuel for cooking, but the steak, grilled and served, was tender and delicious. Of course, the appetizers and sashimi were also tasty. The corridors in the building are tatami-matted, and there are no slippers, but both the corridors and the rooms, as well as the bath area, felt clean and well-maintained. The shop had souvenirs, but the selection was not extensive. I've written quite a lot in succession, but we had a wonderful holiday. It was a place where I could genuinely feel, "We stayed at a great inn!" I can't fully express all the good things. On the website, the photo of the open-air bath in the "Hana Ningyo" room showed a red oval-shaped tub, but in reality, it was made of stone? or ceramic? and spacious enough for two people to enter comfortably.
