    Homecoming

    This was my first time staying here. There is also an underground parking lot, and the Room amenities were well stocked. I was very satisfied with the coffee machine and the complimentary drinking water. The breakfast buffet also included an egg station, and everything was delicious. I will stay here again when I return home. Thank you very much.

    Due to a funeral, I ended up staying here on short notice... I’ve stayed many times before, but perhaps there were more staff than usual, or maybe new employees who joined in April had started working on the floor—there were several times when staff spoke to me and checked in, and I felt a bit apologetic. Still, it made me happy to be approached and looked after. Thank you as well for helping us look for a barbershop for my husband. Unfortunately, the day of the week we went wasn’t ideal, and every nearby barbershop was closed... so our options were limited, but we managed. Thank you very much. I’ll stay here again next time.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time staying here again in a while. I was surprised that the water in the water dispenser had been changed. For guests who prefer not to use the cups and other items in the room, this is an unnecessary service, and I felt it would have been better to simply provide bottled water. I ended up going out to buy bottled water at short notice. The shower also seemed not to have been cleaned, as water was spraying out in different directions from the showerhead. I did a little cleaning myself. While some aging is unavoidable, it has always been a Hotel I love, so I will stay again.

    Everything that needs to be done has been taken care of.

    I used this Hotel for a business trip. It’s a large Hotel located right by the station, and it seems to be used for parties as well. Since it’s a historic Hotel built in the Showa era, I don’t think you should expect overly modern Facilities, but I felt that everything they can do is handled with great care. The room was kept very clean, and the amenities and in-room items were more than sufficient. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but there were hardly any typical mass-produced items—everything was properly prepared and delicious. The staff were courteous, and even saw me off at the elevator, which made my stay very pleasant. It’s also convenient because it’s next to a local products shop as well as a supermarket and Sugakiya. I’d like to stay here again when I come to Yokkaichi. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I would like to stay here again.

    As expected from a long-established Hotel, all the staff were warm and full of hospitality. We arrived late the day before and had an early schedule the next morning, so we did not add breakfast, but next time we would like to enjoy breakfast and lunch as well.

    Excellent hospitality.

    This was our first visit. When we were confused about the parking lot, a staff member kindly ran over to guide us. Despite our sudden request for an additional room, they arranged adjacent rooms for us, which gave us peace of mind. We were very satisfied with the clean and spacious Room. The lounge access from 5 PM allowed us to relax at ease. It would be even more helpful if you could ask about wasabi preferences in advance for the sushi at dinner (as we are not fond of it). The omelet ordered by writing on paper during breakfast was delicious, and our whole family enjoyed it thoroughly. The family photo taken in front of the large New Year’s ema in the lobby became a wonderful memory for us. We only realized after checking out that there is direct access to the neighboring commercial Facility through just one door! It was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality at this wonderful Hotel!

    We enjoyed a relaxin...

    We enjoyed a relaxing time as a couple. The Hotel's location was excellent, and the underground parking was very convenient. We had tea in the lounge, and breakfast was pleasant with the staff working efficiently and attentively. We would love to stay here again.

    Traveling Grandma

    Miyako Hotel Yokkaichi offers a comfortable stay in an excellent location. This time, I chose the Plan with a Chinese dinner as I wanted to try it. The food was so delicious that I ended up eating too much. Next door, Kintetsu Yokkaichi has many shops offering various enjoyable experiences compared to Nagoya, making dining here truly delightful. It's so conveniently located that you'll want to visit this Hotel again and again!

    Polite service and a historic Hotel.

    【Positive Points】 - The room was spacious and comfortable to use. - There was a doorman, and the service was polite, giving the impression of being slightly higher in rank than a business hotel. - There was a lounge space behind the front desk. Guests could use it and enjoy various drinks, mini snacks, dried fruits, etc. Having food available in the free lounge felt wonderful. 【Points of Concern】 - The room key was an older-style key, which gave a slightly outdated impression (though it worked without any issues). - It took some time for the bathtub to drain properly.

    I had a comfortable and safe stay.

    Conveniently located near the station. The building and facilities are not new, but they are clean, and I really like the charming atmosphere of this traditional hotel. It's calm and always provides a comfortable place to relax. It was slightly inconvenient when the bottled water in the room ran out, as I had to go to the water dispenser to refill it.

    A Higher Level of Quality

    A hotel that stands apart from typical business hotels. The front desk is well-staffed, and there are even staff members to escort you to the elevator. The hallway carpets are plush, and in the evening, you can enjoy a premium experience at the lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast is carefully prepared with high-quality flavors. The Room design seems solid, ensuring minimal noise from neighboring areas. If individual air conditioning control for each Room becomes available, it would be unbeatable. Considering the price, this Hotel is an exceptional choice.

    We stayed at the acc...

    We stayed at the accommodation as a parent and child. The location is excellent, being close to Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station. We also enjoyed the restaurants near the station. From 5 PM, there was a complimentary service of soft drinks and snacks, which was delightful.

    We stayed at the accommodation after visiting the Anpanman Museum. The staff was very attentive to families with children, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast within the hotel. The food at the beer hall was delicious, and the view from the 16th floor was excellent. At the breakfast buffet, they carefully accommodated our child's allergies—thank you for that. We would love to stay again!

    The room was spacious and comfortable for two days.

    When making this reservation, I referred to the comments posted by others. While some mentioned that the Hotel was old despite being well-cleaned, I stayed for two days and found it to be very comfortable without any such impressions. Breakfast includes porridge upon request. Unlike some hotels that only serve bread and lean towards Western-style meals, this Hotel offers both Japanese and Western options with a decent variety for a Business Hotel. The room's air conditioning and temperature could be adjusted individually near the bed rather than centrally controlled.

    Konyudou-kun Plan

    I’ve been using the restaurant since I was a child, and for the past 20 years or so I’ve often stayed here when returning home. The building and Facility show their age, but everything is well maintained, and when I come back to my hometown I never stay anywhere other than this Hotel. This time as well, my family—including my parents—used the restaurant, and it felt just as attentive as always. We booked a Multiple Night Stay on the Konyudokun Plan this time, but we received only one Konyudokun item. Since the price seems to be the same each night, and when we previously used the same Plan with the same number of guests (2 adults × 3 nights) we received six items, I assumed the rules had changed. If I had known in advance, I would have made three separate Reservations for three nights under different Plans. This was a bit disappointing, and it makes me want to think more carefully about which Plan to Reserve in the future. Even so, this is still the highest-standard Hotel in my hometown, and when visiting home I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. One minor issue was that bathwater drainage backed up slightly into part of the unit bath area, which was somewhat unpleasant—so I rated only the bathroom a little lower.

    Welcome Drink

    As an established Hotel, the clean Room and courteous staff made for a pleasant stay. The lounge offered free coffee, juice, and light snacks at night, and for just 500 yen per coin purchased at the front desk, wine was also available—a thoughtful service. The Room also had capsule coffee that was very delicious. Being located near the station, there were dining options available at night, making it a convenient and comfortable Hotel I would love to visit again.

    1. The toilet in the room was broken and wouldn't flush, which was very embarrassing. Although the front desk staff helped to flush it urgently, it was an uncomfortable experience. 2. Due to centralized air conditioning throughout the hotel, individual room temperature adjustments were not possible. Turning on the air conditioner made the room extremely hot. Since it was already warm outside, I ended up sweating through the night while trying to sleep. Could you consider allowing individual temperature control in rooms or adjusting centralized settings based on daily temperatures? 3. The showerhead was a Refa model but quite old, causing inconsistent water flow patterns during use. 4. For dinner, I made a reservation at one of the hotel's restaurants that evening and found that there were too many courses for me to finish eating everything provided in my meal set menu course meal . When I asked if I could take leftovers back to my Room , this request got denied instead forced canceling final dishes without any discount refund applied wine ordered wrong bottle cork holder missing overall felt lack training professionalism among staff members disappointing experience expected better from such long-established Hotel brand unlikely return future stays

    Conveniently located, comfortable, and cozy Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station, I had a comfortable stay even with a last-minute reservation for room only. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble finding meals. However, the parking lot was full, and I was directed by the hotel staff to park at the neighboring Apita parking lot. It would have been helpful if I could have unloaded my luggage at the entrance first. Being unfamiliar with the parking area and carrying luggage made it a bit challenging. Other than that, the hotel staff were kind, and my stay was pleasant. Although there is no large public bath, the showerhead in the room's bathroom felt great to use. It’s a wonderful hotel that makes me want to stay again in the future. Thank you very much!

    It was comfortable.

    The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The Room was comfortable, and although the unit bath was small, both the showerhead and hairdryer were high-quality, making for a pleasant stay.

    Always comfortable

    The room was assigned at random, but I was lucky to be upgraded to the premium floor. The design is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and it’s very comfortable. While a large public bath would be a nice addition, the room's bathtub is well-designed and paired with a ReFa showerhead, so there’s nothing more to ask for. The staff always provide reliable and consistent service that gives peace of mind. Breakfast has fewer options but everything is delicious with thoughtful touches, which makes it even better in my opinion. The made-to-order omelets are especially satisfying. This time, they even had dragon fruit available, which made me happy. For dinner, I always go to Sichuan on the 2nd floor. There’s a discount for accommodation guests and the food is truly delicious. Afterward, I relax in the complimentary lounge on the 1st floor with drinks and tea snacks for a cozy break.

    I stayed in a premium room the previous day and was astonished by the difference.

    The parking lot was full, so I was directed to the parking lot of the neighboring Apita, but I had to leave early the next morning, which was very inconvenient. The room was old, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, making for an uncomfortable night. The air purifier was also dirty. The amenities and drinks were cheap. If I stay in the future, I will choose a premium room. Thank you.

    I went to Kuwana for the Agonshu Goma Ritual.

    The room was renovated and clean, but not very user-friendly. The meals tasted good, but there were few dishes. The TV was large and overwhelming. Since it was a Friday stay, there were few other guests. Thank you.

    As expected, it was a famous hotel with a rich history!

    The Facility had an old-fashioned charm that conveyed a sense of history, but I was impressed by the cleanliness, sophisticated service, and well-equipped amenities that surpassed it. Above all, I was completely satisfied as I could see the professional confidence and pride in the customer service. It was also lucky that the parking was free due to a campaign. I will use it again.
