    It was comfortable.

    As it had been decades since my last stay, I was concerned the property might feel dated, but both the building and the room were very clean and well maintained. The staff were also very pleasant. The location was excellent, making for a great stay.

    The bed is comfortable.

    Right in front of the station, with plenty of shops nearby—an excellent location. The bed was large and very comfortable. I was happy to find face masks provided; I used one after my bath.

    I had a comfortable stay in a clean Room!

    The Room and bathroom were clean, and I was able to relax comfortably. Checkout is at 11:00, and there was a coffee machine in the Room, so I was happy to enjoy my morning coffee at my own pace. However, I’m not sure if it was cleaning after checkout or other guests, but the noise from around 8:00 a.m. woke me up. It’s conveniently located near Kawasaki Station and convenience stores, so I’d like to stay again if I have another chance to visit Kawasaki.

    It’s very convenient...

    It’s very convenient, just a short walk from Kawasaki Station. It’s right in front of the station, but you’ll need an umbrella to get around on rainy days. I stayed one night in a single Room. The walls seemed thin, and I could clearly hear noise from the next Room. The snoring next door was so loud all night that I couldn’t sleep well, which was tough. Some of the Hotel staff came across as overly polite on the surface but dismissive in attitude, as if looking down on guests. This isn’t limited to Kawasaki—I get the impression that this kind of service is common at Nikko Hotels. Breakfast was very delicious.

    Close to the station, great value for money, and comfortable.

    I stayed one night while attending a concert at Muza. The location was great—right by the station. The building is old, but the inside has been renovated and the Room felt new. Having a Simmons bed was also fantastic. The air conditioning, as is common in older buildings, doesn’t allow very fine control in each Room, but there was a Dyson hot/cool fan provided as support—and it was amazing!! You can adjust the temperature precisely, and the airflow is comfortable. I’ve caught a cold before at other older Hotels because I couldn’t manage the room temperature, so especially in winter this matters most to me—but with this, no worries!! I really hope other large older Hotels adopt this too. And then there’s the delicious breakfast. Just as everyone says in their Reviews, it’s incredibly good!! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but there were several high-quality local options. Also, all of the staff were very pleasant and kind, and I was impressed by how lively and engaged they seemed at work. Considering this isn’t an extremely expensive Hotel, that’s truly remarkable. Thank you very much.

    It’s close to the st...

    It’s close to the station, and the front desk staff were very courteous, so I had a comfortable stay. I was happy to have a coffee maker in the Room, and the magnifying mirror was also very helpful.

    A slightly older but conveniently located and clean Hotel

    I stay here from time to time, and it’s always clean and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are combined, so the sink area feels a bit small, but even on a Multiple Night Stay the room is thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, which feels great.

    The amenities were plentiful, so we could stay with almost no luggage, and we were very satisfied. The French toast at breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the focus on locally sourced ingredients.

    Right at the start of the New Year

    I was satisfied with the service and the Room, but guests in the neighboring Room—who appeared to be from a certain country—were very loud and noisy until after 2:00 a.m. It was extremely disruptive and unpleasant to deal with such noise at the start of the New Year!

    Thank you for upgrad...

    Thank you for upgrading our Room. A group of men on the same floor were talking loudly in the hallway late at night, possibly drunk, which was very disruptive. They were an inconsiderate group with no regard for other guests. However, we were able to spend a very comfortable stay in our Room this time. Thank you very much.

    A convenient Business Hotel located near the station.

    The Facility and amenities feel a bit dated, but the Room is kept very clean. This time, I couldn’t get an upgrade because the next higher room type was fully booked. Sorry for the comparison, but Tokyu Hotel upgrades guests regardless of room category. It’s a very convenient Hotel for business. I hope my next stay will be as quiet as possible.

    Highly satisfying.

    While the building is undeniably old, the Room was thoroughly cleaned. The humidifier maintenance, bathroom sink overflow drain, and ventilation fan are key checkpoints, and everything was spotless with nothing to complain about. Also, the nori at breakfast—these days it’s rare to find anywhere that serves nori of that quality. The salads were fresh, and there was a great selection including Japanese and Western dishes as well as desserts. Overall, I was very satisfied.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I have one concern I’d like to share. At breakfast, there was a promotion featuring dishes made with local ingredients, and I tried the Kawasaki inari sushi, but the rice was dry and not tasty. That is not acceptable.

    This was my first time using it. It was a bit disappointing that turning off one switch turned off all the lights in the Room. It would have been better if the lighting could be adjusted partially, but maybe I just didn't understand how to use it properly... I had breakfast, and it was very delicious. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Close to the station

    The proximity to the station is truly convenient, especially when you're tired from traveling and just want to relax quickly. There was a wide variety of food options, and I went back three times. It would be even better if there were more types of bread available.

    Hotel Near the Station

    I chose to stay here for easy access to Haneda. It's close to the station, but I got a bit lost finding the entrance at night.

    The buffet meals were excellent.

    Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style within the hotel. The food was delicious, and the variety was just right. I stayed here as a pre-night stay before my trip to Atami the next day, and I’m glad I chose this accommodation.

    It was amazing!

    I made a Reservation to attend a university open campus. The place is clean and convenient, so I wanted to stay again and tried to make another Reservation today, but it was fully booked as expected. It seems very popular!

    There may be a lack of awareness regarding Hotel culture.

    The faucet cover in the bathroom washbasin at the Hotel does not close properly, which may be due to aging of the Facility. However, it also seems to reflect a lack of cleanliness awareness. Proper hygiene management would likely lead to noticing and addressing such issues through repairs or inspections, but unfortunately, this has not been done.

    Enjoy music at Muza

    I visited Kawasaki from Osaka to attend a concert at Muza. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station and very close to Muza, making it easy to walk back and check in after the concert. Previously, I stayed in Yokohama, but this time it was incredibly comfortable for us as a couple in our 70s with much less physical strain. The Room was a Moderate Twin without a view, but the bathroom was more spacious than expected. The bathtub was large enough for me, at just under 180 cm tall, to stretch out and relax comfortably. Despite the overall room size not being particularly large, it had its own charm. The cleanliness of the Room was also excellent. One minor inconvenience was that using the elevator felt slightly complicated due to security measures. However, when I first got on, a staff member kindly explained everything step by step with great care—I truly appreciated their assistance. I will definitely stay here again when attending another music event!

    Everything necessary was in place without any waste, allowing for a pleasant stay, for which I am truly grateful. Above all, the sincerity of the front desk staff was the most delightful aspect!

    In front of Kawasaki Station

    The accommodation costs in Tokyo were high, so I stayed at a hotel right in front of Kawasaki Station, which is four stations away from Shinagawa Station by JR. It is a high-ranked hotel in the same chain, but it felt compact being in front of the station. The check-in process included a detailed explanation of how to access the accommodation floors with a card. There was also an explanation about the rare nowadays payment at checkout. The service with a smile was impressive. The hotel's facility itself is old, but it didn't feel that way (the cleaning was neat, and the bed-making was meticulous). For me, a place with delicious breakfast is a factor in choosing accommodation, and it was undoubtedly delicious. They also made omelets, but since there aren't many places that do sunny-side-up eggs, I ordered them right away. Moreover, the tea was in tetra packs, and while some hotels don't offer it recently, I ended up drinking three cups of the local tea as a welcome. While waiting for the bread to be baked, they said, "We'll bring it to you once it's ready," which was a delightful first-time service. There were so many breakfast options that it would be impossible to try them all without a multiple night stay. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    First, I was kindly given a room upgrade. Thank you very much. The room was kept clean, and although my stay was short, it was comfortable. The pillow didn't suit me, so next time I stay, I might borrow a bath towel to use as a pillow. The view from the window was also beautiful.

    I was unable to make a non-smoking Reservation and had a smoking Reservation, but at check-in, I was switched to a non-smoking room, which was a very pleasant consideration.
