    On the smoking floor...

    On the smoking floor, I could smell cigarette smoke the moment I stepped out of the elevator. Would you consider placing air fresheners or aroma diffusers? There appeared to be food left on the Room chair by a previous guest, and the humidifier was covered with mold and black stains, so I did not feel comfortable using it. There was also hair on the floor. It is a spacious Hotel with a lovely atmosphere, and the staff’s service was excellent, so this was truly disappointing.

    The air conditioner isn’t cooling, and the refrigerator isn’t cooling.

    I stayed on a hot day. Even with the air conditioner set to maximum, the room did not cool down. Also, when I put cold drinks in the cooler, they became warm. After I contacted the front desk, they replaced the cooler and it started cooling properly. It was disappointing that the Facility felt old, but I think the staff response was excellent. Breakfast was also at a higher-than-average business hotel level. In the sauna, it seemed towels were not replaced frequently, and they were damp with sweat, which felt unpleasant.

    We’re happy to offer an Onsen.

    I was very happy that the large public bath is an Onsen. The service was good, and the breakfast was delicious. It was disappointing that there was no juice. However, it was really inconvenient that there is no valuables box in the Room. There is a valuables locker on the 14th floor, but it is very inconvenient not to have one in the Room. Also, I feel it may be a security concern that anyone can access any floor. The location is between Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station and Tanimachi 4-chome Station, and it is closer to Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station. It would be helpful if there were a shuttle bus to Osaka Station.

    I never expected to ...

    I never expected to be able to enjoy a free-flowing Onsen in Osaka city. It’s not a luxury Hotel, but it offers excellent value for money, and all the staff were kind; I felt a warmth throughout that you don’t often find at foreign-owned properties. Thanks to that, I was truly able to relax. I also appreciated the free massage chairs and the bicycle parking with 24-hour in-and-out access for a flat fee. The building itself is old, but it has been renovated and is very well cleaned, so there were no particular inconveniences. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Osaka!

    It was excellent.

    The large public bath on the 14th floor was great. Both the male and female staff at the bath reception were kind and helpful. The woman at the breakfast venue on the 1st floor was calm, kind, and helped with serving the food. The dishes were all healthy and very good. The woman who assisted me at check-in was also kind and helpful.

    The spa was excellent.

    Thank you for connecting the Blu-ray player we borrowed so it was ready to use right away—we really appreciated it. The spa was also wonderful, and we had a very relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

    The bath is very relaxing.

    The facility and room were convenient to use, and the meals were delicious. The bath, in particular, felt very gentle on the skin, possibly due to soft water, making it extremely pleasant. With great access from the station, I would love to stay here again for my next trip.

    It was relaxing.

    The Onsen and sauna were very relaxing. I had some trouble finding the locker for guests and ended up walking around the locked lockers (for members) a bit. It was located further inside, which might be hard to find for first-time visitors. The room was very clean and designed for convenience. I would love to stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed here the night before my event at MyDome Osaka. The location was easy to find from the station, and I could move around comfortably without needing an umbrella. The food was delicious, and I would love to stay here again.

    The staff are friendly and helpful.

    The 24-hour free parking was great! The staff kindly assisted me over the phone even late at night. Thank you so much! It's about 1 kilometer from Shinsaibashi and around a 20-minute taxi ride to the Expo, which was very convenient!

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night during my trip to Osaka, and I was very grateful for the kind assistance with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. The Facility was clean, the large public bath was excellent, and all the staff provided wonderful service. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka. Thank you for the outstanding service!

    Enjoy an Onsen sauna in the heart of the city.

    The facility is old, but you can enjoy the Onsen and sauna. The room is neither too small nor too spacious. The bed has a hard cushion that feels overly cheap, which could be improved. Many of the staff are foreigners, but they are earnest and convey sincerity.

    Breakfast Buffet

    Buffet available until 10:00 AM. When I went at 9:00 AM, most of the food seemed like leftovers. Even vegetables and condiments were stuck to the plates. Despite requesting replenishment, only specific items were refilled, making it far from a proper buffet experience. Staff started clearing plates after 9:30 AM, which was disappointing. The variety used to be much better before... I will not be using this service again.

    Overall, the accommo...

    Overall, the accommodation was clean, and the hospitality was excellent as they moved our luggage to the room before check-in. However, I might have missed it, but it seems that using the gym costs an additional 2,500 yen, which felt quite expensive. I expected it to be free for guests or within 500 yen. Hardly anyone was using it, and matching the price point of a luxury hotel seems challenging.

    Comfortable, comfortable

    Stayed here for the first time in about 10 years during a business trip. The price was slightly higher compared to a Business Hotel, but considering the current rates in the area, it felt quite reasonable. The large public bath (Onsen) was spacious enough, with an open-air bath where I could enjoy the winter night sky and relax. The Room was also spacious and comfortable. The Hotel features separate bath and toilet facilities, a large public bath, and even the Room's private bath was spacious, equipped with a washing area and a chair. I was given a corner Room with a great view, which made for a very pleasant stay.

    Favorite Hotel

    It would be nice if the parking entrance and exit were a bit wider, or if the spa could be used until a later time. There are many things one could wish for, but I like the atmosphere created by the staff, which allows for a relaxed stay. The parts that aren't overly modernized seem to contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
