    I stayed for business trips in January and February.

    I liked my stay in January, so I stayed for two consecutive months. The good points were: - Clean guest rooms and water facilities - Heating equipment that works well even in the cold northern Kanto - Blinds with light-blocking properties - Soundproofing from outside the window - Comfortable bedding that allowed for a good night's sleep - Thoughtfulness from the reception and cleaning staff There are a few minor points I would like to see improved (they are really minor): - The door to the water facilities is a sliding door, so there is no hook near the door to hang a bath towel - The deodorant spray next to the hangers is placed by hooking the nozzle part of the spray, which affects the spray's performance It is a hotel I would like to stay at again when on a business trip to Mito.

    Anyway, the Room was cold.

    Upon arrival, the room was cold. I always use this property when staying in Mito. This time, the room was on the 6th floor, but even with the heater on, the room was cold! It was so cold that even setting it to 30 degrees with strong wind didn't help... It was quite tough, probably because it was a corner room. And this hotel, although it didn't bother me last time, the tap water smells like a sewer. It smells as bad as the water in São Paulo. The shower in the large bath and the tap water in the room are the same. Is it okay?? I think it would be good if you could check the water quality after seeing this review. The breakfast was very satisfying and delicious. So overall, it gets a high rating. It seems to be under renovation, so I might want to stay in a new room once it's nice and clean.

    Great location near the station!

    I chose this Hotel because it is close to the station and has good access. It exceeded my expectations, as they upgraded my Room and there was a large bath, so I was able to relax very well. However, the shared areas like the elevator and corridors smelled of smoke. Breakfast included dishes using yuba and was in a buffet style, which was good. There was also French toast, but it was cold and hard, and there was no maple syrup, which was disappointing. However, I would like to use this Hotel again. Next time, I will visit for Italian dinner. Thank you very much.

    If you just need a place to stay for the night.

    There wasn't much good about it other than being close to the station. If I had to say, it was nice to try different ways of eating natto for breakfast. It seemed that the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned, as there was dust and hair. It was disappointing to see other areas that seemed uncleaned as well. The exterior looked nice, but the interior felt much older than the impression given by the photos.

    Mito is a nice place.

    Above all, the proximity to the station is the best. I could watch the flow of people from the south exit from my room all day. As a station front watcher, they provided me with a very good room. Also, I was able to spend the night very quietly, to the point where I wondered if I was the only one on the floor, it was that comfortable.
