    While the Hotel is undeniably old, the quality is very satisfying.

    Arrive at the beer garden and stay overnight.

    The beer garden in the evening offered a great variety of food and alcoholic drinks, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast also had a wide selection of dishes—so much that I ended up eating too much—and I was very pleased. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

    The air conditioning...

    The air conditioning and plumbing fixtures felt a bit dated, though there were no issues with using them. The breakfast was better than expected for the price, with a well-thought-out menu. However, some group guests had poor manners—for example, even when I left an “occupied” card on the table, others took the seat without permission—which was unpleasant. I also saw other guests experiencing similar behavior. If another good-value Plan becomes available, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Great value for money

    I often use this Hotel because it is close to my daughter's house. It is very close to the station, but the parking lot is a bit narrow and difficult to park if you come by car. The Room is clean with no complaints, but it feels a bit cold at night, possibly because the air conditioning turns off. The staff are cheerful and efficient, though sometimes they forget things like parking tickets or service coupons. I don't usually have meals here, but in the morning I always enjoy bread, coffee, and salad from the bakery inside the Hotel—it’s convenient. The cost performance is good, so I think I will continue using it frequently. There are often foreign guests or students on trips staying here as well, making it lively all the time.

    The breakfast buffet is excellent.

    The hotel's facility has a historical charm, but it is well-maintained. I always look forward to the breakfast buffet when staying here. There is a wide variety, and it is very delicious. I always end up eating too much. The quality is excellent.

    Stayed for an additional night due to an unexpected business trip extension.

    I had planned a day trip for work, but I suddenly needed to work the next day as well, so I had to Reserve a Room. Thanks to IKYU.com, the process was smooth. With the Expo in full swing, it was hard to find availability on other sites, so this was very helpful. Despite being during the Expo period, the price was reasonable and there were no issues with the service. However, I would like to mention that the key is still a cylinder type and hallway conversations were clearly audible. The voices of groups talking in nearby Rooms were particularly noticeable. I would consider using this service again if I have another opportunity.

    Always calm and relaxing.

    I have been using this Hotel for 10 years. While the Facility may not match the newer Hotels that have been popping up recently, I always feel at ease with their consistent and reliable service. Despite its age, the cleaning is thorough, and my favorite part is the sleepwear provided. At one point, I was tempted by newer Hotels and tried a few of them. However, I found myself bothered by the smell or texture of their laundered sleepwear, which made it hard to get a good night's rest. Here at this Hotel, both the bed sheets and sleepwear are impeccably clean and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. I truly appreciate how they never compromise on what matters most. Newer isn't always better! I look forward to continuing my stays here in the future.

    Conveniently connected to the station via a pedestrian bridge. The Facility is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. A quiet Hotel where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of central Osaka.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Stayed for 2 nights for a memorial service. Conveniently located with direct access from the station, easily reached by taking the monorail from Itami Airport to its final stop "Kadoma" and transferring to the Keihan train. Luggage storage after check-out was very helpful, allowing us to shop freely. However, it was disappointing that the faucet at the sink was difficult to use and the toilet's bidet function did not work!

    Arrive without getting wet from the station.

    I initially thought it was a new Hotel, but upon entering the Room, I noticed some rust and discoloration in places and realized that only the management had changed. However, they upgraded my Room, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. Although it rained, the covered archway to the station kept me dry, which was very helpful.

    The air conditioning is not working.

    Conveniently located directly connected to Moriguchi City Station. The breakfast was delicious, but I think the sinew in the diced steak should be removed. The air conditioning in the Room I stayed in did not work at all. When I called the front desk, they brought a circulator. Does the fact that there is prior notice like in the photos mean that the Hotel is aware of and neglecting non-functional air conditioning?

    Satisfied with the service.

    Despite being located in front of the station, it was quiet and relaxing. The bed was just right, which was a great help after a tiring day at work. The bakery on the first floor was delicious and offered kind service, making me want to stay here again. There was no humidifier air purifier in the room, so I rated my satisfaction as 4, but my feelings are 5.

    Great location

    I have used it several times. Thank you for the room upgrade. It is directly connected to the station, with many restaurants and convenient shopping. One thing that bothered me was that the door scope cover of Room 1152 was missing or broken, so I pasted paper over it during my stay. Please repair it. The cleaning was done properly.

    Thank you for your continued support. The staff are always very pleasant, and the Room is clean and comfortable. The Hotel’s restaurant and cake shop are also delicious, and the staff provide warm, attentive service, so we are always very satisfied. Thank you as always.

    You can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

    I use it as one of my Stays in Osaka. While many new Hotels are being built, the slight oldness cannot be denied, but the response of the front desk staff is consistently excellent, and the Room cleaning is thorough, allowing me to always have a comfortable stay. Personally, I particularly like the material of the pajamas, which always allows me to have a pleasant and deep sleep. Thank you always. I would like to continue using it in the future.

    I reserved a smoking...

    I reserved a smoking room, but the entire hotel was non-smoking. There was no prior notice from the hotel, and no information was provided at the front desk during check-in. I only found out that the entire hotel was non-smoking after inquiring because there was no ashtray in the room. It may sound harsh, but I feel deceived. It's really disappointing because many of the hotel staff were pleasant.

    The breakfast is wonderful.

    A salad with a twist, the hotel's signature curry, several types of desserts, egg dishes from the live kitchen, pies, and more make for an amazing offering at that price. I come every year, and I can say that I look forward to breakfast. The room was also spacious enough, and I was very satisfied.

    I always use this ho...

    I always use this hotel when I have a meeting in Moriguchi. I think it's a relatively old hotel, but it doesn't feel that way overall. The coffee and tea provided are of good quality. The meals are also reasonably priced. I would like to continue using it in the future.
