    I stay at various ho...

    I stay at various hotels once or twice a week, but this Hotel’s air-conditioning system was terrible. Because it is centrally controlled, I couldn’t set the temperature to a comfortable level, and it was very hot and unpleasant during the day. It ranks in my bottom three among the hotels I’ve used so far. Also, perhaps due to careless cleaning, when I used a glass to drink water, there were impurities? debris floating in it. Other than the Room being spacious and directly connected to the station, there were no advantages.

    It was a Hotel with excellent value for money.

    This was my first stay. The shoehorn in the Room is short, so a longer one would be easier to use (especially for elderly guests). Other than that, I was satisfied with everything, including the breakfast buffet, the staff’s service, and the Facility. It is conveniently located near the station, so I would like to stay again.

    The Facility was very modern.

    The Room was bright, very clean, and equipped with the latest Facilities—everything you could need. I thought it was a new Hotel built in the last few years, but it has actually been around for quite some time and has been renovated. I had a very comfortable stay. It is directly connected to the station, and there is a convenience store along the passageway between the Hotel and the station, which was very convenient.

    We will continue to use your services in the future.

    I return to Toyohashi three times a year—during Golden Week, Obon, and the year-end/New Year holidays. I usually stay at different hotels, but this was my first time staying here. The biggest advantage is the convenience of being directly above the station, making it very easy to get around. We also had a family meal with my parents and my wife and children at the Rian restaurant, and later my parents said it was their first time there but everything was delicious. They were also pleasantly surprised to see many families with grandchildren, which made them feel comfortable dining there. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

    First-time guest

    The hotel is located directly above the station, and the location could not have been better. I was unexpectedly assigned a Room next to the elevator, but I didn’t notice any noise. Also, since I don’t like small spaces, I chose a twin Room, and it was spacious and comfortable. The food was fairly average. If I have the chance, I would stay here again.

    Amazing location near the station & a late check-out that’s a lifesaver

    I stayed here on a business trip and it was very comfortable. For business trips with afternoon appointments, the 12:00 checkout is truly impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Even on weekdays with fewer guests, there was still a wide variety of well-prepared options, which showed real commitment. Toyohashi isn’t somewhere I would normally go out of my way to visit, but if I come again, this is definitely an Accommodation I would return to and recommend.

    I stayed in a Superi...

    I stayed in a Superior Twin Room. The Room was spacious enough, and I was able to relax comfortably. As the Hotel is directly connected to the station and close to restaurants in the station building, it is very convenient.

    Maybe new Hotels are the best choice.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with a breakfast-included plan. As it was our first time in Toyohashi, we chose this hotel expecting good location due to unfamiliarity with the area. The proximity to the station was helpful as it was cold and windy, but the facilities we visited were far from the station, requiring buses or taxis, making transportation more troublesome than expected. There were some disappointing points. The bathroom ventilation seemed poor, leaving odors from the shower curtain and toilet noticeable, so we requested a room change. The new room also had a slight odor. Even though it had been renovated, I resigned myself to thinking that older hotels inevitably have such issues. Staff kindly helped carry our luggage during the move and provided accommodating service for which we were grateful. Breakfast was a typical buffet style. I mainly enjoyed Japanese dishes but was surprised by how strong-tasting the miso soup was. While I understand this may vary by individual preference, I had to dilute it with hot water meant for tea before being able to drink it comfortably due to its intensity of flavor—quite surprising even as someone who usually prefers lighter tastes!

    We chose this place in Toyohashi.

    I had some business in Gamagori and researched various accommodations. I once stayed at another hotel in Toyohashi but was not satisfied, so I tried staying here afterward and found it very pleasant. Since then, I've decided to stay here whenever I visit Toyohashi. On my previous stay, the shower curtain in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but using my deodorizing spray resolved the issue, so it turned out fine. Although I was traveling alone, the Standard Double Room felt too small and inconvenient for me. Later, I switched to a Standard Twin Room which was just right; from now on, I'll choose a twin room. The sunrise view from the window was beautiful. I tried breakfast once but decided not to have it again as I don't eat much in the morning and noticed flies around that time; since then, I've been eating outside instead. The only downside is that you can't adjust air conditioning individually for each room. When told "Today is cooling only," you can't switch to heating even if you'd like to—this might lower satisfaction during seasonal transitions slightly. Other than that, I'm generally satisfied overall! The location is unbeatable—it’s great having both a FamilyMart and Tully's Coffee in the same building! I'll definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Toyohashi!

    Reliable Associa

    Turn right after exiting the station gate, and you'll arrive quickly, making it a lifesaver even during extreme heat. I use this accommodation as my regular stay when enjoying daytime drinks at Laguna, though the lack of room service is a slight drawback.

    The rooms are comfortable.

    I had a very comfortable stay without any inconvenience and was always very satisfied with my experience. This time, I received an email about pre-registration and express checkout, which I hadn't encountered before. Since there was no mention of it on the Associa website, I initially thought it might be a phishing email.

    The TV has been upgraded.

    I have a hobby of staying at various accommodations for a change of pace. I had stayed here before and was satisfied with the room setup and meals at that time, but I was disappointed that there was only video-on-demand in the room. However, this time, it had been upgraded to a smart TV. Thanks to this upgrade, I could enjoy Netflix and other services, making it a highly satisfying stay for relaxation. When staying for an extended period, whether or not smart TVs are available becomes a deciding factor in choosing accommodation. Although I stayed without knowing about the renewal, it was greatly appreciated. I look forward to using this accommodation again when visiting Toyohashi in the future.

    A convenient and comfortable Business Hotel.

    The convenience of being close to the station makes it easy and comfortable to move around. The automated check-out process was very smooth and convenient. The coffee service was also much appreciated and enjoyable. While the view from the Room may depend on the Plan, I was disappointed with the view from my Room. However, as a Business Hotel, it fulfills its purpose well.

    I use this Hotel and...

    I use this Hotel and another one near the station alternately for my business trips to Toyohashi. The front desk staff are very accommodating, and the Room service staff are also pleasant. The Rooms are clean, and the bathroom mirrors have an anti-fog feature, making them convenient to use. Breakfast can be enjoyed at a relaxed pace, possibly due to fewer East Asian guests.

    Stay with my mother

    I stayed for a multiple night stay to relax rather than for sightseeing after a long time. Being directly connected to Toyohashi Station, the accommodation was very convenient and comfortable without even needing to leave the station, thanks to the facilities like Kalmia. The room was clean, and although the restaurant's menu was slightly less impressive compared to when I used it frequently before, everything else was excellent. I would love to stay here again and again.

    We had a Multiple Night Stay for a trip to Toyohashi with my elderly parents. The Facility was clean, and the staff provided pleasant service. Being directly connected to the station made it convenient to use the station building's shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable as a base for sightseeing.

    The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and smelled unpleasant, like a damp cloth. Extremely uncomfortable. The Sharp air purifier was not properly cleaned, and when turned on, it filled the room with an unpleasant odor. Despite being a reinforced concrete building, noise from all directions could be heard as if the construction quality was poor. The night front desk staff member, Mr. N, dismissed this as "a common occurrence" without any sign of remorse. JR Hotels seems to have many nepotistic hires even amidst staff shortages, with some arrogant manager-level employees reminiscent of old bureaucratic attitudes—this place also carries that "stench."

    I have stayed here several times, and recently noticed improvements such as the upgrade to a 43-inch TV and new towels, showing the accommodation's commitment to guest comfort. The seasonal decorations in the lobby add a pleasant touch for hotel guests. Previously, I had mentioned issues with vending machine noise and elevator vibrations, but these have been impressively resolved. In Toyohashi, this hotel stands out for its location, convenience, and service. Its sensitivity to customer feedback and continuous efforts to enhance functionality are truly commendable. The hotel staff are efficient and professional; I’ve never experienced stress during check-in or check-out at the front desk. The cleaning staff are friendly, ensuring rooms are always spotless and providing peace of mind—I've never had complaints about cleanliness. Restaurant and lounge staff offer excellent hospitality that makes for an enjoyable experience. Even the laundry service provider (cleaning company) delivers meticulous results while accommodating specific requests. If I were to point out one issue after much thought, it would be that the refrigerator doesn't cool well enough. That said, this is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip to Toyohashi!

    The floor mat in the room is dirty.

    The air purifier filter has not been cleaned. The atmosphere was not clean. It only appears tidy on the surface.

    Memories of the Year-End

    At the end of the year, there was a stage performance by my favorite member, and I went to Toyohashi for the first time. Without hesitation, I chose Associa Hotel and was able to reserve the room I wanted. Thank you for the courteous service, such as changing the bedding and arranging a taxi, which made my stay very comfortable. Last year, I also stayed at Associa in Okayama. I look forward to staying with you again somewhere next year.

    Good cost performance

    I used it as an alternative base from the area around Nagoya Station, where accommodation prices are soaring. In addition to the convenience of being directly connected to the Shinkansen station and having an adjacent station commercial building, I felt it was a hotel that was more comfortable than the accommodation price, with room size, sufficiently necessary furnishings, and the size of the bed and bathtub. There were some inconveniences, such as the room windows being fixed and the air conditioning not being individually adjustable, but overall I was satisfied. I plan to choose it as a candidate when visiting the Nagoya area in the future.

    The staff's response...

    The staff's response at check-in left a very pleasant impression. Initially, I planned to stay for one night, but due to a last-minute schedule change, I made an additional reservation for another night. When I informed them at check-in, the hotel was already aware and informed me that I could stay in the same room for two nights. While this may seem obvious, such hospitality is very important as a hotel management philosophy and as a service to customers. Additionally, I felt a sense of cleanliness throughout the hotel, starting from the front desk, and was able to spend my time very comfortably. This time, due to my schedule, I couldn't have breakfast, but the menu and the restaurant were very appealing, so I look forward to trying it next time.

    I couldn't sleep... (It's a very nice hotel! But just two points)

    I stayed with my husband in an Executive Double room because the pictures made it look like there were two beds side by side. We usually stay in Hollywood Twin rooms at any hotel. The reason is that the bed doesn't shake when either of us goes to the bathroom or turns over at night. However, this bed shook a lot, and as a result, I could hardly sleep until morning (tears). Disappointing. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very weak... Other than that, I am satisfied. Since it's close to my relatives' house, I would like to stay again, so please make the Hollywood Twin room and the shower water pressure normal.
