    The meals were delicious! I’d love to stay again.

    We had a relaxing Obon holiday. Thank you very much. I can’t eat a lot at my age, but the steak, roast beef, and sushi were all delicious. It was also great that the sushi was made fresh on the spot. Since we were on an upper floor, the view was wonderful, and the spacious Room was very comfortable. The Room felt clean and well maintained, with thorough housekeeping. We’re already talking about coming back again.

    The best thing was the location. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and a shopping center near the Hotel, all within walking distance. The Hotel Room was also spacious, and I had a very satisfying stay. If I have the chance next time, I would like to use the restaurant and breakfast venue as well.

    Great location near the station, great Room.

    The location right in front of the station was very convenient, and since the nearest station is the first stop on the line, it was nice to be able to sit comfortably during travel. The Hotel itself doesn’t seem brand-new, but it was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. The building felt more solid than a typical Business Hotel, and I was able to relax quietly in the Room. The interior was spacious, and having an individual air conditioner made climate control easy—nothing to complain about. The bathroom area was also well cared for, and the shower water pressure was strong. If I need Accommodation nearby again, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    I have a special attachment to this area and have stayed here about 10 times, but this time I clearly felt the differences compared with other Hotels of a similar level, so I’m leaving a Review. First, there is no bottled water. I think it’s rare for a Hotel at this price point not to provide water. Also, regarding microwaves: it’s fine if there isn’t one in the Room, but I would like you to place one in a shared area. Also, having only one box of tissues in the Room feels far too few. Since this is the only Hotel at this station, I will likely stay again, but I would appreciate improvements if possible.

    Service Level

    Compared to three years ago, it feels like the service level has declined. Having only two towels is quite limiting. They won’t respond unless you ask.

    It was comfortable.

    They upgraded our Room during our stay, and we had a very comfortable two-night, three-day stay. Although the building is old, it feels clean and the Room is well maintained. We will continue to use this Hotel in the future to visit our parent who is in a Facility near the Hotel.

    A Long-Awaited Stay

    The location is very convenient, with a nearby station, shopping mall, and convenience store. The Room seemed to have been upgraded, and the view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from the window was wonderful. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of Japanese dishes. The staff were very helpful and attentive. It was quiet, so I could relax and enjoy my stay. This is a Hotel I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

    Thank you as always.

    Close to my family home, I use this place regularly. There are many dining and shopping options nearby, making it very convenient. I reserved a single room but was upgraded to a twin room on the executive floor. The breakfast included was well-prepared with both Japanese and Western options of very high quality. Drinks were also available for takeout. Amenities were self-service on the first floor. I will visit again!

    Hidden Gem Hotel

    Used several times a year for business trips. While the location may initially seem inconvenient, the Hotel offers a fully equipped parking lot and dining options outside the Hotel, making it highly convenient. One concern this time was that adjusting the shower temperature was slightly difficult, but the guest rooms are well-maintained and clean.

    The accommodation cost was very reasonable.

    I stayed for a business trip. I had booked a single room, but on the day of check-in, I was upgraded to a double room. The room was spacious and not the typical city accommodation where the bed takes up most of the space. Considering how expensive accommodation costs have become in Japan, this place was very reasonably priced. Additionally, breakfast had just the right variety—not too much or too little—and exceeded expectations for a Business Hotel. Since it was such an affordable stay, I don't want to be overly critical, but here are some points for improvement: - For business travelers, having a desk lamp or movable floor lamp would be helpful for work or reading purposes. While the overall lighting in the room being dim wasn't an issue, better task lighting would make it easier to read books or work on a PC. Even offering these as rentals would suffice. - During breakfast, there seemed to be an important guest (possibly someone prominent in the area), and staff members were taking turns greeting and chatting with them at their table. While this is understandable, it resulted in me having to eat my breakfast while facing their backsides constantly—it wasn’t very pleasant (though I could have changed seats). The hotel is very quiet and conveniently located near the station. I will likely use this accommodation again for future business trips!

    It was comfortable.

    The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having two sinks was especially convenient in the morning, as one person could use the bathroom while the other used the sink. The location is convenient whether traveling by car or public transportation, and I would love to stay here again.

    I had a relaxing stay at a reasonable price.

    I always enjoy staying at Seishin Chuo. The breakfast has been satisfying in the past, but this time there seemed to be fewer fruits, and the staff appeared quite busy, which was a bit disappointing. It might be a bold request, but it would be wonderful if the parking fee could remain the same for 24 hours after entry!

    We were upgraded to a better Room, and both the interior and the view were excellent! The floor lamp and desk lamp we requested in advance were properly set up. The 12 o'clock checkout was also very helpful. We will definitely use your services again!!

    The breakfast has become cheap.

    I use it occasionally. This time, the breakfast buffet was slightly cheaper in content than last time. Considering the high prices, I think it's inevitable for some vegetables and desserts, but in that case, it might be better to slightly increase the accommodation fee. There was a problem with the bath facility, and I had the staff handle it, but I was worried that it might become a big fuss if it were a complaining customer. However, overall, it is a city hotel with good cost performance.
