    Absolutely excellent.

    Free drinks in the fridge, with a great variety. The shower water pressure was excellent. You can also smoke on the balcony. The 19-69 RAINBOW BAR shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled amazing.

    It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

    A Peaceful Getaway Away from the Hustle and Bustle of Fukuoka

    You can fully enjoy a Southern European-style resort. Even without going far, there are relaxing spaces and Facility, along with attentive service—truly wonderful. However, opinions may vary on the overall value for money when meals are taken into account. I would like to stay again.

    Used for a business trip.

    The service and the Room were excellent. I’d like to see the Japanese set breakfast brought back; it’s disappointing that it seems to be getting worse year by year. Also, if I had to ask for more, having a coin laundry would be even better. Still, it’s one of the Accommodations I’d like to use when there’s availability.

    First visit in 2 years

    The atmosphere of the room, as well as the Facility such as the sauna and jacuzzi, were very satisfying. While there were some staff members with good customer service, overall, I felt that "I would not stay here again." During check-in and check-out, despite having a sofa nearby, there was no guidance provided, and I was left standing for a long time. Meanwhile, the staff leisurely operated their computers, which made me feel that the level of service was surprisingly low for a Hotel in this price range. Additionally, when using the terrace café, it was inconvenient as I could not get any attention from the staff inside despite trying to call out to them. Given how good the Facility is, I strongly hope for improvements in staff service.

    Scary Experience

    While relaxing alone on the bed by the window, I turned over and saw a boy (upper elementary school age) pressed against the window, staring intently into the room. Startled, I jumped up and knocked on the window, causing him to leave. However, he returned again to the room's terrace as if joking around. After being disturbed twice, my hands were trembling with fear as I called the front desk. Despite ringing repeatedly, no one answered at first. When they finally did pick up after a second attempt, I was shocked that no one responded during such an important moment. The relaxing time before check-out turned into a terrible experience. The terrace connects to other rooms' balconies without any barriers in place, allowing anyone to pass through freely. There is also no security for elevators. This is surprising given that weddings and banquets are frequently held here. It seems even possible for someone to enter areas like lounges easily—something unimaginable at a first-class hotel. Since this has been unchanged for years despite these issues being apparent, it feels like nothing will improve unless something serious happens. Additionally, there was trouble with someone else parking in my pre-reserved parking space. When stepping out onto the terrace of my room on an upper floor level above ground level smoking areas below—I could make direct eye contact with people smoking cigarettes down there!

    Located within walking distance from Hakata Station, this accommodation offers a resort-like stay. The first floor features a lively restaurant, often used for wedding receptions or after-parties, creating a joyful atmosphere. The guest rooms are well-designed with spacious layouts, making them comfortable and easy to use. Both the table and chairs are convenient for in-room dining, ensuring a pleasant experience. The food is exceptional! Breakfast is an absolute must-try—everything is outstanding. The avocado toast stands out with perfectly cooked eggs, delicate avocado slices, well-toasted bread, and excellent cheese and seasoning. Steak and smoothies are also delicious! We would love to stay here again. The Imabari towels are fluffy with an amazing texture against the skin. Overall, the Room provides great comfort; however, lighting tends to be on the dimmer side as part of its relaxation-focused concept—this works perfectly fine within its theme!

    Enjoy the hotel life! I will stay again.

    A leisurely walk from Hakata Station brings you to a different world as soon as you step into the hotel, surrounded by buildings. We were lucky to have our room upgraded this time. Enjoyed a beer in the lounge, which, though smaller than expected, felt cozy and relaxing. We had an 18:00 dinner reservation but changed it to 18:30 due to our appetite; the staff handled it wonderfully. Dinner was an order-style buffet at the dining area on the first floor and was delicious—especially the premium Japanese black beef! Dining while overlooking the pool felt like being in another country, though slightly larger tables would have been ideal for more comfort. The next morning's breakfast in the lounge was delightful; I had a seafood rice bowl while my husband opted for steak. The à la carte options, fruits, and other dishes were all delicious and filling. With a 14:00 checkout time, we enjoyed shopping near Hakata Station after breakfast before returning to relax in our upgraded room—a truly comfortable stay with excellent service and delicious meals throughout! We've already decided we'll stay here again next time!

    Positive Points: 1. The meals were exceptionally delicious and became a major satisfaction point during the stay. 2. The interior design of the Room provided a sense of escape from daily life, creating an excellent atmosphere. 3. This Hotel is ideal for couples or married pairs looking to spend a relaxing time together. 4. Being able to stay until 2 PM showcased high hospitality standards. 5. Breakfast was available until later hours, allowing for a leisurely morning experience. Negative Points: 1. The jacuzzi was surrounded by buildings, making it feel exposed with 360-degree visibility from the surroundings; even though swimsuits were required, my daughter did not want to use it due to this concern. 2. The view from the terrace included rooftops overgrown with weeds and miscellaneous buildings, which did not provide a relaxing ambiance at all. 3. There were several disappointing aspects regarding service: - No water came out of the shower initially, and there was no prior explanation about this issue; after being given incorrect instructions by reception staff on how to use it, we were finally informed that "it is an old model that no longer works." - During Room guidance upon check-in, staff entered the bedroom area wearing shoes despite later being told by another employee that "staff are instructed not to enter bedrooms with shoes on," raising concerns about overall cleanliness such as glassware hygiene. - Hair strands were found immediately after entering our Room; while I tried not focusing too much on them initially—multiple incidents like these accumulated stress instead of relaxation throughout my stay. - Communication via LINE messaging system between guests & front desk lacked smoothness—delayed responses requiring repeated follow-ups alongside incorrect information led me feeling unable fully unwind during precious vacation moments compared against expectations otherwise anticipated through direct phone calls instead. Despite additional troubles encountered beyond those listed above—the unique non-daily-life environment paired alongside exquisite dining experiences remain undeniably attractive features worth     It was a wonderful trip for our 30th wedding anniversary.

    We stayed on the last day of our 30th wedding anniversary trip from Chiba to Fukuoka. This time, we were upgraded to a suite room as a special consideration, and a bottle of champagne was chilled and waiting for us in the room as a gift. The room featured a beautiful bathroom with a skylight and a spacious terrace, making it a dream-like stay. Dinner was at the first-floor restaurant with a free-order system. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. My husband was especially delighted with the Ichibo steak. If we have another chance to visit Fukuoka, we would love to stay here again. Every staff member provided excellent service, showcasing their professionalism.

    Unparalleled Service Beyond Cost

    The Room was spacious with a balcony, and the services such as drinks and light snacks were excellent. You could also enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi, and even make your own "Oropo," which made the experience fulfilling. However, the cold bath temperature wasn't very low, and there were no fans or similar amenities, so as a sauna enthusiast, I found it slightly lacking. The jacuzzi was spacious with a great sense of openness. What stood out most was breakfast—an incredibly generous service where you could enjoy unlimited main dishes at the club lounge. I indulged in steak, seafood bowls, and salmon & roe rice cooked in an earthen pot from early morning. With a relatively late checkout time of 2 PM, this is one of the best Hotels I would highly recommend to those who want to enjoy a relaxing Hotel stay.

    A very sophisticated and wonderful hotel. Great access and the staff were very kind. The room was not only clean but also thoughtfully equipped to meet every need. The breakfast was more luxurious than expected, making me regret having made a lunch reservation elsewhere. I would love to visit again next time!

    Revisiting After 8 Years

    This was my first visit in a long time, having stayed here several times before. It seems my last stay was 8 years ago. I used to return to this hotel because I liked its unique style, such as the lounge and checkout time. I don't remember when I first visited, but I recall being impressed by the service at that time. However, with each visit, while expectations naturally rise, it feels like the sense of specialness has gradually diminished in small ways. This time, I particularly noticed it at the reception area. We have never entered this hotel through its main entrance because whether walking from Hakata Station or arriving by car, we always end up using the back entrance. Carrying heavy suitcases up several steps from the back entrance leads us to what seems like a restaurant's back door. Following our memory to find reception brought us instead to an open table where staff were working on laptops. Although we were promptly guided to the lounge for check-in procedures there, it would have been nice if they had offered a welcome drink upon arrival at least once during this process. Similarly during checkout—done standing awkwardly at what seemed like another makeshift reception area—there was no farewell gesture either. For this stay too (booked last-minute), we looked forward eagerly toward enjoying their jacuzzi facilities late-night again; however unlike past experiences where sparkling wine awaited guests deckside previously now missing entirely reducing further any remaining sense-of-special treatment felt prior visits provided better memories overall compared current experience lacking same charm altogether unfortunately disappointing realization indeed!     - I fell ill late at night on the day of my stay. As I was traveling alone, I had no energy to go out and buy medicine the next morning, which was very distressing. However, when I explained my situation to the front desk, they kindly assisted me despite being busy, which was truly a great help. Their support gave me strength during an anxious time. Thank you so much. - Smoking is allowed on balconies without partitions, so when guests in neighboring rooms started smoking, I had no choice but to go back into my room and close the windows. This aspect was very disappointing.

    Beautiful Space

    I had always wanted to stay at this Hotel. The Room felt a bit dark, but everything else was very comfortable. My husband used the sauna and jacuzzi, and although there was a time limit, the private use during that time was excellent—he said it alone made the stay worthwhile. Also, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service.

    I found a very good hotel. The hospitality was pleasant, the room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast ranks in the top 3 among all accommodations I have stayed at. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a memorable breakfast. I’m already looking forward to returning to the comfortable room where the breeze flows through! Rooms near the road sometimes had noticeable car noise, but overall comfort outweighed this minor issue.

    It was excellent!

    I stayed here with someone visiting Japan for the first time from overseas! They were extremely satisfied, and it was an amazing experience for us as well. Although the weather wasn’t great for enjoying the jacuzzi, we made up for it by relaxing in the sauna. We had breakfast twice, and everything was delicious. They had a wonderful Japanese experience and were very happy. Thank you so much!

    A Resort-Like Experience

    I had always wanted to stay here, and this was my first time using the accommodation. Despite it being my first visit, I was grateful for the room upgrade. The room had a layout and interior reminiscent of a resort hotel, allowing me to relax completely. On the staff's recommendation, I requested an oil massage from a woman with 20 years of experience; however, it turned out to be the worst massage I've ever received. I suggest reconsidering your partnership with that establishment as it tarnished the hotel's image. Breakfast was filled with delicious options, and the French toast was especially delightful. I loved the room and plan to stay again in the future—without a massage next time (laughs).

    A sensational experience

    We spent most of our time at the hotel due to heavy rain and thunderstorms, but the experience was so enjoyable that a friend joked it felt like a one-day trip in Fukuoka style. The hotel truly felt like an urban oasis with its greenery and ponds, conveniently located near Hakata Station. The Sebastian cheesecake in the lounge was exceptional. Our room featured high ceilings, a balcony, and was spacious, clean, and quiet. For dinner, we dined at Cotton, an excellent Italian restaurant where you can order freely from the menu. As a group of four, we shared various dishes from appetizers to main courses—each one delicious. The desserts were perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. With great music playing in the background alongside good food, drinks, and attentive staff members, the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing; everyone seemed genuinely happy. Breakfast was another highlight—a delightful treat served from early morning until noon. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience filled with comfort and indulgence!

    Hotel No.1

    It was the best accommodation experience. The service, room, meals, and every aspect of the hotel were perfect. The room was impeccably clean with no dirt or dust at all. The room upgrade process was smooth, making it a truly memorable stay. I thought I had visited many hotels before, but I never knew such an amazing hotel existed. The only concern was the location of the jacuzzi. Since swimwear is required and it is located outdoors, it might take some courage to use it unless it's nighttime. This has become a place I want to visit repeatedly in the future, so I look forward to staying again!

    It was my first stay in about a year. I appreciated the small improvements made throughout the accommodation. The changes in breakfast content and serving methods each time add an interesting touch. I also liked that there was ricotta bread, which I had seen at a hotel in Okinawa.     Renewal and a Warm Welcome

    It was my first stay after the renovation. Various details have been improved and everything looks clean, which made me feel good. The TV is larger, and the Wi-Fi environment has also improved. What made me happiest was the response from the staff upon my arrival at the Hotel. It made me feel glad to have come again. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Thank you very much.

    The quality is high in every aspect.

    The room was not too spacious or too cramped, making it comfortable to stay in. There is no unnecessary luxury, but the furniture and other amenities are cozy. The staff spoke to us politely, and we were satisfied with the in-room service, lounge service, and cleanliness. I left for home completely satisfied. I plan to stay here again when I visit Hakata. There is no other choice. Among the suites I have stayed in so far, the comfort level is quite high.
