    It’s been a while since I last visited.

    As always, the hospitality was outstanding. Rather than a scripted approach, each staff member’s personality shines through in their service, which leaves a lasting impression and makes the stay truly comfortable. I always hope to be the kind of guest the team is happy to welcome. This time we also used your affiliated golf course and a restaurant at The Busena Terrace, and it was very reassuring that information was shared seamlessly between them. It was the busy summer holiday season with many families, but since it was just the two of us as a couple, The Atta Terrace felt calm and especially relaxing. On our way home we talked about wanting to stay for about a week next time. We’ll do our best until we can return again.

    A Quiet Resort

    I usually stay by the sea in Okinawa, but this Hotel was surrounded by trees, and the walking trails felt like a tropical rainforest, allowing me to experience a new side of Okinawa. The breakfast was delicious and varied, though the selection was not extensive. I think it would be helpful to have a changing room and a swimsuit spin dryer by the poolside.

    A Hotel for a Staycation

    All staff were kind and courteous, but the Facility shows its age. Perhaps because of that, it also had a calm, settled atmosphere.\n\nDuring cocktail time in the lounge, light snacks were served with one drink included, but honestly the taste was not great. It may have been due to the rain, but there were many mosquitoes flying around inside the lounge and no measures seemed to be taken, which was disappointing.\n\nPerhaps because it was before Golden Week, there were only a few guests; Western couples and families stood out.\n\nFor breakfast you choose a main dish from four options, but be prepared for quite a long wait before it is served. The buffet selection was not very large, and the Japanese items were limited to mozuku seaweed and tofu.\n\nIt was appreciated that we could use the golf course’s large public bath and restaurant, as well as Busena’s gym and spa, but a parking fee of JPY 2,000 per night feels far too expensive. Still, having cold water prepared in the car at checkout was an impressive touch.

    Wonderful

    This is my second stay. The blue ocean and sky seen from the Room balcony are breathtaking. From the main restaurant, you can enjoy views of the greenery leading to the infinity pool and the deep blue sea. Wherever you are, the scenery is stunning. The massage pressure at the spa is perfect, and I fall into a deep sleep every time. I was truly touched when both therapists kindly came to see me off at check-out. It became a wonderful memory. On the way home, I drove while making my next Reservation (laugh). Thank you very much.

    I was deeply moved.

    We stayed for two nights and three days with breakfast and dinner included to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Both the Room and the Hotel were wonderful. The meals, in particular, were amazing—so much food that we couldn’t finish it all. The club lounge also offered excellent service. Even though the weather was bad and we couldn’t go out, our time at the Hotel was fantastic. We’ll definitely stay again!

    Returning to Stay After a Long Time

    I revisited after 8 years. Although we usually stayed at The Busena Terrace or Club for convenience, this July my son was looking for an accommodation to propose, so I recommended The Atta Terrace. He seemed to like it very much, so we decided to visit as well. The calm atmosphere was very refreshing. We visit Okinawa every year, so we definitely want to come back again. This time, we also stayed one night at The Naha Terrace, but as expected, the hotels in the Busena group are the most reliable in Okinawa. We look forward to staying again on our next visit!

    I gifted my 80-year-old parents a 2-night stay for their birthday. The view of the sea from the hilltop was stunning, and both the food and the Room were absolutely satisfying. They said they enjoyed a relaxing Hotel life. Above all, they were deeply moved by the courteous service of all the staff. Thank you very much!

    It was my first stay in seven years.

    The lounge has declined in quality. The food presentation is no longer a buffet; set items are served (no choice), and it was disappointing that some lounge staff were unfriendly. Other staff were very kind. The Room and Facility were very clean and unchanged from seven years ago, which brought back memories of our honeymoon. Next time, I hope the lounge will be as good as it used to be. Thank you very much!

    Adult Summer Vacation

    The staff's attentive yet unobtrusive hospitality and their exceptional service with a smile truly reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. With an age restriction in place, the serene atmosphere was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed live music by the poolside on Friday evening, which helped me relax and rejuvenate both body and mind. As I stayed without a car this time, I was initially concerned about getting bored with dining options within the facility. However, the high-quality meals completely dispelled my worries. Both the fine dining course meal and the à la carte dishes I had the next day were absolutely satisfying. The time spent at a beach just five minutes from the hotel was also fantastic. It offered a sense of privacy, and enjoying beer under that sun was simply delightful. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. The value for money is excellent for this hotel. I definitely plan to visit again!

    A space where you can feel your mind and body unwind.

    Stayed for two nights over the weekend to celebrate a birthday. It was my first time staying, and the space was perfect—not too big, not too small—with thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. The welcome drink with a touch of care, fluffy odorless bath towels, a cooler box with mineral water at the beach, dining table settings prepared for sunset views, measures against tropical scents—all these subtle considerations created a comfortable space and time. When calling the butler service, they went beyond just addressing my request by suggesting additional services that made me feel liberated from daily life. We ended up saying how great Terrace Hotels are! We immediately made reservations for autumn and winter stays. Since each hotel seems to have its own concept, we’re looking forward to exploring them all. If I could make one luxurious request: having shuttle service (even paid) to places like Wellness Thalasso or restaurants and coin laundries at Busena would make long-term stays even more convenient. But honestly, it’s already amazing as it is!

    Always an excellent Hotel.

    We visit every year. After over 10 years of traveling to Okinawa, there are almost no new places to explore, but we always find ourselves wanting to return just for The Atta Terrace. Our purpose for visiting Okinawa has become spending time at The Atta Terrace. The hotel life here is incredibly comfortable. We look forward to staying again!

    A wonderful Hotel you’ll want to visit again

    We visited as a couple seeking an extraordinary experience. When we came with our children, we enjoyed sightseeing and swimming, but this time, apart from a round at the adjacent golf course, we stayed in and fully enjoyed our time at the Hotel. From the night of our arrival to the next morning, an unusual spring storm raged during this season. However, after the wind calmed down, peaceful and relaxing moments followed. The exceptional hospitality of the staff truly rejuvenated us both physically and mentally. Although it’s not by the seaside, the view from the hill is stunning, and it seems easy to reach the ocean by car. On our first night’s stay, we dined out at a steakhouse below the Hotel; on our second night’s dinner at the Hotel restaurant featured delicious Agu pork that was absolutely delightful. Breakfast offerings like Eggs Benedict and French toast were also outstanding! The weather wasn’t ideal during this visit; however, catching even a brief glimpse of sunset brought us joy. We hope to encounter Okinawa's iconic skies and seas on our next visit! Thank you so much to all of your wonderful staff for taking care of us!

    Satisfying Stay with High-Quality Service

    This time, we made full use of the airport Shuttle Service provided by The Terrace Hotels and enjoyed both the Atta and The Terrace Club by staying at both Properties. From the Reservation stage, we received excellent responses to our requests and questions, and all information was seamlessly shared between both Properties, making everything smooth and comfortable. There were also wonderful gestures such as birthday decorations and a sparkling wine gift. It was our first stay at Atta, but we repeatedly felt the exceptional hospitality that The Terrace Hotels are known for. While there is some aging of the facilities, compared to the newly built Hotels in Okinawa, the high-quality service stood out. Despite it being the period before Christmas, there were few guests, allowing us to relax, and the lounge service, room service, and breakfast menu were all exceptional in content and taste without any compromise. During the cart Shuttle Service between the hilltop lobby and the guestroom buildings, we were warmly attended to by delightful staff with excellent communication skills. We would love to visit again. My mother was also very pleased. Thank you very much.

    I was able to spend ...

    I was able to spend my time slowly throughout. Everything, both in terms of software and hardware, was comfortable, making it one of the few hotels I would like to visit again as a destination. The room service meals were surprisingly delicious (and cheap!), which was a delightful surprise.

    I definitely want to stay again.

    This time, we also enjoyed the golf course. We were impressed by the prompt response to our questions about the golf course reservation period from the time of the accommodation reservation, and we were very satisfied with the service and hospitality of all the staff during our stay. It might have been because it was a calm period after the high season and the adjacent building was closed for painting work, but we were able to spend a peaceful time despite it being the middle of the three-day weekend in October. The guests were mostly couples like us, enjoying a relaxing adult holiday, which made it comfortable. The sunset from the fine dining at dinner was beautiful. On the second day, we used the golf course here, and after having a leisurely delicious breakfast, we walked to the golf course, finished by early afternoon, and relaxed by the pool, enjoying the perfect moment of relaxation. It is a wonderful property that can satisfy both those who play golf and those who do not. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for this time.

    A Dreamlike Moment

    We had a wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary. My husband's wish was golf, and mine was a staycation, and this Hotel fulfilled both perfectly. From check-in, we received congratulatory words, and upon entering the gorgeous Room with music playing, we found an adorable swan couple made of towels! At dinner, they prepared a half bottle of champagne for us, and we were continuously impressed. After returning to the Room for a shower post-golf, we appreciated the turndown service with replenished towels and water. From the Room with windows on three sides, we could overlook the sea, garden, pool, and golf course. We enjoyed drinks at the library lounge while watching the beautiful sunset, and on Fridays and Saturdays, we could also enjoy live performances. Above all, we were soothed by the staff, who always greeted us with smiles, were courteous, and provided warm hospitality. Thank you for the dream-like, perfect four days.

    Adult Sanctuary

    From the moment you check in, it's a different world. Enjoy a healthful tea while checking in, overlooking the infinity pool. About the Room The ocean view, accompanied by the soothing sounds of insects and birds inhabiting the vast jungle on the premises, is breathtaking. You won't want to leave the Room. About the Pool Cocktail time from the evening offers unlimited craft beer, champagne, and more. Alcohol is perfect for a body warmed by swimming in the pool. However, it's a bit disappointing that the light meal buffet that used to be available is no longer there. About Breakfast You can feel the attention to detail in all the ingredients. The onion soup, especially with its chunks of caramelized onions, was particularly delicious. I have used various Hotels, but I can confidently recommend this one. I will definitely use it again.

    Couple's trip

    We stayed for a 2-night, 3-day trip as a couple. Thanks to the kind and courteous service of all the staff, we had a very comfortable stay. Needless to say, the hotel was quiet, and although it was in Okinawa, it made us feel as if we were overseas. Once the baby in my belly is born, we won't be able to come for a while, but when the child grows up, this is a place we would like to stay as a family. Thank you very much.
