    A stay with breakfas...

    A stay with breakfast that feels truly luxurious. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The staff’s hospitality and service were perfect in every way. I’d love to come back for another extraordinary getaway.

    The service is excellent—this is a top-notch Hotel.

    As I arrived late and had a lot of luggage, I took a taxi from Haneda Airport. From the moment I got out of the taxi, the staff welcomed me and helped carry my bags. My arms were sore, so it was a big help. For my Room, I chose one with access to the Executive Lounge. You can choose where to have breakfast, but I wanted a calm setting—and if there are too many options, I end up eating too much—so I chose the Executive Lounge. It was just right. I didn’t realize there was a separate shower booth in the bathroom, so I ended up searching around for shampoo and other items. I’m sorry for the trouble caused to the front desk staff. I felt this Hotel might be geared toward international guests, but they provided plenty of towels, which really helped. There is no toner or emulsion in the Room, but if you ask, they will provide single-use ones. The items in the refrigerator seemed to be chargeable since there was an itemized list. I could have had them, but breakfast at the lounge was satisfying, so I’d like to try them next time. The service felt almost like “Is it really okay to do this much?” So if you value hospitality and the view (you can see Odaiba), I recommend it. I was considering staying at another Hotel, but someone I trust recommended this one, so I decided to stay here. It was a short stay, but it was very satisfying. Next time I stay, I'd like to check in earlier. Thank you very much.

    It was a pleasant stay.

    High-quality linens, a very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and a wonderfully quiet Room made for a relaxing stay. However, there were simply too many guests—there were lines at check-in, we waited nearly 30 minutes for breakfast, and there was another line at check-out—so we spent a lot of time waiting. The staff were very courteous, the breakfast selection was extensive, and the lobster omelet was incredibly delicious!! We will visit again in March (my companion made the Reservation for an executive floor), and we are looking forward to our next stay.

    I stayed in a sea-side room. It was absolutely wonderful. Additionally, as it was the 20th anniversary, the stable and reliable hospitality made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    I stayed here 18 years ago, and it is still a first-class Hotel. The Chinese cuisine was extremely delicious.

    The hospitality was excellent!!

    Honestly, I hesitated to stay here in the past after reading some reviews and ended up canceling my reservation. I had only visited for afternoon tea before. This time, I decided to try staying because there was an affordable plan available. To be honest, the service was incredibly good and exceeded my expectations. The room felt a bit old, and there was a slight musty smell. Perhaps some incense could have made a difference. The bathroom and other facilities were very clean. However, the sofa by the window, cushions, and carpet seemed slightly worn out, so I deducted one star for that reason. ◯ Fuka: Used it for lunch the next day—absolutely delicious with excellent service! The originality of their tea was outstanding. ◯ Breakfast: Fresh vegetables, flavorful ingredients, delicious eggs—the Eggs Benedict was exceptionally tasty! ◯ Lobby Lounge: It was full upon arrival but they kindly negotiated so we could use it for 40 minutes; having tea there revived me. The staff were pleasant and attentive—I've stayed at many luxury hotels before but rarely encountered such wonderful staff who made dining so enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again!

    It was very comfortable.

    The room was spacious, clean, and convenient. The breakfast was delicious, the view was stunning, and it gave a refreshing feeling. With not many Japanese guests around, it felt like being abroad. The staff were very kind and treated children warmly, which made us happy. I have used the Suigetsu Spa several times outside of accommodation stays, but I was glad to use it again this time. It was a very comfortable stay. Perhaps because it was a weekday before a holiday period, we were able to stay at the best rate, and everything exceeded its value for the price.

    From the moment of arrival, the check-in service was exceptional, and the atmosphere and luxury of the accommodation and room perfectly matched my preferences, making it a very comfortable stay. Additionally, when I suddenly needed to dine alone, I requested assistance from the Japanese restaurant "Kazahana," and despite being busy, they kindly accommodated me with a single serving. The meal was also highly satisfying. The location is convenient for business purposes—just over 10 minutes by taxi to Tokyo Station or Odaiba—and I enjoyed a pleasant stay here.

    The meals were excellent.

    The staff seemed very busy attending to foreign guests, which gave an impression of being overwhelmed. Although the wait times were not particularly long, the atmosphere on the club floor felt somewhat unsettled. However, what truly startled me was waking up in the middle of the night due to cold. When I opened my eyes, I found myself in complete darkness—no lights or heating were functioning in the room. The inability to turn them on was quite shocking. I hesitated to contact the front desk as I wasn’t sure if they would respond, so I curled up under the blanket and waited for morning. Unfortunately, this led to feeling unwell and having to cut my stay short and return home early. Regrettably, I do not feel inclined to visit again.

    We were taken care of for my partner's birthday celebration. We planned a surprise stay in a room with a cake prepared after a spa treatment at Mizuki and kaiseki cuisine at Kazahana. The coordination at each station was well done, and we were satisfied. We finished at Mizuki 30 minutes early and checked in after 3 PM, with seven groups waiting, but I believe they were as considerate as possible. They also kindly handled our luggage storage the day before. After the meal, we had ordered the cake to be prepared in the room in advance, but it wasn't there, which made us panic. However, the room chime rang afterward, and they brought the cake, allowing us to celebrate and take photos. Considering the trouble, it felt like we achieved the surprise together, and it became a precious memory for me as well. The reason for such satisfaction is not only because my partner was happy but also because the hospitality of the staff was evident in their expressions, words, and actions. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff who assisted us despite being busy, along with this review.

    Wonderful experience

    The sense of openness, cleanliness, and the night view from the Room were all wonderful and the best. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was a foreign-owned Hotel for inbound tourists.

    This was my first stay. Perhaps I had too high expectations due to the high Accommodation Fee, but from the check-in, I felt a bit off. Initially, I was told that the Executive Lounge was for weddings, but for some reason, it became available later. I visited during cocktail time, but the food selection was limited, and none of the dishes tasted particularly good. The breakfast omelet was ordinary, and although there were various types of bread, none were particularly impressive. Since this is a Hotel catering to foreign visitors to Japan, both the service and food seemed to be aimed at foreigners. If foreign guests are satisfied, then I think it's fine as it is. Personally, it was disappointing.

    The view was truly wonderful as it was a Bay View Room Reservation again. I prefer this view over the one from a high-rise Hotel. The Executive Lounge was generally good, except for the lukewarm sparkling wine and the mediocre sweets during afternoon tea. I had breakfast at Ceres. This was also generally good. Thank you.

    Excellent

    Everything was wonderful! This time, it was a business trip with my wife, so I wanted a place where we could relax a bit, and choosing this place was the perfect decision. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.
