    I was satisfied.

    The Room was spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied, but I would have liked a wash basin in the in-room bath. The Hotel was so large that it felt like a maze—maybe that’s just because of my age. It was very convenient for visiting Shima Spain Village Park. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. This year, I also enjoyed the Himawari Bath. I’d like to visit again next year.

    We had a great time!

    We stayed with my elderly mother-in-law, my spouse and I, and our three grandchildren. The children seemed satisfied because they were able to enjoy the park, so overall we had a good time. From an adult perspective: 1) I went to the pool with my second-grade granddaughter and received a key for an upper locker. I asked staff to confirm whether she could reach it because I was worried she might not be able to, and while she somehow managed, this is something that should be taken into consideration. 2) Himawari-no-Yu was far from our Room, which was tough for my elderly mother-in-law and me. The corridors are nicely designed with brick paving and have a great atmosphere, but I felt the layout leaves you tired in your legs and lower back. The guest benefits—such as discounted park passports and free services including parking fees and access to Himawari-no-Yu—were very good.

    Girls’ Trip

    I had seen this place featured on TV and had been wanting to visit. Traveling abroad can feel like a hurdle, but this was a wonderful spot where you can experience an overseas atmosphere while staying in Japan. It was during the summer vacation season, but since we visited on a weekday, we were able to enjoy it without crowds. It seems the courtyard can be enjoyed from any guest Room, but from the Room we used it felt like a maze and the bath area seemed very far away. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out our luggage, though having a mirror for makeup would have been helpful. On our way back, I mentioned to the staff that we were heading to Ise Grand Shrine, and they kindly gave us an information map and were very helpful. Overall, it was an incredibly spacious, open, and lovely place. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Everything was outstanding! The staff’s service was excellent, and there is nothing to complain about. Thank you very much for accommodating the surprise birthday cake as well! We will definitely stay again!

    The staff are friendly.

    All staff had such friendly expressions, creating an atmosphere where it was easy to ask questions. The front lobby was very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, and spending time while looking out at the beautifully maintained courtyard was truly relaxing. The Room was clean and spacious enough even with four beds. Amenities and loungewear were well provided. The pool also had a stylish feel, and the kids enjoyed it for hours. I didn’t have high expectations for the buffet, but it offered a well-balanced mix of Japanese and Western dishes such as Ise udon and paella, so I think guests of any age will be satisfied.

    Recommended Hotel for Families with Children

    We stayed over the weekend. All of the staff were very courteous and welcoming, and we had a very comfortable stay. When we arrived, they provided a cart so we could easily carry our luggage from the car, which was a big help. Also, when I asked a staff member near the dinner venue about the flamenco show, they kindly told me that if we wanted to watch while seated, we should line up around 7:40 p.m., and that it was so popular some guests even watched from the second floor. Thanks to their advice, we were able to fully enjoy the show. This time we stayed in a character Room, and our child was thrilled with searching for shadow silhouettes in the Room. The bathroom also had a separate washing area and was easy to use, so even with an infant we could bathe with peace of mind. We were also able to watch YouTube on the TV, which helped our child stay happy. Thank you for preparing the bed guard we requested in advance. We also truly appreciated your thoughtful attention to detail—providing extra diaper trash bags and setting up the Room with the beds pushed together. The Hotel had a wonderful international atmosphere, and we were especially impressed by the courtyard and beautifully maintained flowers. Access to the amusement park was excellent as well; being able to head there right away from our Room was greatly appreciated when traveling with children. Our whole family had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality.

    Your First Visit to Spanish Village

    This was my first time visiting Shima Spain Village. Since it was the end of the year, I was worried about the cold, but both the common areas and the room were well heated and comfortable. The connecting passage to Himawari-no-Yu was also close and convenient to use. Access to Shima Spain Village was good as well. I would like to stay here again.

    Hotel to Enjoy the Spanish Village

    We stayed with a total of 16 people, including children and grandchildren. The location next to the Spanish Village was very convenient. Since it was the off-season, we fully enjoyed our two-day stay. The Hotel rooms were clean and satisfactory, but some family members mentioned that the bath was far away and they got lost. Additionally, while the meals were buffet-style, the main dishes at dinner felt a bit lacking. That said, we look forward to visiting the Spanish Village again in another season and would like to stay here once more.

    What a lovely Hotel where you can also enjoy the self-playing grand piano. I had a wonderful time with my mother. Thank you. I was delighted with the Room that had an ocean view.

    It was excellent.

    It was great to have the option for single use. We arrived before the park opened to enjoy Spain Village from the morning, and although it was before check-in time, the staff kindly completed the procedure so we could enter at our convenience later. While you can sense the years that have passed since its opening in some parts of the Facility and Room, everything inside is well-cleaned, and features like fountains and lighting add a resort-like atmosphere that enhances satisfaction. Being able to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the view is also a nice touch. Above all, every staff member was kind and friendly, making our stay very pleasant. This is a wonderful Hotel that will leave you with fond memories of your Ise-Shima trip.

    We had a great time.

    - Guest Room & Amenities Stayed in a character-themed room. The room was spacious and clean enough. However, the air conditioning didn’t work well and it felt a bit warm. It started working when set to the lowest temperature of 19°C but stopped again after some time. Also, the toilet seat was detached. - Service The staff were very friendly and always smiling, leaving a positive impression. - Onsen & Bath The onsen facility called "Himawari no Yu" in a separate building was excellent. The indoor bath had a silky texture, while the open-air bath offered stunning views with perfect water temperature for relaxation. Although it got crowded at certain times, I still enjoyed it thoroughly. - Facility Despite being fully booked, elevators arrived quickly without long waits due to congestion. However, as it's a large hotel, moving around could be quite tiring. - Dining Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style. The roast beef at dinner was delicious; however, breakfast felt like an upgraded version of what you’d find at family restaurants with limited variety overall. - Overall Satisfaction While there were some minor issues, such as dining quality and pricing feeling slightly high for what’s offered, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the wonderful Flamenco show and kind staff who made my experience comfortable.

    The walls might be thin. I was bothered by the noise from the neighboring Room.

    I stayed for three consecutive holidays. I have visited the Spanish Village many times, but this was my first time staying at the accommodation. The complimentary parking service and the two-day valid passport for guests were very useful. The hotel staff's cheerful and accommodating attitude was also satisfying. Regarding the facility, due to the building's design, the front desk and bathhouse are far apart, making it inconvenient if you forget something. While one gets used to it eventually, navigating inside can be a bit confusing at first. During sleep, I could constantly hear the sound of the TV from the neighboring room, which was bothersome. This might be because their TV is placed on a wall adjacent to where our bed’s headboard is located. Conversations from neighboring guests were also audible, leading me to feel that soundproofing is generally weak. Since most guests are likely families with children, there may also be an issue of etiquette. Considering that we paid a fair amount for our stay, I felt there could have been more excitement or charm reflecting the Spanish Village theme.

    Stayed at the accommodation in Spain Village for the first time in 20 years.

    The staff's warm hospitality was evident in various situations! ◯ After check-in, when I struggled to move my luggage from the locker onto a cart, the lobby staff kindly assisted me. ◯ While taking family photos of a doll near the dinner venue cleanup area, another staff member offered to take our picture from afar. The courtyard and building are beautiful, perfect for a morning stroll. An electric air pump is conveniently located in front of the women's changing room at the pool—extremely handy! I couldn't help but mention it to someone struggling with inflating their items. When we mentioned that four people would stay in a two-bed room, they surprised us by preparing four beds! Thank you so much.

    Exotic Atmosphere

    Enjoy the atmosphere of Andalusia, Spain. The bath left my skin smooth and glowing. Although it was hot, I had a great time at the nearby Spanish Village.

    Something's missing.

    Stayed with my 1-year-3-month-old son and husband. **What we liked:** The location is unbeatable! Being directly connected to the Spanish Village made it very convenient, especially with a small child. Our son loved the character room. The two beds were pushed together, attached to the wall, and bed guards were provided, making the room safe and comfortable for a toddler to move around freely. The flamenco show in the lobby at night and the beautiful garden were fantastic! **What we found disappointing:** We chose the buffet thinking we could share some food with our son who doesn’t eat baby food yet. However, most of it was like supermarket deli or frozen food quality. The venue felt like a large conference room, reminiscent of a school trip dining hall for middle schoolers. The facility felt outdated, Onsen was average at best, and there were very few amenities available—something I’ve never experienced before. As for the character room perks, it would have been nice if items like character headbands or crossbody coin cases that kids could use in the park were available as options. **Overall impression:** There’s an odd mix of really great aspects and really disappointing ones—it feels like such a missed opportunity overall!

    Good Hotel

    The exterior is stylish, and the interior has a retro-style room. The cleaning was thorough, and the view from the room was great, with a jet coaster visible. The Onsen was also fantastic, though it’s quite far from the room! I would love to stay again.

    1-night stay for 2 adults and 1 child (age 1)

    The room and service were excellent! Since we have a 1-year-old boy, we emailed the hotel in advance to check if the room's bath and restaurant had baby chairs. They responded kindly and even arranged the bed against the wall for Child Sharing Existing Bedding, which was very thoughtful. Himawari no Yu required bringing your own towels and amenities, but it had an open-air bath, jacuzzi, sauna, and a great view—absolutely fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were at Hirasol. Breakfast was not a buffet but served on one plate. The staff were attentive and considerate; however, the taste of both meals was somewhat average. Since we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests, allowing us to enjoy the bath facilities at our leisure. Above all else, I think the biggest advantage is that you can get discounted Premium Passports for Shima Spain Village!

    We stayed during Gol...

    We stayed during Golden Week for a family trip with our grandchildren. The Hotel had spacious Rooms, allowing us to relax comfortably even as a family. The semi-double beds were large enough for Child Sharing Existing Bedding without any issues. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This time, we enjoyed Spanish cuisine at the restaurant, and the staff provided excellent service. We also used the restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we appreciated how the staff joined in celebrating his special day with us. We look forward to staying again with our grandchildren in the future!

    I stayed in a renovated room. The view was great, the room was spacious, and it was very comfortable. The decorations within the hotel were lovely, and the patios located throughout had a nice atmosphere. It would be wonderful if there were shows like flamenco to enjoy as well.

    Everything was excellent except for the buffet meals.

    This was my third stay. The hotel's building, service, and room are truly excellent. However, I feel that the buffet meals do not match the price. The restaurant at Spain Village is much tastier and slightly more affordable in my opinion.

    It was affordable.

    It is a large hotel, so the view may vary depending on the room, but the view from the room I stayed in this time was excellent. The room had been renovated, and the bathroom in particular was very clean and user-friendly. Breakfast was a buffet, but since there were many guests, it wasn't a leisurely experience. However, considering the accommodation cost, it seemed reasonable. The plan included both dinner and breakfast, and overall I found it to be reasonably priced. This time I traveled using public transportation; however, on my way back, I found it inconvenient that there was only a bus from Shima Spain Village's entrance to Ugata Station. Improving access for those not visiting Shima Spain Village seems necessary. That said, the shuttle bus driver within the park was very kind and left a great impression!

    Be soothed by the relaxing design.

    They kindly assisted us with things like tickets for guests and directions to the park. Also, the room is spacious and allows for a relaxing hotel life. Himawari no Yu is a basic onsen, but I loved it because the sunset was beautiful. We were satisfied with both the Spanish-style cuisine and local dishes. It became a good memory of our trip to Ise-Shima.

    I had a great time.

    The plates displayed in the room and throughout the Hotel were lovely. The room was more spacious than expected, and the floor tiles added to the ambiance. Considering the era when the Hotel was built, there were some areas that felt old, but that added to its charm. The staff were also pleasant. Above all, the free flamenco show was wonderful. I was very moved. I made great memories. Thank you.

    If you are going to the Spanish Village, definitely this Hotel.

    We stayed as a family of three to visit the Spanish Village. We chose this place because of the premium passport and the high ratings in the reviews. The hotel had white walls and a brightness that gave a Spanish atmosphere. The room was spacious enough not to feel cramped even for three people, and the water facilities were particularly well designed. The toilet, washroom, and bathroom were all spacious, and the large space for the dressing area was highly rated by our family. There was also a large shelf, which was convenient. A large TV was provided, and we were able to watch movies on Netflix at night. Although it seemed to be fully booked with many families, there was no noise disturbance, and we had a comfortable stay. For meals, we had a buffet for both dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety of dishes, especially Japanese food, which was abundant and delicious. It would have been nice to have a bit more animal protein on the breakfast menu. Overall, we experienced a satisfaction that exceeded our expectations. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting the Spanish Village.
