    It was an even more wonderful Hotel than I had imagined.

    This was my first stay here, and it exceeded my expectations—it was a wonderful Hotel and I was truly satisfied with my stay. First of all… The Room was very clean and comfortable, so I could relax and take my time. Since spending time at the Hotel is one of the pleasures of traveling, I was happy to be able to enjoy such a comfortable Room. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes—more than satisfying. I also enjoyed ingredients unique to Hokkaido, making mealtime another highlight of the trip. Above all, what left the strongest impression was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone greeted me with a smile and provided kind, attentive, warm hospitality, which made my stay very pleasant. The Room, the meals, and the staff were all truly wonderful—this is a Hotel that made me sincerely feel glad I chose it. One of my goals for this trip was simply to stay in Niseko, and including the time spent at the Hotel, it became a great memory. If I have another chance to visit Niseko, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely time.

    Summer Stay in Niseko

    We stayed for two nights in a connecting room with five people during the summer holidays. It’s not in Niseko’s newly developed area, but up in the mountains, so it was quiet and we could really enjoy Niseko’s natural surroundings. The highlight was the Onsen with a sauna—we used it many times during our stay. The food and service were average, but overall we recommend it for a summer stay in Niseko.

    Online Reservation Accommodation

    It had been a while since I last made an online Accommodation Reservation,\nbut I was very satisfied. I was happy with the price, Facilities, and everything else. Since this trip to Niseko was mainly to visit a nearby secluded Onsen, we chose to stay here.

    A long, horizontal Facility

    Looking at the guests during meals, there didn’t seem to be many older visitors. We felt there were a lot of families. The Facility is long and spread out horizontally rather than being tall. Since our Room happened to be not far from both the large public bath and the dining venue, we were able to move around smoothly even with my elderly mother. With many families, it can get lively, but we felt it was very considerate that areas such as the dining venue and Rooms are well separated by zone for guests with children. The large public bath was smaller than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Even though it was a weekend, it was reasonably priced, and we think it’s a good Facility that considers guests’ needs. Please keep up the good work.

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    My spouse and I stayed with you on the 12th of this month. Thank you for another relaxing visit. Since it coincided with a junior high school trip, the atmosphere felt a little different than usual, but we appreciated the Hotel’s consideration, such as assigning us to different floors from the students. Both breakfast and dinner were served in a different dining area than usual, but unfortunately it felt cramped and we couldn’t enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. When lining up to get salad, the dressing was placed at the very front, so after taking salad people had to go back to add dressing, which made things feel hectic. That said, in other respects everything was great—the Onsen was wonderful, chatting with the staff was enjoyable, and it was the same comfortable Hotel we can always rely on. We will visit again in summer and look forward to seeing you.

    First stay... Honestly, not everything was perfect... but the recovery was flawless. The restaurant, front desk, cleaning staff—every staff member's response was sincere and precise... It made for a delightful time. It was a wonderful hotel I would love to visit again. Thank you!

    A Long-Awaited Drive in Niseko

    It was a long-awaited drive to Niseko. Usually, I stay in Higashiyama, but this time I chose Northern Resort in Annupuri for a nostalgic change. The building (interior) felt a bit old, but its calm and classic design was pleasant. It would be nice to have some vibrant decorations at the entrance area. Since it was under renovation, I hope it becomes even better. The plan included two meals, and considering the price, the food was satisfactory overall. The smoked salmon could have been served in larger portions... The freshly baked bread was delicious, so I bought some as souvenirs on my way back. If they placed souvenir bread near the front desk, more people might buy it too! The staff's natural smiles were also very welcoming. I'd love to visit again!

    Great View

    The dinner could have been more creative; although it was a buffet, there wasn't any standout dish, which was disappointing. The room was clean and allowed for a relaxing stay. The bath facilities were similar to those of a business hotel, but the washing area, bathtub, and open-air bath suited me well. The water temperature was just right—unlike many open-air baths where the temperature tends to be low. This hotel's open-air bath was excellent. During the winter season, you can put on your skis right at the hotel and head straight to the lift, which is very convenient. I'd like to visit again during the season!

    Meals are highly satisfying.

    We stayed for one night as a couple. The Facility is not new, but it is well-maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were especially satisfied with the tender steak served at dinner. However, the morning bath starts at 6:00 AM, and it would be more convenient if it started a bit earlier to allow more time before breakfast. We look forward to staying here again.

    Affordable Stays in Niseko

    In September, I stayed at the accommodation at a very reasonable price and used the savings for treats like spa treatments and massages. The breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied. I will use this accommodation again.

    It was very comfortable.

    We stayed at the accommodation for a family trip. Thank you for upgrading our room. The front desk staff were very polite and elegant, and the facility had a calm atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy a quiet stay. The meals were not flashy but carefully prepared one by one, and they were so delicious that we ended up eating too much! It would have been even more enjoyable if there had been walking courses outside.

    Used again this year.

    This is my second stay following last year, for a 2-night, 3-day trip to climb the Niseko mountain range. I was warmly welcomed at the front desk with, "You stayed with us last year as well. Thank you," which deeply moved me. Such kind words from the front desk truly enhance the travel experience. This time, I had to change my initial accommodation dates twice due to climbing plans, but they handled it without any complaints or hesitation. Although I was traveling solo, during the dinner buffet, a veteran staff member kindly exchanged a few words with me, which made me feel very welcome. The food, bath facilities, and room were all excellent and exceeded expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again for next year's Niseko climbing trip. Thank you very much!

    In Niseko!

    This is my second stay! I think this accommodation might be the best in Niseko! (Though I haven't stayed at other accommodations, haha) I was completely satisfied with the price, facilities, breakfast portions, and taste! The first time I stayed in the farthest building, so this time I thought it might be far again and felt a bit reluctant. But to my surprise, I got Room 101 right near the entrance—my wish came true, and I was overjoyed! The bath was relaxing as well. It would have been even better if the cold bath were a bit larger. I'll visit again next year during my motorcycle trip around Japan! Thank you very much for letting me park under a roof!

    We fully enjoyed summer in Niseko.

    Both dinner and breakfast are served buffet-style, with excellent quality, variety, and taste. The dishes were replenished promptly. During our 2-night stay, the menu changed daily to keep things interesting. The standard room was spacious enough and impeccably clean. The onsen is not very large but features an open-air bath with a pleasant sense of openness, providing a satisfying experience. Towels were provided in the bath area; however, only disposable hairbrushes were available there, and no razors were provided, which was slightly disappointing. Conveniently located for accessing the Niseko Annupuri Gondola and Shinsen-numa trekking trails. Lastly, this accommodation offers exceptional value for money!

    I had a relaxing time.

    This is our favorite Hotel as a couple. The air is fresh, the scenery is beautiful, and we visit several times a year. Regarding dinner this time, the steak was placed in an easily accessible manner as usual, but it seemed overcooked and became tough, lacking its usual deliciousness. It’s usually tender, cut diagonally for easy eating, but this time it wasn’t cut diagonally and was cold with a dry texture—unfortunately tough. The Onsen was as pleasant as always, and the staff were friendly. We look forward to visiting again.

    Late April

    This time, I stayed for 3 nights. Last time, I missed the breakfast buffet, but this time I made sure not to. Every dish was delicious. The large public bath is great because both the changing area and washing area are warm, allowing you to undress and wash without feeling cold. The room seems to have central heating, so individual temperature adjustment might only be possible by opening the window; however, I personally find the room temperature just right and comfortable. Including this stay, I've stayed a total of 12 nights this season, and when skiing in Niseko, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

    Very comfortable

    This ski resort accommodation offers an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, allowing for complete relaxation. The best feature is the ski-in/ski-out design, making it super convenient to return to your room directly after skiing without carrying equipment far. The accommodation also provides private lockers, making equipment storage easy and secure. Overall, highly recommended for ski enthusiasts—comfortable and convenient!

    Spring Skiing

    This season, I went skiing 10 times. Among those, I visited Niseko 7 times for a 2-night, 3-day stay. Four of those trips were spent at this Hotel. The final spring ski trip of the season left a lasting impression. While the snow conditions in spring are not ideal, the melting snow reveals the ground and brings with it the scent of nature. In Tokyo, I would never think to take a deep breath outdoors, but here at this low-rise Hotel with windows that open, I found myself opening the window to enjoy the view and taking deep breaths. The sounds that reach your ears are purely natural; even occasional engine noises feel pleasant here. At night, I worked on tasks I'd brought along—this secluded time was invaluable. Skiing during the day helped Clear my overworked mind. This unique way of spending time in spring was refreshing; I'm already looking forward to next ski season!

    I use this Hotel every winter season. This is my second visit this season, and I think it's the perfect place for those who enjoy skiing or snowboarding. Unfortunately, the Onsen is no longer available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (it was available until 2024), so I can no longer ski early in the morning, take a bath in the Onsen before checking out, and leave feeling refreshed. It's disappointing. It would be great if the hours could be adjusted to start after 11:00 AM. I look forward to staying here again next season. Thank you!

    The meals were absolutely delicious!

    We stayed as a family of four, including two adults, a 6-year-old, and a 2-year-old, during the spring ski season. The breakfast bread was absolutely delicious! It was served fresh out of the oven on baking trays, allowing us to enjoy warm and freshly baked bread. We spread plenty of homemade jam on the warm bread—it was so good we couldn't stop eating! The variety of bread available was also delightful. Additionally, cookies were served alongside the bread. The freshly baked cookies were crispy yet fluffy and incredibly tasty! Our children had never experienced freshly baked cookies before and were overjoyed as they eagerly devoured them. (Note: Cookies are offered irregularly, so consider yourself lucky if you get to try them!) Dinner was equally luxurious; pairing draft beer with grilled lamb (Genghis Khan) was simply perfect! The live kitchen's meat dishes were exceptionally tender and flavorful. With so many delicious options available, we recommend bringing some digestive medicine just in case! (Haha) In terms of facilities, the Room's heating system was excellent—so comfortable that we could relax in short-sleeve T-shirts indoors. Instead of air conditioning, oil heaters are used for temperature control, making it ideal for those sensitive to airflow from traditional systems. The ski slopes were spacious and easy for small children to navigate. Our kids immediately asked when we could return: "When can we come back again?" We deeply appreciate the staff's courteous service and their flexibility in accommodating various requests during our stay.

    The meals are delicious.

    The meals are delicious. The room is small and old, with no USB ports. The bath offers a snow-viewing experience, which is charming. Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay is delayed until 4 PM, so after returning from skiing, I had to wait outside the room for 30 minutes. Overall: Good value for money.

    Enjoyed skiing and the stay.

    I visited last year alone and had a great time, so this time I came with my family. We rented skis from the attached rental service, and the lockers and other facilities were excellent. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied. We rented two rooms, which had a connecting door that we could open to use together—it was very convenient. We would love to come again.     Spending New Year's ...

    Spending New Year's in Niseko for the first time was amazing. The ski slopes were directly connected, making it convenient to go back and forth to the room, and the Onsen was incredibly relaxing. The traditional Japanese drum performance was also wonderful. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Always comfortable.

    We were taken care of as a couple again this time. We visit about twice a year now. This time, since both of us had foot pain, we were really grateful to have a Room that didn't require much walking. The bath was also nearby, so we could relax with peace of mind. Thank you. My husband, who is from Hokkaido, loves the food at this Hotel and enjoyed the meals in the morning and evening. The Room being clean and comfortable is one of the reasons we can enjoy our stay. We look forward to visiting again in the spring.

    I was satisfied.

    During my previous stay (last month), at check-in, I was informed that due to the presence of school trip students, the dinner venue was changed to "Shikisai." Unfortunately, the dinner I was looking forward to was disappointing, as the food was cold, and even the steak was served cold. It seemed that the staff was inexperienced in handling the warmer, as the temperature setting felt like it was at zero. The dish, Teppojiru, was just crab soup, with no vegetables to be found (laughs). Breakfast was similarly cold and lukewarm, with the miso soup with shijimi clams having only a few clams, making it more like a soup. It was unfortunate that the usual dinner couldn't be served due to the overlap with the school trip students' stay. This time, everything was as usual, and the meals were impeccable. They were very delicious, and I was extremely satisfied. Thank you to the front desk and all the staff. I will definitely use your services again.
