    It was enjoyable.

    The souvenir corner offered a variety of adorable items, and I couldn't resist purchasing some. The Room was comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. The meals, made with local ingredients, were absolutely delicious. However, it was a bit disappointing that the crowd made it feel rushed as we had to line up for everything.

    The Galaxy Ropeway T...

    The Galaxy Ropeway Tour could have provided more detailed information. The constellation explanation at the summit was great, but it would have been helpful to know in advance about waiting for everyone to gather at the top (30 minutes) or bringing a mat (sitting directly on the grass was uncomfortable due to insects). The Onsen was too hot to enjoy a relaxing soak.

    It became a wonderful memory.

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate a special occasion, and we were delighted to have our room upgraded to the one with the best view. The variety of dishes on the menu exceeded our expectations, providing great satisfaction. It truly became a wonderful trip to Iwate. We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you very much!

    The view from the 9th floor is spectacular.

    It was a corner Room on the 9th floor with full glass windows, and it was amazing! Since the Hotel is quite old, I didn’t have high expectations, but the maintenance was well done. There were a few points of dissatisfaction: 1. No indoor bath in the large public bath; limited number of washing stations. 2. No sashimi at the buffet, crab wasn’t tasty, and alcohol prices were high. 3. Weak Wi-Fi signal. Overall though, considering the price, I think it was satisfactory!

    Both breakfast and dinner

    The content and taste of the meals (buffet) are just terrible. It's bad enough to Cancel the Reservation for the next time and book another Hotel. The number of staff is also quite low, which seems tough. When a large group of Taiwanese (?) guests arrives at the buffet venue, the food runs out all at once and is not replenished even after 15 minutes. It has been getting worse year by year, but this year is the limit of my patience... I've been going every year for nearly 10 years, but I might never go again...

    I was soothed by the scenery and hospitality.

    There was an event in Morioka, and when looking for a place to stay, I considered the next day's schedule and a hotel with an onsen, so I booked this property instead of a business hotel in Morioka City. The staff's consideration during dinner and their overall service were excellent, making for a pleasant stay. There were many guests on Saturday, and the onsen was quite crowded at night, but I was able to enjoy a leisurely bath in the morning. The view while soaking in the onsen is superb. The meals were also varied and delicious. I would like to use this property again if I come nearby.

    The gondola, which offered views of autumn leaves and stars, was the deciding factor in choosing the hotel, but it was out of order for several days, so we couldn't ride it. While breakdowns are unavoidable, there was no prior notice or information upon arrival, and we only learned of the situation after finding a notice board. When inquiring at the front desk, the response was dismissive, stating, "It's on the website. There was no other way to inform guests," with no alternative activities or proposals offered. It was very disappointing that if they had at least informed us through frequently updated Instagram or at Morioka Station, where there is a shuttle service, we could have considered other activities or changing hotels. Additionally, during our multiple night stay, the meal content was almost the same, and the taste was mediocre. There was someone's nail on the floor in the room, and when lifting the toilet seat, it was covered in black mold. The onsen had a good quality that warmed the body, but it was cold until entering since there was no indoor bath. Even when making other inquiries, compared to other properties, the inconvenience and lack of hospitality awareness were noticeable. There will be no repeat visit.

    View from the window

    Since it was a corner Room on the 8th floor, the autumn leaves were visible from the left window, and from the front window, the early morning view of Mt. Iwaki and the pre-dawn glow were beautiful, and a sea of clouds could also be seen in the distance. Additionally, we took the ropeway from next to the Hotel to climb Mt. Takakura, and at night, we could see a sky full of stars and the Milky Way, and from the early morning ropeway, we could see the sea of clouds a little further away. The breakfast was also delicious with bread, corn soup, and scrambled eggs, truly living up to the reputation of a Hotel breakfast.

    The changing room was surprisingly small and extremely crowded, so I gave up on the Onsen.
