    The hospitality is truly exceptional.

    Given the age of the building, it’s understandable. I did notice a slightly musty smell.

    This was my second stay. I chose the corner Room with a shower booth again because I really like it. It was spacious, and I was able to relax and stay comfortably. For dinner, I chose Chinese cuisine. Since I can’t eat that much, I went with a smaller course. It included an appetizer, chili shrimp, mapo tofu, fried rice, soup, and some light dim sum. To be honest, I was surprised at how unexpectedly delicious it was. Is it seasoned to suit Japanese tastes? Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay again.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The breakfast was delicious and gave me energy. I did notice the Facility feels a bit dated, especially around the bathroom area, but the Room was spacious and well cleaned, so I could stay with peace of mind. I wish the price were lower, but since it was a weekend stay, I suppose that’s to be expected in Tokyo.

    Your regular accommodation in Hachioji

    My wife stayed alone. Since our plans were fixed, we made the Reservation early, but when we checked again right before the stay, we were surprised to see the accommodation cost had risen by more than 10,000 yen compared with the time of booking. With more international tourists, Hotel rates have been rising across the whole country, and it’s understandable that prices move with surrounding rates—but if a Sunday No Meals Included rate goes over 30,000 yen, a solo traveler might hesitate. That said, this is a familiar Hotel from when we lived in Hachioji, and its location right by the station is very convenient. The bathroom is a unit bath, but it has a bathtub large enough to stretch out in and a spacious sink area, which is nice. I rested until just before 9:00 a.m., but cleaning in the next Room started early and loud thuds and voices carried through, making it hard to relax. I would appreciate it if staff could be considerate when there are nearby Rooms that have not yet checked out even if no sign is placed outside the door.

    I use it often.

    I use this place often. There was hair in the sink, and while that alone would have been fine, there was also long hair in the bathtub—this seems like a lack of proper cleaning. Thank you.

    Its reliability is outstanding.

    I stay here regularly once a year. Despite being right in front of the station, it’s surprisingly quiet, and the rooms are relaxing. It’s a solid, reliable Hotel, very much in line with the Keio Group. This time, about the dining:\nThe Chinese restaurant Nan-en had an elegant flavor that I really liked. I ordered a set course, and the seasoning was refined.\nOn the other hand, the Western-style buffet was just so-so. The bacon and sausages aren’t very good compared with international chain hotels—especially for guests visiting from overseas.

    The hospitality is truly exceptional and unforgettable.

    The service at the front desk and in the restaurant was excellent, so I had a very comfortable stay. I used the parking lot, and after checkout, I was truly impressed when a security guard casually came by to patrol the quiet parking area. The teamwork was wonderful. I would love to stay again.     No issues at all. It was a good Hotel.

    We stayed here after visiting Puroland. The parking was convenient, the location was close to the station, and the Room was very comfortable and easy to use. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. We would love to stay here again.

    Regular Accommodation in Hachioji

    My wife stayed at this accommodation. It is a familiar hotel that we have used for year-end gatherings and other events since living in Hachioji. Conveniently located just steps from JR Hachioji Station. While the building is not new, the rooms have been renovated, are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The unit bath has no steps, features a spacious sink area, and a bathtub large enough to stretch your legs—very satisfying. A requested air purifier was provided; however, its cord was tightly tied up and difficult to untangle. For items like hairdryers or other electrical appliances, loosely bundling cords with Velcro straps might be more user-friendly and safer. Valuables are stored at the front desk rather than in-room safes; this can be inconvenient if you're in a hurry or prefer carrying them around compared to modern hotels equipped with security boxes in rooms. Despite being busy and tired during this stay, I could relax peacefully in the quiet room. The front desk staff provided calm yet attentive service with lovely smiles throughout my visit—definitely planning to return again!

    Meals are highly recommended.

    The hotel has a retro Showa-era feel (such as the light switches, low sinks, and sofas), but the room has been renovated. The coin laundry is new, accepts electronic payments, and feels very clean. I tried both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants within the hotel; the staff were kind, and the meals were absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the discount for accommodation guests. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    The space is clean and well-maintained.

    Due to my mistake, I had to change the reserved room. The staff responded promptly, which was very helpful. However, perhaps because it was not the room I originally planned to stay in, both bedside lamps did not light up, and black mold was noticeable on the floor and ceiling of the shower room. It might be unavoidable due to the age of the facility, but it was disappointing.

    The room was dry, and I wanted to use the humidifier, but there were black spots in the water container that couldn't be removed even with a quick wash. Suspecting mold, I decided not to use it. Additionally, during check-out, I had to wait for a while as no one was present at the counter.

    Parking is unavailable!

    I occasionally use this Hotel for work-related stays. I often check in late, and while I usually park in the underground parking of the Hotel, this time it was full, so I had to use the adjacent lot. One thing I noticed is that the external parking Facility could be improved to make it easier to park. There are many caution signs, which likely indicate past incidents or complaints, but just having these signs without visible improvements feels a bit lacking for a brand like Keio.

    Not cost-effective.

    I stayed with a breakfast-included plan for around 16,000 yen on a weekday, but honestly, I think it's expensive. The lack of a public bath at this price is a downside, and the insufficient amenities leave a poor impression. The customer service also felt dull and strictly by the manual.

    The hotel is very close to the JR station. A great choice for staying one night before returning to Tokyo from the suburbs. The underground parking at the hotel tends to fill up quickly. Guests may be directed to an external parking lot about a 2-minute walk away.

    A conveniently located Hotel

    We stayed as a family and used three Rooms. Although the Rooms are old, they were easy to use. The size was just right, and we had a great view with a wide outlook in the distance. However, the shower curtains smelled sweaty. This was the case in all three Rooms. Since we left them spread out, the smell had faded quite a bit by the third night, so I think it’s better not to keep them gathered to one side. Alternatively, they should be removed and washed after a certain period, or replaced. We tried all of the dinner options, and Japanese Restaurant Miyama was probably the most delicious. All of the staff were kind and helpful. At the Chinese restaurant, I understand there may have been difficult circumstances, but I felt there was no need to show it in their attitude (a man who seemed to be in charge). Also, perhaps a part-time staff member went to “check” in back every time we asked a question, so it took quite a while before we could finish ordering. This wasn’t limited to this place—it seemed like this happened everywhere— but is this an era where people can work without knowing what their own restaurant serves? I do wonder if that’s really okay, but the jellyfish appetizer, sweet-and-sour pickles, and stir-fried squid were delicious. Since our stay was fairly long, some rough edges did show at times, but overall I think it’s a very convenient Hotel. Thank you very much.

    The Good Old Days

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. Being part of the Keio Plaza Hotel group, I had high expectations, but honestly, it felt like a relic from the Showa era. The room was spacious enough, but nothing had been renovated, and the amenities were outdated. Upon entering the room, I noticed there was no hand soap or shampoo, which made me question whether final cleaning checks were done properly. Although the shower was separate, unfortunately, there was no water pressure; a switchable type would have been more convenient. There was no room service available as expected, so I used one of the hotel’s restaurants instead; however, it offered poor value for money with prices comparable to city hotels. It seemed unlikely that anyone would become a repeat guest at this level of service. While its location near the station and lack of competition may keep it stable for now, without offering something that makes guests want to return or go out of their way to stay here again in the future, challenges are inevitable.

    The breakfast buffet was excellent.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during the busy Obon holiday. While the Room showed some age, the Facility itself was luxurious and very lovely. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The experienced male staff, the female staff replenishing dishes, and the person at the live omelet kitchen were all calm and very pleasant. Above all, being close to Hachioji Station made it extremely convenient for visiting Mt. Takao and sightseeing. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to staying again in the future!

    I have stayed here several times, and every time the Room is clean, and the service is very polite, which makes me happy. The outside noise cannot be heard, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on.

    I thought it was a first-class Hotel.

    The front desk staff provided attentive service, but when I went out, two hotel staff members in black attire were having a conversation near the main entrance. Perhaps my appearance did not seem like that of a guest, as they continued talking and passed right in front of me while maintaining their conversation. The distance between us was about 60 cm. I had assumed that hotel staff would not engage in behavior that obstructs a guest's path, so this was disappointing. Normally, I believe it is common courtesy to stop and let the guest pass first. This kind of behavior tarnishes the reputation of Keio Plaza Hotel, which is truly regrettable.

    Nostalgic Hotel

    My wife stayed at this accommodation. It is a memorable hotel we often used for year-end gatherings with hobby groups when we lived nearby. Upon visiting after a long time, I noticed changes like the bar being gone, which made me feel the passage of time. While the building and room are not new, the single room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a wide sink and a bathtub large enough to stretch out in, so it didn’t feel cramped like typical unit baths. Last year’s business hotel had challenging bathroom steps, but this one was barrier-free and comfortable. The breakfast omelet (with cheese), made to order, was very delicious. However, I found the seasoning of Japanese side dishes slightly strong and missed having fresh juice at breakfast; instead, drinks were served from dispensers like coffee. I understand cleaning starts with vacant rooms; however, it would be appreciated if there were some consideration for neighboring rooms that haven’t checked out yet. Around 10 AM while still in my room, there was a loud noise that disrupted my peace. It felt nostalgic staying at this somewhat old-fashioned hotel again. I’d love to visit again!

    I use it conveniently.

    I have used it twice before because I had business in Hachioji. Since it's No Meals Included, a cheap Business Hotel would be fine, but once you stay at this Hotel, you'll prefer it even if it's a bit more expensive. It's helpful that there is parking available since I go by car. I made a Reservation for this month as well.

    Perfect. The top floor should be converted from a restaurant to a hot spring Facility during the next renovation phase.

    Cozy Hotel

    Close to the station, with good food and service, and a comfortable bed. There seems to be a Sanrio character room, which looks fun. It was a pleasant stay.
